DissTroy: Ah... This part. I make a comment on a Facebook page or group, females check my profile then compliment my looks then some random "Hi Angle" nîtwit goes "Fair bearded guys with pink lips dey yarn rubbish sha" because he feels threatened.
I got so much hatred from some MEN in the Sports Section here who feel threatened when I uploaded my pictures. Many of them a decade or more older than I am. Insecurity.
Most of us have learnt to deal with it. It feels good to see the women they debase themselves for drool over us. That's sweet revenge. I'd take some comfort in that.
oh really, tell me more ma main man, tell me more. 😁
The set of people who see the comment about letting the poor breathe, are the same set of people who believe Buhari was cloned, what I have to say to those people is just simple, they should learn how to use their brains.
Themandator: I don't know of okra but pigs do .. any animal that can accommodate spirits ... Jesus cast spirits into swines ... Imagine if you ate that swine ....it is the reason witches are able to transfer or initiate persons through food.
so according to you, the swine Jesus cast those spirit into are the swine we see around today?
benuecongo: It is my heart that craves extreme purpose. It is my mind that harkins for true love. One day both will manifest from above, the real depth of our connection that preserves us.
Our hope is useless but verily necessary. Our faith is strong yet it is never enough. There exist good and freedom thereof. There exist evil of which has no sanctuary.
We stay alive because of this mad world. Our calling that seems to be utter suicide. Sometimes my flesh cannot breathe from inside. This concoction of life runs outward, twisted and twirled.
Yet I am certain of us in our beauty Rescue for us and for the world with duty.
this isn't written in iambic pentameter, this your syllable count are irregular.
Lanshile: I'm not a poet but I'm a great lover of Poetry. Back in secondary school I fell so much in love with Ambassadors of poverty because I was able to depict what the writer was trying to portray which talks about the ill of the society but I find it really sad and disheartening that all the poems you see littered around only talks about heartbreak, love, lust
Can we see something different like hardwork, look around you and paint a picture of what is going on around you and put it in a poem, make a representation of how things are in this century so that people from another century can look back at your work to have a glimpse of how things are
I came to this conclusion after seeing a translation of a poem which I will attach to this write up and I was short of words on how the poem is It was written in Yoruba but translated to english
You obviously haven't been around long enough to peruse the poems for review section
Octopusssy: It is only on Nairaland I ever read about MURIC.
They are very much around, alive and kicking, if you doubt me, mess with a Muslim, preferably a female Muslim and you'll see how active they are, more active and potent than our useless CAN.
Nice horror movie... Good acting from the cast. Premium tier gore and blood. This is probably the bloodiest in the franchise. Better graphics, CGI and make-up effects.
They still continue the trend in the franchise to always have an utterly stupid and naive person to always open the cursed book and kickstart the evil manifestations. Of course it's an overbeaten trope in horror genre to have these people to progress the movie, it could have been done better or different from the expected usual.
Overall, a decent horror flick. Wonder why these latest horror movies don't scare me one bit anymore.
It's no different from what is obtainable here, where we have one stupid fellow always willing to say shit just to get shit started as his own stupid way of being relevant and seeking for attention.
So it is people like him who always do stupid shit in horror movies and unleash Hell on Earth, "Art imitates life", no? 🤔
Nelson7474: Kiddwaya offers Cee-C N120million to leave the Big Brother Naija #BBNaijaAllStars House.
Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Terseer Kiddwaya popularly known as Kiddwaya has offered to give his fellow housemate, Cee-C, the sum of N120 million if she leaves the house. Cee-C is the first housemate to be introduced in the All-Star edition of the reality show followed by Kiddwaya.
She said "you're a man, I don't trust men" I take it, it also means she doesn't trust her dad, her uncle's, her male cousins and her brothers. Nonsense.
this goes to show you the kind of parents we have in Nigeria today. This is among the reason many parents now fear sending their kids to public school, the kind of damaged kids who attend these public schools is enough reason for some parents to be scared.
I won't be surprise if the Police summon the parents of these boys, one look at them and reason will dawn on you why their children behave in such aggressive manner.
This is the Nigeria society we live in, people get attacked for doing the right thing.
