baby_mama: Afam this could be a set up. Watch out, there could be a dagger at your back.I have been known to have the gift of prophesyYou've just given me a headache. I apologize for whatever you think I may have done wrong |
MegaMan2020: Thank You Seun! Please keep an eye on this Afam because you see how he has threatened me already for no reason? This is not a good thing nowI will. |
afam4eva: I'm not threatening anybody. I'm setting the record straight. It's better they they know now than whine later. That's how I operate.Okay. ![]() |
afam4eva: Fortunately for me and unfortunately for you, I won't have anybody to report to before banning you if you continue trolling in this section.Moderators should be polite to forum members. You should not threaten to use your powers to silence your critics. ilugunboy was not trolling. |
kinesis: I actually bought 2 stuff frm rahoof. I have his pin on my bb. And so far dnt think av had an issue with him. Xcept he keeps sending his brother and I haven't seen him face to face b4. But all transacts have been goodCan someone investigate properly. I can't find any evidence that those numbers and email addresses are owned by the same person and that he's the person whose name was published by the Op. If the OP's allegations can't be substantiated, then we will need to apologize to the accused. |
Aigbofa: Can you vouch for his impartiality? Because a lot of us know him as a Biafran irredentist, just a shade better than hateful characters like willy-willy.I know about his pro-Igbo bias. I think we need a little bit of that to achieve balance. I expect him to be an advocate of Igbos to a certain extent, but I also expect him to conduct his duties as a moderator without any tribal bias, because he knows that there are many Nairaland members who are ready to take his place if he messes up, and I won't hesitate to appoint them. |
chreld_b: Does it have anything to do with federal character and neutralization of tribal prejudice? #Just askingYes, and also because he is a very passionate Nairaland member. He's either going to do a great job, or a terrible job, but he won't be mediocre. |
FXKing2012: Nairaland allows you to upload your picture, include your email address, collects your email password, include your twitter handle and you could even register using your real name. These are personal info. You can remove our personal info by editing your profile at any time. It's ridiculously simple. |
FXKing2012: my question is is it possible for two people to have/use the same username on nairaland? He was "seun:" and not "seun". A subtle difference. |
I haven't had time to fully investigate, but so far I've not been able to find any conclusive evidence to the effect that the accused is a scammer. |
Most scammers are very clever and the only way they will be caught is if their initial victims report them to us, using the "report to moderator" button. In this case, the scammer was caught and I trust that the moderator will ensure that all his accounts are banned from posting ads. We appreciate your vigilance very much, and we have no doubt that if you keep it up, fraudsters will have no where to hide. Thanks once again. |
This is awful. Something should be done about it. |
01 : 08:I don' remember banning you. Maybe you were banned by the antispam bot. Apologies! |
Happy new Year!! |
Thanks. |
Happy New Year!! |
Beretta92: i didn't mean it dat way.what i was asking is if u'd renounce atheism n embrace a belief in god when u know death is near.I doubt it, I've been an atheist for too long to have any reasonable doubts. But I would not look down on an atheist/agnostic who decided to "embrace God" at the last moment. Death must be a very hard thing to face, and it's not my place to quarrel with a dying person's choice of how to cope with it. Let's not forget that atheism is not a religion! |

This thread is for Christians who happen to be on Nairaland this evening and would like to "watch" the New Year together. |
ogugua88: O di egwu. I just want my wedding invitationIf the gods are good, you won't need an invitation Ok, back to topic. |
[s]Atheism is not a religion. It's not something you are meant sacrifice your life for. Atheists treasure this life because they know of no other life.[/s] It seems I was answering the wrong question. Apologies. |
[s]If you ask me to renounce atheism or die, I'd renounce and denounce it on the spot. It would be a very easy decision to make, really. Very easy.[/s] |
ekiyor3: mine was yesterday when i lost my teeth in a fight after clossing from a reunion get 2gether party. I wish i never attendGet it treated by a good dentist as soon as possible. It can lead to terrible complications beyond anything you can imagine. |
byvan: My friends made such efforts years back because they thought he looks like a player. The more crap they tell me,the more in love I fell with him.We are happily settled now with amazing sons. You look like a heart-breaker yourself. ![]() |
