Everyday we hear of almajiris from the north hiding in lorries carrying livestock being transported to southern states. With the present nationwide partial lockdown,one won't be far from the truth in saying such criminal activities are dangerous and capable of undermining govts efforts in curtailing the convid19 pandemic.

The hotel was wrong for disobeying government's directive, But Wike went too far by demolishing it.
The best thing to have been done is to close the place for months even after the end of the pandemic and imposing a heavy fine on them, or better still, Turn the place to an Isolation centre .
