See how this one rubbished his name for life. Remember one nigerian youth player also accused him then of asking him for bribe before he would make the National junior team Siasia handled then. When the guy couldn't come up with the bribe he was promptly dropped in favor of less talented footballers Siasia picked then. Rubbish human being. Thank God he lives in the US,I think, where the guilt and conviction would trail him wherever he goes, making it difficult for him to hold any sporting appointment. He may soon relocate to Nigeria,if he is still abroad, grant an interview accusing FIFA of racism and before you know it one useless state government or government agency will appoint him to one post where he is likely to carry on his seemingly inborn bribery acts. Ode. |
Not surprising that a simple medical trip abroad can be botched by this government in a country where proficiency and efficiency is generally poor, though this government of Buhari has taken incompetence to a whole new level. Buhari has never been competent in anything he does, right from when he couldn't make 5 relevant credits in his waec, yet was made to rise to the peak of the military. |
This man and his movement are really what fits this government. He is proving as recalcitrant as the dullard-in-chief. I bet before long, the government too will shift it's position. No matter how people try to clothe it,if not for the massive, defiant, violent protests by the IMN,Buhari would still have kept him. The latest court judgement was secured purposely by the government to make it seem as if they were releasing him based on a court order, not out of pressure bcoz several previous court orders for his release were ignored. The judgement was most likely written for the judge by justice ministry officials. |
Zumarocket:Dont mind them.Typical annoying Nigerian football fan you feel like whipping with a koboko anytime you are with them. All of a sudden,Klopp is bad,his selection is wrong.Chamberlain and Matip shouldn't have started,Van Diyrk is overrated,Salah is bad, etc. On the Chelsea side, suddenly Lampard is the next Guardiola,Giroud should always start,Pulisic is too good etc,all because of a first half. As soon as things change in the second half, they call all those they praised trash and those they condemned best footballers of all time. Ignore such people because they almost always end up just getting one irritated and angry with their s tupid analysis. |
It's only in Nigeria a clear case of certificate forgery will be thrown out based on "technicalities"! |
Many people are saying Chelsea played well against Man Utd and Lampard will be given at least 10 matches before anyone starts judging him. I laugh in Ggbon gbon. If Lampard loses today and against Leicester over the weekend, even if he plays the best football, with Chelsea being in the bottom, even his own family member that is a Chelsea fan will start loud murmurings. The modern game in the top leagues has no patience and forgoes so called sexy football when results start going bad. I have always felt Chelsea made a mistake employing Lampard when Massilimano Allegri was available.I hope I am wrong. |
Assuming he was even one of the hardcore weed smokers there,is he supposed to be shot at? Lawlessness, impunity and a nation on faulty autopilot is what one aboki has turned Nigeria into. |
Joezik:That's ehn. When I saw 2G for 50k,I just started searching for a hiss meme, but couldn't lay my hands on one. Let me just say shior! |
DStv will now likely do all it can by hook or crook to ensure this girl stays till the final day, even if she does not win it. This is worldwide publicity of the program even a billion couldn't have fetched them. The DStv execs must be pumping their fists now for having been able to select such a now world famous cop to be amongts the contestants. |
It's now clear that his philanthropic gestures drew sympathy to him. Many of the town residents probably knew he was into something shady, but so long he "remembered home" and was generous, they were ready to protect him. Many of these commoners usually feel guys such as these are no different from the average Nigerian politician embelleshed in state corruption and all kinds of criminal schemes, without giving them a share,so why not protect someone doing same, but being generous to them? The police too, despite the unfortunate deaths, should take part of the blame here. With guys like this, you have to involve as many of the security forces as you can because even if the military guys had not ambushed them, the inhabitants of the town may have and lynched the policemen to free him. It's the same mistake the DSS made in Nassarawa town when they went to arrest one big time native doctor in his hometown, only to be ambushed and losing up to 20 or so DSS officers then, during gej's era. Finally this still boils down to the fact that Nigeria has become more corrupt under Buhari because if Buhari had done a more honest and genuine corruption fight where anyone involved in corruption is prosecuted no matter the party or status, guys like this would have even been given up by his own townsfolk. Questions too must be asked why the policemen didn't stop at the first checkpoint even if they were passed, which I doubt,so that they could call the police HQ and maybe inform the military men in the other checkpoints,of the danger they were facing. All in all,I still feel the police isn't totally blameless and that bitter lessons can be learnt going forward. |
Mynd44:The person is actually clowning or doesn't even have a clue of what the issues are. No where was the claim that she was told not to attend or other issues raised addressed. The entire management needs to be sacked. |
Reelmii:If you pay them equivalent of N1million a month ($3000/month at least),they would gladly do those jobs here without the fear of hiding from immigration officials. So you have no point |
IGBOSON1:Oh,ok,get your drift. Maybe he honestly wanted it to get a wider spread to accelerate something being done. |
