I was given admission to study Physics in 2017 which is different from the course I applied for in JAMB, But I am unable to get an Admission letter for JAMB till now. I went to the JAMB state office for Regularisation but I was told it is not needed, Please is there any thing I can do to get my JAMB admission letter. I am confused right now

When you login to your JAMB portal, then select 2017 as your exam year, and click on Print Admission Letter, what error do you see?

By the way, your school must have needed it for registration in Year 1, how did you fix that?

I just confirmed what you were told.
JAMB has stopped the Regularization process for 2017 sets till date.
However, some officials still did for some students.

Instead, you have to do Change of Course to match what you're currently studying on campus. Then you print your new admission letter and result slip. Although, some said it's not necessary - I wouldn't settle for this.

On the flip side, you can still try another JAMB State Office, to see if they can get it fixed for you.

i woke around 4:30 am to eat my remnant of porridge of last night and after eating, looked for where to fetch water until we were directed to fetch water from the kitchen. at this point my prayer was i should be caught though i was not caught but i couldnt escape the parade ground. early morning parade by 5:30 am till 8 am and another after breaskfast.

Please I did my jamb regularization since November last year for change of Admission letter.
And just this week my school admission office confirmed that they submitted the indemnity form and done their part for a while now.
That I should receive a mail from jamb to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
Yet here's what's still showing on my portal status up until now, "Awaiting Approval".
Please what do I do

First of all, the 3rd or 4th column of the screenshot you uploaded has "Rem." has its header. It means you have 4 trials left to access the status via that means.
Please, don't use this method to check. Instead, when you login, tap the menu button, and find "Indemnity Forms" or something like that. It should be the button before "logout ".
You should see "Check application status"
Use this method.


Back to the matter...
The progress update would be more detailed if you check via the method I specified above.

If your school has done their part, and you saw that it's true, you would have to either wait, or go back to the JAMB Office to notify the officials, politely. If you're lucky, they might upload for you, before you leave, same day

I have an issue with my jamb regularisation.

I did mine October last year and it was approved by the school and it was submitted at the jamb office for uploading..

The issue now is that, I attended University of Ibadan affiliated to Osun state college of education...

The indemnity form was submitted to University of Ibadan main campus to be signed and it was sent to jamb office in Oyo to approve it. When it got there they said they can't approve it because the school is located in Osun and the form should be sent to Oshogbo office...

On getting to Oshogbo office, they said they can't approve it because, the Vice Chancellor signature is on it and Oyo office will have to upload it...

I'm frustrated at the whole thing and what's the solution

Are you saying that after submitting to your school, you were the one that took the file to JAMB's office?

By the way, the Oshogbo office is right about the Vice Chancellor signature thing.

This is how it's supposed to flow.
(I don't know your exact school between the two you stated.)

Submit the Normalization Slip to the admission office at the school that offered you admission
The school would authorized it and forward to the JAMB Office in the same State.
The State JAMB Office would then upload it.

The mail address does not look authentic...

However, your friend should check his/her jamb portal for the status.

At the gate, i was subject to RDT COVID-19 test in which medical personnel poke my nose with a object and rotate it till I started feeling like my brain is being touched by the object. I started having catarrh and after some minute, the result of the test was negative.

I went to the hall looking like otondo not until someone told me to join South West as a Lagos indigene and a graduate from Lagos.

Na NYSC pre-orientation group save my ass from there cos I have made 5 copies of each document as stated in the group, omo registration plenty but na boot and cloth be problem oversize khaki and shoe that is smaller than my leg na to find to find partner for trade by barter remain.


Funniest was after khaki and bank registration, na him dem say go registered your name in the book of life, na i com dey laff
when to parade ground and just march with tired bodies
I never solve khaki problem and shoe but i washed my short and a cloth are use to travel to Nasarawa and I ate porridge with fish for evening food
make my short no miss tomorrow morning

It has been Authorized by my institution dated 27th October 2021, A friend of mine application was approved by Abuja on the 14th of December 2021 and we registered together buh checking his they skipped the upload at state office to Abuja direct . Will the staff at ikoyi be able to help me or anybody I can call because at school here the workload is too much

About the part that was skipped on your friends portal... Actually, It was not skipped, he just didn't notice when they did it. After Abuja, the upload at State office disappears for some people.


The staff at Ikoyi can do it for you on the spot, if you return there to complain, and they're willing to help. It happened to a friend. It was fixed in less than 30mins while he was still at their Oshogbo office.
If the workload at school wouldn't give you a day to go down to their office, you can wait till you have a break.

Hi, the screenshot you uploaded isn't detailed enough.

Has your institution authorized your indemnity form upload?
Check the table that says "Indemnity Form Upload Authorized By Institution"

If yes, you either have to wait, or return to the Ikoyi office. They can do it while you're there. Then, you'd have to wait for Abuja to approve it.

If no, you have to go to the admissions office at your school to know the status.

I've learnt that, before, you pick 4 states, and if you register early, there's a high chance that you'd be posted to one of the 4 states.

Open the Message App on your android.
You should see a menu button, maybe a three-dotted lines. Tap it and tap Text message settings.
You should see Message Center Number - find it on google and paste there
