Now, you know I didn't quote you or the artist, it was deliberate. Park well pls.

You should know by now that trolls and worthless internet clowns like you bore me..
Its even funny how they ask all the question a simple research can give answers to, and expect you to answer while fishing snide remarks.

If you don't know something, ask honestly or do the research yourself. I've noticed this character is synonymous with cunny people. Who won't want to admit their flaws, but would cover their insufficient knowledge by bombarding you with questions they should have answers to.

Wait. Do you guys expect the man not to defend himself?

You say he did something wrong, he feels otherwise. Some support you, some support him.

You organised rallies and wrote petitions to cut him off from service and lively hood, he's here defending himself and you say it's a wrong move?

You want him to sit smug while mud is being thrown at him? Is that not stupidity? There is a limit to rational and subdued gentility. Its not to be mistaken for stupidity. This man is doing what he has to do.

Now that would be something! Jon snow, a whitewalker. We'll finally be able to see things from the perspective of those white walkers and probably see them talk.

Pls, any link to download the finale episode?

It's not Jaime, he would have mentioned it to Cersei . It's more likely it was Cersei and being the usual secretive schemer she didn't tell Jaime ....

or it was Joffrey out of spite and simply to show off.

Little finger may have done it to set up beef between Lannisters/Baratheons and Starks.
I'm late in seeing this thread. Will try to go back and read more...

Lord varys looks the most likely to have killed the stark boy.

When arya was chasing cats, she heard two guys talking about how they've set up things in motion for a fight between the lion and the wolf.

Later baelish and varys had a conversation along that line too when they were checking themselves out, spy for spy. Looked like varys was the one talking to the other person, (who remained unknown) about the plot to cause a fight between Lanister and stark. There wasn't a better plot than to use a lanister dagger to try to kill a stark.

I like the fact that you compiled all those who didn't deny their Yorubahood like the likes of tayo Cruise, Chamillionaire etc

Although you omitted wale.
Well seal had quite a relationship with his dad I hear. He didn't want to have anything to do with the family in Nigeria afterwards.

As for Taio Cruz. Give him time. Desmond Elliot is now surulere rep. Lol.

Informative. Nice. Front page material.

I loved ASA's first album. Can't really place what she's singing now though. The people advising her had better tell her to go back to the " ojumo ti mo" cool groove. That song was 10/10.

We want corruption to be taken head on. If Buhari can not achieve this, people that votes for him will be angry at his non-performance.

We would however reserve more rage for the PDP that made sure the path to a corrupt free nation was strewn with....corruption!

I really need to see those that said we should face the Germans because we are not cowards.

See where untested bravery will lead us?

Any team that wins with a lot of goals will already have the confidence for wining. Any team. Talk less of the Germans who I hear are the European champions.

Just play draw, avoid them for now until we gather enough confidence and team work, but no, the coach and even some here would prefer to show they can repel bullets bare chested!

This game is over even before it started. I shouldn't bother watching it. angry

You can "describe" someone's words as unfortunate. Not dismiss it.

You only use dismiss when you want to debunk in totality, and in that was you won't use unfortunate as the object noun.

statements like this is why PDP will always accuse Tinubu of being influencial in the speakership position.

What does Tinubu get to benefit if Gbajabiamila becomes the speaker? huh
Same thing others benefit. Political power and influence. It will be naive to deny that this is what all the political power strugglers want. It's what is causing this seeming rancour.

By the way, I personally want Saraki to be S.P and Gbajabiamila to be the Speaker. I don't necessarily know what Tinubu personally wants, but if I were him, this would play put nicely IF Gbaja wins.

I joined the live streaming late but the House must have been inaugurated.

I believe that Saraki emerging unopposed is an outcome of an agreement reached between his camp and Tinubu's.

Let's wait and see.
Honestly if Gbajabiamila get the speakership position, Tinubu won't have lost.

And something tells me this is still something along his line of plan.

Thanks ever so much for this well-thought out piece, I will take all your advice on board...I just loathe finding myself in "I told you so" scenarios especially where human life is at stake. And I got fed up of their constant, nauseating "we have learnt our lessons" mantra, which I knew would follow...whereas there are simply some issues in this-one-life-we-all-have-to-live, that one don't play Russian roulettes with...

Thanks once again for this reflective piece.
Thanks.
Indeed we all have different characters, shaped from life experiences and heredity. It's what makes life interesting.

I've long accepted that we are all different and that helps in sifting points out of issues regardless of the style of communication. It requires some mental discipline and admittedly, not many will want to do this; instead, congregating with seemingly like manners.

It also takes guts to decide to be different from a group. I always respect that especially if its in the end, to achieve the same purpose. Life has made me flexible.

Not everyone believes in this and you sometimes need to respect that too. We are all different.

Have a lovely week ahead.
Politics › Re: The Low Hanging Fruit: The Key To Change by semitunde: 7:08am On Jun 08, 2015
This argument is one that has gone on for some time. What produces positive change in society?

Some feel its the changing of the mind, way of thinking of the inhabitants in a society; while others are sure that the provision of deterrents and their enforcement, makes for such changes.

I believe its both. The provision and enforcenent of detterents serves for the short, immediate term; while the change of thinking ( through education, propaganda, entertainment etc) is usually a medium to long term approach.

I know that a lot of Africans overseas don't get to learn the positive side of their history, this already unconsciously gives them an inferiority complex compared the Caucasian who is told his history is rich and powerful. The Caucasian will be more likely to want to continue this great tradition, while the African is just grateful for the opportunity of being part of this new society. The USA do this even in their films ( propaganda viz: world police, American cars being the best etc).

We need to start with enforcement of laws without prejudice first. That's the very basic. Then we can use all the avenues we have to change the thinking of the average Nigerian. This might even require changing some part of history and replacing with another.

This long term approach is not really for our generation ( if you are a parent) - too late for that; its for the indomie generation. Those just getting into secondary schools and below. Their minds are still more open to information and amenable to change.

Hmmmmn, thanks for the 'education'. So you are saying Northerners have numerous pockets where they loot from so there's no need to do drugs? Huh?
In other words, all the tribes in Nigeria have their fair share of criminals and thiefs so no tribe should be considered superior over the other.
Hausa, Yoruba , Igbo all contribute to the rot of this nation, hence tribal bigots are nonentities who should all shut the fu*k up.

Is that what you are saying eh cheesygrin

No bashing please but has any Hausa person been caught carrying drugs and disgracing this nation in and out like the other two OVERSABI tribes cheesygrin Na question I ask oh angry

**
Okay, bash small small tongue
Why do drugs when you can have a little education and be guaranteed civil service or political positions, whether or not you are qualified for it. Many times they are just ghost workers collecting salaries from home.

Most of crimes by northerners are political crimes or economic sabotage crimes. For years many have been benefiting from the white elephant called fertilizer for farmers. And that s just one of the numerous conduits.

Why do you think we are where we are after having many northerners as rulers? You think its because they aren't smart?