Osimhem to Lille, now Onyekuru to Monaco,Iwobi in Everton, all will be playing weekly in one of the five top leagues in Europe.Chukwueze too is a rising star in Europe. In defence too there is Ekong,in Italy,Omeruo, the full backs etc,in first division and playing regularly. If we can solve the goalkeeping issue,Nigeria will go to the world cup qualifiers and next Nation's cup with a very formidable squad of footballers. This is probably the first time in many years Nigeria will have a squad of footballers playing regularly in the top leagues of Europe;unlike in the past 8years or so when we had a good number playing in lesser divisions. Kudos. |
NNEWIsuper:So if you see something horrible in your state, you should hide it,to avoid exposing yourself and be ridiculed? No wonder Nigeria is in the sorry state it is. Hypocrites all over. |
Yet he doles out N100m to Catholic and Anglican schools that have sources of funds and who themselves requested that their mission schools be handed over to them. Why not save that money to develop or upgrade more government owned schools. In the East and many other states outside Lagos,Abuja and PH,pupils still attend mainly government owned schools, unlike the private ones patronized in those cities aforementioned,so governments still have to pump in money to upgrade their schools, rather than channelling to those that have the means and charge fees from pupils. |
This man does not belong to the Catholic or even Anglican churches. He belongs to this new generation, prosperity churches.I wonder why the Holy See has not reviewed his activities to put a stop to all his shenanigans because he is bringing the Catholic Church into disrepute. |

I said it that that threat of dealing with Tecno is just hogwash. Nigerians are one of the worse,if not the worst hypocrites on the face of the Earth.Things they do,daydream and fantasize about, yet they are first to scream when others now flaunt it in their faces and bring their fantasies to reality. So are they going to arrest this lady now and "teach her a lesson to serve as warning to others",as one noisemaking government official threatened Tecno? Don't be surprised if several top shots and many other individuals, men and women inclusive(because lesbianism is also now common),were frantically trying to get the contacts of those ladies Tecno used,to satisfy their sexual fantasies, while publicly wanting to be seen as the firsts to condemn them. Hypocrites. |
Igbere Tv claimed to have sighted the memo, but nowhere here or in their site was the "sighted" memo shown. Village journalism. Unless in the North, deployment to conflict zones,or in the barracks, army personnel don't usually go about the neighborhood with their uniforms,so what is the news about this so called leaked memo? This is more like a local man exclusive. |
safarigirl:Semi illiterate blogger, that's what he/she is. It's very easy to spot these bloggers:their stories are full of grammatical errors, their is no modicum of factual reporting done and they sometimes use photoshopped or outrightly fake pictures. Finally there is no modicum of basic journalism in their stories. Imagine someone writing a story about an award with no indication of what the award itself means, talkless of it's historical background. |
agadez007:Total failure maynot be the right word you are looking for because his is worse than total. He is a gargantuan failure. |
Don't be surprised that Rochas will go behind, meet with Ihedioha, agree to forfeit some embezzled properties and money, allows Ihedioha to keep others;by a few days time you see both of them laughing hard and all the supposed recovery of Imo state money from Okorocha and his family dies a silent, natural death. All Nigerian politicians are birds of the same feather. If Buhari despite the worldwide propaganda of him having integrity and not being corrupt can turn out to lack zero integrity and be as corrupt as the the average Nigerian councillor, then nothing should surprise anyone in Nigerian politics any longer. Ihedioha may even return some already confiscated properties to okorocha's family as Buhari did with Sylva and many other APC members. |
What is the full gist because no country's embassy can be invaded, because of dilomatic immunity enjoyed by all countries embassies, even if it's a banana republic as Buhari has turned Nigeria into. I have a feeling this is either untrue or a twisted version of the true events. |
BabaCommander:There is no seem to be anything. It's a lost cause since 2015 and it would take several years to undo the damage Buhari has caused, assuming Nigeria remains one before he leaves. |
2 law enforcement agencies under the same government lying against each other after both carried out acts of impunity. Only under the dullard-in-chief. |
You opened this same thread yesterday, trying to tarnish the image of a hospital. You probably saw that all those who posted in the first thread were in support of the hospital. The hospital should get IT gurus to track the person behind this moniker and charge him to court for libel. This is why many people are in support of regulation of the social media. You can't hide behind an anonymous forum to tarnish the image of organisations and people. I am guessing this is a disgruntled, sacked hospital staff. |
Can't remember the last time I read a Nigerian newspaper aside the Punch and Tuesday Guardian. All others are a bunch of compromised, lily livered,APC apologists or products of half baked journalism. |
Whao! So wonderful. This is frontpage material and should be archived. This is knowledge given free to preserve the heritage. Be wishing to see such factual historical insight into the various communities and peoples of Nigeria, till one bigot came on board to not only destroy us as a country, but as a people and ethnic nationalities with historical bonds. If there is hell, then a sure candidate presently resides in Aso Rock. |
Thank God no one this time claimed it as "the most gigantic oxygen plant in Africa". Nigeria and superfluous claims. All what I am seeing are 2 big cylinders and about 10 ordinary cylinders,no different from what Chukwudi or Baba Rilwon have in their shops. |
PapaBaby:The priestpreneur has probably been scammed. Maybe he was promised some contracts and oil block, that wasn't given to him during GEJ era, causing his support of Buhari then;seeing nothing again for him in this government too,he has again started his scam prophesy of doom awaiting this government. His is bribe/contract for support |
