3. SE....because they are the commercial guys and have an egaliterian society that supports upward mobility. It is the region with the least poverty index and they have the highest diaspora population that brings FOREX

4. NE....because they have kano, dangote, bua group and the highest number of billionaires (by far) in nigeria. But they also have the highest poverty index

5. NC....because they have agriculture even tho they do not properly harness this advantage

6. NE...the least region in everything. They deal in poverty, illiteracy and terror...remove them and a quarter of our problem in this country is solved. They also have agriculture
