Dedetwo: You are one good reason among reasons Nigeria is called basket of fools. Do you actually know what is Economics talk less of feasible? If you don't know something just admit you don't know instead of trying to bamboozle people with rubbish Let me school you... For you to build a pipeline to carry crude oil will cost at least $150,000 per kilometer; after that you build compression stations at specific intervals to provide the force that will push the oil along the pipeline. You may also need to include heaters because crude oil is highly viscous therefore you need to make it easier for it to flow easily in the pipeline for a long distance. At the refinery which is the final destination you will need tanks to store the crude oil briefly from where it will go to the distillation column to be processed and broken down into the various products. For you to store crude oil in very large quantity for use over a long period like you have suggested you would need a tank farm that will be at least the size of the the whole of Ikeja LGA and Surulere LGA combined. No bank in the world provide finance for such a large scale project knowing fully well that the crude oil will not be processed for the next 10 years therefore there will be no revenue with which to service or repay the loan. That is the economic angle, the scientific angle is that crude oil evaporates when brought from an oil well to the surface therefore storing it for such a long period above ground will lead to degradation and attendant loss in mass and volume. The best place to store crude oil for the long term is inside the oil well where it naturally occurred. If you have no immediate use for it then leave it where it is! Don't be arguing blindly over technical issues you do not understand! |

From where I'm standing you're the only fool for miles around. You people will come here are start peddling your beer palour gist that will not stand up to economic and scientific scrutiny. Please mention just one country in the entire world that stores crude oil in significant quantity for long term use much less now that the world is trying to move away from fossil fuel! |

Joker, so because there are laws against libel means people don't lie every second of the day against others? Trump lies every second of the day even with all the laws. Better wake up from your slumber.
You must be one of the "sane climes " blind crew. Trump is covered by Immunity while he's president. When he leaves office he can be sued if he knowingly lied against anyone and the person feels aggrieved enough to take legal action against him. You're defending someone who opened his dirty buccal cavity to tell the world that Nigeria's problem is not how to make money but how to spend it! Between you and I who is truly in slavery?! Gowon has a lot of money and can afford to hire a Queen's Counsel grade lawyer in the UK - Let him sue if feels aggrieved. I can swear with the last Kobo in my account that he will never sue, he will just do the initial gra gra corrupt African leaders are known for then wait for the whole matter to die down. In the unlikely event that he sues dem go open him nyash so tey even you go stand for middle of Ikorodu Road swear for am for helping to plunder the resources of the country. |

PigTormentor: Just like TRAMP, make accusations with evidence. Only the gullible will buy such trash. For your information in their country they have effective laws against slander and libel therefore they know the implications of making unfounded accusations. I dare Gowon to sue the person who made the accusation, I guarntee you MI6, Scotland Yard and the other security agencies in the UK will dig up his case file and tender all the evidence they have against him! |

When I didn't answer she brought out sniper and poured in her mouth. I became scared and started begging her to spit it out. One of our neighbors helped me in taking her to the hospital and she fell sick for two months and I was the one paying the bills. After she got well I prepared to bail out and just leave her with everything in the house but she discovered and went to seize my laptop. I paid cult boys on the street who threatened to kill her before she revealed where she kept it. I left her in the morning crying her hearts out. I came back to pick something in the evening and still saw her crying in front of the house A lady who is so desperate to hold on in such a situation must have very low self esteem |

Carchoice: I and this beautiful lady had a thing going, one night after a very intense rough play that left her very satisfied, we both fell to the bed and smiling at each other. after some seconds she gripped my game pad and started stroking it, game pad was fully charged and ready for round two of game play when she all of a sudden, twisted and bent it so HARD like she wanted to break it, I screamed at the top of my voice, the next thing she did was to use that their vampire finger nails to pinch my balls so hard like she wanted to damage them, then she whispered softly to me;
“don’t let me catch you cheating” she kissed me after and said “I love you” and then rested her head on my chest while she continued stroking the game pad gently to calm it down.
Brother shaggi will not recover from the shock I got that night.

Dedetwo: The bold clarified you as a typical Nigerian. They fly funny certificates yet they cannot decipher elementary geography. The silly ND in post, I hoped remotely meant Niger Delta, has Igbo land is integral part of it. I personally canvased and will continue to seek the Republic of Igbo land. Many idiots in Nigeria always think of crude oil as if it starts and ends the world. There are super economies in the world without a pint of crude oil. In 10 years time, Nigeria and its crude oil shall be rendered irrelevant. The northern elites are on the verge of completing a strategic plan where crude oil shall be siphoned to Niger Republic from Nigeria for storage which caution the economic blow from the change to electricity as readily source of power instead of fossil fuel. I guess you keep dwelling on the silly Niger Delta. Stop talking rubbish, it is not economically feasible to store large quantities of crude oil! |

Business › Re: Help On Hiring Financial Analsyt To Help Audit Or Advise My Parent's Business by SavageResponse(m): 12:05am On Nov 24, 2020 |
WrathJustified: Hello all,
My mum's business is in huge debt all because of her mismanagement. The debt is almost up to 25 million while the business is a small business. She keeps taking loans to pay loans and spending on unnecessary expenses. I am fed up and i have decided to intervene. But I have no financial knowledge to take the reins and ensure the situation is turned around.
Is there any reliable person or financial analyst i can hire to audit/ analyze and advise the business so that that this debt can be put in a good strategy for repayment and measures are put in the business to manage the situation?
Or is it something I can learn myself?
This business is a private primary school business.
Thanks in advance for your contributions The fact that the business is in huge debt may not necessarily be as a result of mismanagement, it could just be because of the harsh economic situation in the country occassioned by the lock period schools were on lockdown. You first step would be to determine if the business is even profitable. here is what you will do: Compute all the revenue Get a list of all the pupils in all the classes and multiply the number by the tuition fees for each class Primary 1 =Number of pupils x School fees for that class - Bleep Primary 2 =Number of pupils x School fees for that class - Bleep Primary 3 =Number of pupils x School fees for that class - Bleep Primary 4 =Number of pupils x School fees for that class - Bleep Primary 5 =Number of pupils x School fees for that class - Bleep Primary 6 =Number of pupils x School fees for that class - Bleep ------- Total xxxxx ------- After this you compute the revenue from other sources Sale of school uniforms Sale of text books Payment for school bus Next you compute the expenses Salaries of teachers Rent for school building Salaries of gateman, school bu driver, cleaners etc Expenses for sewing of school uniforms to be sold to pupils, purchase of books Fuel costs for school bus and generator (if available) Electricity bill, water rates Sundry expenses (This includes all expenses incurred in running the school Interest charges for bank loans The total revenue subtract the total expenses will tell you if the business is even making a profit or notWhen you're done with this the next step will be for you to do what is called revenue assurance this means conducting a confirmatory test to be sure that the revenue (in this case school fees and all the other takings) actually enter the coffers of the school. To do this you need to conduct what is called a walkthrough test Go to the register in each class and select 15 random names or a sample that makes up at least 40% of the population in that class, determine the school fees these pupils should pay then try and trace their payments to the bank statement for the schools bank account. If you cannot find evidence of payment of complete school fees by those pupils then it means that either those students are owing school fees or they have paid but someone is diverting the money into his/her private pocket. This guideline I have given you is a rough sketch but it should help you get the answers you seek. Only your mum should know what you intend doing but you also need to be very careful about what you eat in the school during such exercise, people get poisoned especially if there was massive fraud in the system!
