It is clear that the Prophet personally didn't like pet dogs, but I don't think God hates dogs. There's no revelation about dogs in God's Holy Book. If God made all the animals in his wisdom, it is unlikely that he would just decide that he doesn't like one of the animals He created.

From what I've seen, it's quite likely that the number of dogs bred all over the country vastly exceeds the number of people who want those dogs and have the resources to take care of them adequately. What happens to the dogs that breeders can't sell, owners don't want, etc?

That's the one I use, too. It doesn't try to duplicate the features of Nairaland, but rather, it complements them.

In your example, the son 'sinned' against the tenant, which is why the tenant has the right to demand payment. But according to the bible, human beings didn't sin against Satan, they sinned against God. Satan has no right to demand any payment from God for us. He's irrelevant.

Somebody needs to adopt her. That's the only way out. The deluded parents probably won't mind giving her away to get her out of their lives.
