What I'm totally against is a whole generation of graduates who have been programmed with the idea of looking for job rather than creating jobs.

The result is what you guys are experiencing today as unemployment.

If the situation must change, we will need to refocus our graduates and undergrads with the idea of becoming business owners such that we will have sufficient job creators who will cater for the needs of those who cannot create such jobs on their own or those who will rather prefer to work for others.

That way we can restore some equilibrium in the system rather than this humongous imbalance we are now facing where we have so many job seekers chasing fewer jobs.
