The ironic thing in all these xenophobic attacks by South African blacks is that under the Apartheid government,every legitimate businessman or woman was allowed to go about his or her business,maybe just some restrictions on location,which was fully relaxed towards the tail end of Apartheid but with the white government still provided full security for lives,property and livelihood.
