Celebrities › NET Exclusive: Photos Of Court Summons Pasted On D’banj’s House... by seunoni34(op): 2:47pm On Jan 23, 2015 |
D’banj is beginning the year 2015 on a positive note with plans of his 10th year anniversary already in motion. In fact, the first leg is kicking off on January 31, 2015 with a party in Lagos tagged Feeling The Nigga Weekend. However, the yet-to-be-addressed debt mess from the last quarter of 2014 continues to trail Bangalee, as he prefers to be called now. Recall hat NET exclusively broke the news in November 2014 that a top oil and gas industry player, Henry Ojogho, alleged that D’banj obtained a loan of over N60m from him in January 2013 and has not paid back the said sum despite signing an undertaking to do so. All those thinking it was just a case of slander aimed at the Nigerian music superstar can now see the evidence in the matter. With the case filed in court with suit number: LD/ADR/445/14 with hearing expected to commence on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse in Obalende, Lagos with Justice Mrs Oyebanji as the presiding judge. Already, the writ of summons and other relevant documents in the suit have been posted on D’Banj’s residence on Osaro Isokpan Street in Lekki Phase 1. The pasting was done by the court bailiff on December 17, 2014 at about 1:35p.m, pursuant to order of court made on November 12, 2014 having been satisfied that the defendant was evading been served the notice. However with the on-going strike by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) which is over 2 weeks old now, the case may be adjourned if the strike is not called off before January 26, 2015, which is the hearing date. See photos of the writ of summons and pasting on D’banj’s residence below…... Read More at http://thenet.ng/2015/01/net-exclusive-photos-of-court-summons-pasted-on-dbanjs-house/

Jayclinics: Answers needed pls. Procedural gets the job done in a rough way and makes it difficult for a developer to update the codes, it also aches the eye too lol. Object oriented programming (oop) focus on orientation and organization it's faster, more efficient and reusable (if written well). This is how best I can explain it, @op you need to do more on the practical application to understand the differences better. Also take time to read the comparisons on Google search. Regards |

humilitypays: @Omoharry, what I mean is: if I notice that a member is being unreasonable and constituting a nuisance, I will just delete that person from the group to save the group from being abused. That's what I meant. Thanks for the commendation
@alexdellafonte, I used that age bracket based on the average age Nigerian guys finish school/trade plus NYSC, to avoid school boys from joining to abuse it.
Guys who are schooling have a wide avenue to meet girls in school and exhibit their wildness, so they shouldn't join cos this is for mature guys who aren't so opportune to come across ladies or who are shy to woo ladies in real life.
So you are welcome if u are mature and gainfully employed. @OP I'm a graduate & I will be 22 this year, I'm working & earning above that amount so this voids your assumptions! Plus age ain't maturity |

joseph1832: Very bitter bro. That awkward moment when those boys in Romance section come to threads they know little or nothing about!.
When meaningful debates is on going, the ones you don't have to use 'assumption' on, you never see them, but when its based on assumption, that's when you see them come like locusts. But why are guys pissed off by the post? He has the right to voice his opinion assumption or not. If you have any contradiction you can create a counter thread. |

If you want to create a website, learn the codes first before jumping to drag and drop softwares. And if you don't want to learn how to code then I suggest you hire someone to build a website for you as its not a must you build it yourself . The Web/programming industry in Nigeria has enough quacks already . Peace |

Phones › Re: Top 10 Hottest Smartphones Of 2014 by seunoni34(m): 2:03pm On Dec 26, 2014 |
temmym4: funny dude. I had a Tecno R7 in october. actually had a galaxy s3 before then. i ve always wondered why a smartphone will have a 256000 screen colours which is what tecno normally offers, how will I enjoy the phone. prove me wrong, my wife is a typical tecno addict so I ve practically tested most of their popular devices, Q1, p3, p5, f5, m3, H5, phantom pad. mtcheew. all poos. I saw the R7 advert in ghana and I was like, hell yeah, this Tecno people just made my phone, a 16million coloured touch interface, got it after a month of eyeing the device online. Truth be told, u will never enjoy a tecno screen if you are coming from smartphones like Samsung, HTC and d rest. I am a witness to this. My R7 eventually got cracked puttin it in my trouser pocket, the same position I normally put my previous phones. just 3 weeks old. unbelievable. no wonder why tecno are going cheap, inferior materials. no wonder it was made only for the african market. "Plenty but rubbish" kinda devices . I am forced to go back to my old device now anyway. I will rather go for a Gionee device instead, at least they are not popular as well but they have good and durable device materials.
Go for Quality and not quantity. So tell us, which phone are you using? |
Phones › Re: Top 10 Hottest Smartphones Of 2014 by seunoni34(m): 12:49pm On Dec 26, 2014 |
temmym4: lol. yeah. bet I was expecting that. A volkswagen beetle will do the same thing A Range rover sport would do isnt it At least they both use the same road, gets fuel at the same gas station, I guess the both drives at the same speed, have the same comfort and delivers the same performance as well. yeah right Your comparatives are off point been that there is a clear difference between a mobile phone and a car. I understand your feeling of frustration, it's not easy seeing a 15k+ phone having almost same specs with your 50k+ phone. If I were in your shoes I will feel bad too. |

temmym4: Because that poo u call a phone is not worthy and has no place in the REAL smartphone world. stop spending money on poos and get a worthy machine for once bro. Same poo can whatsapp, bbm and browse the same Internet we are both using now. I am also replying you with that poo too. Why are u guys hating for crying out loud? Why do you always loose your temperament at the mention of tecno? |
