I agree with everything you posted apart from that which I put in bold. Maybe you are referring to the bridesmaids of old, but the ones I have seen in the past 3 years (at least at friends and family weddings) they are all about show off and forming ajebo. The most annoying part is that they will also be demanding for a table where they can all sit and that it should be close to where the couple will be seated.

Not to derail the topic, my dear, I feel your pain but you cannot kill yourself if nothing comes up before your wedding. If you eventually still cannot get, I will advice you just do something different for a change. Like the poster I quoted mentioned, they actually make weddings colorful especially when you are dancing into the hall but after then (in my own opinion) they would have exhausted there usefulness.

I will suggest you get a chief brides maid and you guy gets a best man to stand by you guys in the church. At the point of dancing into the hall, get you plenty male cousins to make it fun. Just make yours different from what the society is used to and catch all the fun while you are at it.

It wasn't as if I was having issues at the office then. It was just that work was getting too monotonous they refused to transfer me to another department. It got so bad I willingly offered to work with the IT department at no extra cost to the office. If they had offered me same salary as I was earning then, I would have gladly left for the new place.

Has anybody noticed that Dstv customer care service has to been reachable for the past 3 days. Even when you send email and leave them messages on twitter and Facebook, they haven't been responding. I've spent more than 2k on calls alone to them and I'm always placed on hold indefinitely.
Please, has anybody faced this kind of issue? If yes, how did you get it resolved?

I have never liked the idea of going out to cast votes during elections because I don't trust Politicians, and I am one of those that would not blame any politician because I know my inaction (in a way) helped put them where they are. But in 2011 I decided to go out of my way and vote Jonathan because he was like a deviation from the norm, he was not one of those recycled politician and I believed he would want to bring about a difference. See where we are today.
In this country, those that have good track record in governance are never given the opportunity to serve, those with obvious questionable character are seen in every aspect of governance. Worse still, those who are in a position to question these people of shady character are either frustrated into oblivion or gets cut down in one way or the other.
Every government that has ruled since I became politically aware of my environment has never seen itself do wrong, so anybody criticizing them (even constructively) is seen as an enemy of the state. The moment our politicians realize that nobody is perfect and that the dent in one's character can best be spotted by others, and vice versa, then things will begin to get better.
As of today, I'm not convinced that anybody that wins will do anything different from what others have done in the past (I stand to be corrected) and as such I'm not bothering myself to go out and vote.
For those who do and their preferred candidates do not win, election is supposed to be a show of will and choice of the people and not the test of strength and weapon power. Let's all imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship and not that of gamesmanship. This fragile peace we enjoy can never be equated with the slightest civil unrest or fight under any guise.
Let's be wise for our sake and that of our future generation.
Go and vote and not fight.

This will then complement what that paid woman said in the first place.

Also, the Chibok's girl we will see with the soldiers will be healthy-looking, an indication that they are all taken care of. Why? If the FG rents battered Chibok's girls, people will believe that they have been molested by the BH members and the song of hate on GEJ will continue.

The second bolded talks about a Shekau who fled during the attack and whose camera was damaged. The Shekau will release an audio clip instead and will say, "Even though you have the Chibok's girl, the battle is just beginning because our sponsor is still alive." With this, everybody will think that BUHARI is the sponsor the 'fake' Shekau is talking about.

With this propaganda on election day, many BUHARI fans will change their minds as well as many illiterates and vote for GEJ, giving him a landslide victory.

Also, internet access will be very poor that day, so that the real SHEKAU could find it difficult to post anything to the media.
