This will generate the needed attention and publicity.

Wise person
Nothing is wise about it. Ethnic banters are one thing, rubbing certain slurs on one's face is another. The word is derogatory and not a wise business move. And to think that it is coming at a time when ethnic gaps are getting wider on a daily, it is a wrong call.

Mavin shouldn't have let this slide. Don Jazzy is half Igbo and should have been abreast of the history of the name. This is a miss.

Music/Radio › Di'ja's Single "Inyamuri" Generate Ethnic Reactions (Photos) by Sanchez01(op): 11:37am On Dec 10, 2020
Released date: November 28, 2020 (YouTube)

Inyamuri: Typically how Northerners would refer to anyone of Igbo extraction.

Historically, it is pretty nasty and considered derogatory, considering how the name came to be.

ALTHOUGH, the lyrics do not ridicule, taunt, or laugh at any divide, its historical background is the problem.

Claims:
“inyamuri” means igbo person in hausa language and there’s nothing like derogatory about it, in fact Don Jazzy is an igbo man and he knows better.
The word inyamuri came into existence during the civil war when badly starved igbo children would beg the Nigerian soldiers (mostly hausa)for water saying "Nye'm mmiri". it was then used to refer to the ibos. INYAMURI has no igbo meaning, ABOKI literally means MY FRIEND in hausa.

Did you pick them up mostly by watching YouTube Videos?
No, not at all. Free code camp offer most of these languages. The way it works with them is simple; they provide some set of instructions which you are expected to interpret by applying what you have learnt. It is a more practicable way of learning to become a programmer.
Alexandre7:
What about C# & C++

I heard those two are easier since you already know C.
C# is a bit difficult to learn. It would take about 2 months to learn its basics and about 5 years to become a guru in it. C++ is insanely difficult. It is a complex language which requires a good memory.

Which programming languages?
HTML
Python
C
Java (about a month though)

The first three can be picked up within 2 weeks.

Videos won't help that much. You need to work alongside as you learn.

Pick any from here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.hostinger.com/tutorials/learn-coding-online-for-free/amp/

For me, I started with https://www.freecodecamp.org/

I agree everything you've said except the WALK IN THE PARK part.

Programing is hard, very hard, difficult but learnable.

Even with the best dedication, discipline and all that anyone learning to program will still 'suffer'.

The world is relatively peaceful now but we once had world war 1 and 2. undecided
Not all aspects of programming are hard, to be sincere. Some languages won't take you up to two weeks to get the hang of them while some will take like forever.

Nigeria has more Programmers this year than the previous and that is because you can learn several, different languages within a year and you'll only to constantly practice to remain sharp.

Walk in the what?!

Abi I don forget the meaning of that idiom ni? undecided
LMAO grin

See it this way; imagine the skill paving ways for you and then you are being rushed like some classic professional in the health industry even while you work virtually.

I envisioned its benefits before getting started and did even when I got half way. You will suffer, get stuck and it will mess your mind. Just hang on to those beautiful memories where you are being rewarded for your skill. It was my motivation amidst it all.

Today, I don't even think about those times I struggled, closed my laptop in frustration and even left Java script unattended to. It is a walk in the park, anyhow you see am grin

Enroll ke? Purely self taught ooo.

Only guys who were awake last night will understand
The Romanian fourth linesman messed up real bad and I understand Demba Ba's pain. The description was condescending and the fact that the likes of Mbappe admitted they can't play with this guy (fourth linesman) is a beauty.

He is right ooo. A friend who got married to an Mbaise babe around 2015 was asked to get sets of bra and pants for the bride's mum and motorcycle for the grandmum. He still got married to her but not after near-fist fights between both families, particularly the groom and bride's brothers.

You clearly don't have an idea of what you're talking about. Messi was the best player on the pitch last night . Created the most chances, the most passes and shots on target. Then buffon too. Apart from the two penalties, Ronaldo was inconsequential in that team yesterday...
Apart from what? The goals? Seriouslyhuh

You're comparing making laws to reduce the spread of covid to making laws to oppress protestors, demanding not to be killed or exploited by their police force ? Those people were still on the streets because they were sick of being killed/disrespected by their government/ police force. Even so, they deserve to get killed ?

You love to blame the protestors, but don't have the same energy for the criminal politicians stealing the country's money everyday. Or the law enforcement agencies killing and exploiting the people they're suppose to protect. The citizens are lawless and worse than the government?

This is the issue with Nigerians. They're the most selfish people on earth. You talking this nonsense because you're not getting affected to a certain degree. If that bullet killed your child or family member, your tone would be different. The original poster is now being affected now he wants to leave. Before that he was as selfish as you.
I could ignore and look on while you have a field day with the tomfoolery as usual but feel I should clear the air on this. I AM DIRECTLY NOT AFFECTED BY ANYTHING RIGHT NOW. My angst here is the fact that the rule of engagements and human rights abuse is almost at the level of pure Islamic states across the world.

I have never been affected by the harsh economic policies of this government save I spend more on commodities now. The more the dollar goes up, the higher my earnings when converted to out free falling Naira. Not saying I am there yet. At best, I spend more on certain things than I used to. Not like I owe you this but the fact that you have been hyperventilating and throwing shades at me and about how I am affected is amusing.

Did I join in the protest, yes. Have I been harassed by SARS officials before? Yes. Severally, in fact. Was that why I joined the protest? Definitely not. Would I join another protest should a second wave happen? Hell yes.

Given the power today, I will undo the harsh economic policies that led us all here. It isn't because of me. Even the richest Nigerians of this world are impacted by the misrule of the present administration. I could choose to sleep all day and go out in the evening, it doesn't impact my earnings in the least of ways as it is not tied to a physical office.

What I find disgusting is how you and some persons have been latching on to a post of over 5 years ago which does not in any way reflect the craze of today's Nigeria to label me selfish and self-serving because I suddenly embraced the idea of emigrating. And worse, that you have been embittered by it.

He is right. The team's play revolve around Messi when he is on the pitch. Barcelona against Dynamo Kyiev (without Messi) was a very dangerous, reinvigorated Barcelona. The team played smoothly and the fluidity of the team could be felt even by neutral football lovers. Meanwhile, the first leg that had Messi managed to produce a 2-1 win as against the flawless 4-0 win without Messi.

He needs to leave.

messi does both if I have to remind you..messi needs a penalty in this match. Like I said all he needs is a goal..no be so? Nothing special again. Just score goals.
Why has Messi been branded over the past few weeks as a player who is way beyond his best years? Simple! Because he barely scores, has only 4 La Liga goals in 10 matches and has scored more penalties than open play goals.

I don't understand what you mean by 'nothing special again'. Perhaps you were expecting 8th gate of death Shaolin Temple moves. Football is all about results. An accompaniment is a team's beautiful style of play. Currently, Messi is out of touch. How you lay claim to Messi needing a penalty is a testament that he is past his best. Everything is special with goals. Why any Barce fan will argue and sound depressed tonight is because Juventus and McKenzie are doing wonders for Juventus. The narrative would have been very different if Barcelona was leading.

Those saying that Ronaldo is better than Messi, it is not true. Messi plays better than Ronaldo in this very match.
History doesn't remember who plays better but who gets the result. Plus, Barcelona will always dominate and look like they are playing well even when they are decimated. This isn't new. The quality of players in the Juventus team is rubbish. You sincerely need to give it to Ronaldo. If this was Real Madrid playing against Barcelona with Ronaldo in the team, it would have been 3-4 goals courtesy of good counter-attacking plays.
