I would not have even bothered to pay the bill if only they read my meter and bill me according to what I utilize. But instead, they slam me with an estimated bill for a period we never had light and I am paying more than what I would ordinarily pay if we had light (even if it was constant) |

Everything that I would have written has already happened, so read on from here: There is a possibility that Matilde will recuperate, but she has to undergo a surgery in order to recover her abilities. Julian refuses to give his permission to operate Matilde, because he's afraid she will tell he is the serial assassin. Julian asks Matilde's doctor to wait until after his wedding with Piedad so it wouldn't ruin his perfect plans. Luisa and Rodrigo go to Texas together and they find Daniel Vidal's cellmate who reveals important information about Julian(that he is the killer and that he murdered his mother). Valeria Stewart falls back in drug use because Rodrigo only thinks about Piedad. She is having problems with her manager, and there are gossips and rumors in her public life as high fashion model that she is taking cocaine. Lola and Lucy have their babies on the same day at the same hospital. Lucy has a boy and Lola has another girl. Lucy kidnaps her baby and flees from the hospital. Now she is wandering around the streets of Chicago carrying her baby in a supermarket cart. Pedro Pablo puts up missing Lucy signs all over Chicago. One month later, Lola forgives Pedro Pablo. Everything is ready for Piedad and Julian's wedding. Benjamin decides not to attend because of his rivalry with Julian. Rodrigo is very nervous and scared. Camila is studying her exams at university. She and Benjamin are only friends now. Camila became good friend with Valeria. Julian finally realizes his dream and marries Piedad. Before the wedding ceremony took place, Emilio Julian and Matilde gave Piedad a gift, his genealogical table project that Emilio was asked to do for school. Emilio, without the permission of Julian, stole Julian's mother photo and put it on his genealogical table project. Piedad begins to recall all what Rodrigo and Valeria told her about Julian, and that Eva Zaneti's body was dressed with exactly the same black dress as Julian's mother wears in the photo. Despite that, she decides to marry Julian. At the same time, Rodrigo visits Matilde, begs her to give him a sign to finally confirm him that Julian is the serial assassin. Matilde begins to cry and presses Rodrigo's hand. Rodrigo understands that he is right about his suspicions toward Julian, and runs to rescue Piedad and avoid the wedding. Unfortunately Rodrigo arrives too late. He witnesses Julian and Piedad leaving their wedding for their honeymoon. Rodrigo breaks down, understanding that he lost Piedad, the love of his life, forever. Matilde's surgery is successful and she is able to talk and move again. Julian desperate because he knows his days of freedom are counted because of Matilde's surgery and tries to escape but he encounters Tatiana and she drags him to a point which Julian forcefully grabs her and stabs her trying to kill her. Rodrigo calls Piedad, telling her to leave Julian's apartment telling her that the police is after him because they already know he is the murderer. Piedad refuses to believe and at this point Julian arrives to the apartment. She sees a blood stain on his shirt and understands that Rodrigo was always right. Julian also confess her that he is "El Cazador". Julian kidnaps Piedad and her daughter Sofia, puts her to sleep, takes them to his lair. Valeria follows them with her car reaching to Julian's lair. She could tell at time Rodrigo and the police the location of Julian. Valeria tries to confront Julian, to hit him and rescue Piedad and the baby. But Julian again manages to capture Valeria. He ties her up and after Valeria taunts him, he brutally kills Valeria, stabbing her several times in stomach making her his fourteenth victim. At this time Rodrigo also reaches to Julian's lair, and finds out that Julian murdered Valeria. In order to save Piedad and his daughter, he confronts Julian and they both fight each other. Julian manages to grab a knife and stab Rodrigo, making Rodrigo unconscious. Piedad escapes immediately, holding baby in her arms. Finale: After stabbing Rodrigo, making him unconscious, Julian pours Rodrigo with gasoline, wanting to burn him alive. Finally, Julián lights up the cabin and when Julián tries to escape Rodrigo wakes up in time and fights back Julian. They both get caught in fire. Rodrigo and Julian managed to escape from the burning cabin. Julian was running out of the cabin with his whole body on fire, everyone thought it was Rodrigo. but then Rodrigo came out with the dead body of Valeria in his arms. Julian was burned to death but Rodrigo survived with no serious injuries. In one particular moment while police covered the burned and deformed body of the killer, the spirit of Eva was shown wearing the black dress and pearl necklace. Several months later, Tatiana has survived her injury and she and Benjamin are together again. Camila graduates university; she helped save the life of her sister Tatiana by giving blood in order to save her life. Matilde leaves Chicago to begin a new life with her son Emilio in California. Emilio has Julian's ashes in a box and in one point he moves his hair across his face just like Julian did when he was about to kill. So that gives a clue that Emilio will turn out to be a killer. Luisa gets a medal for solving the case of "El Cazador" and Sanchez congratulates her, so she puts her hand out to shake his hand but he hugs her instead. Pedro Pablo and Lola are together raising their four daughters and the baby Pedrito which is Lucy's son. Lucy is in a mental hospital. Rodrigo receives an offer to work in North Carolina, and tells Piedad he can't live without her and without their daughter Sofia. Rodrigo asks her to join him and Piedad accepts and they are together. The final scene is the two of them sitting in the park with their daughter. |

You people should do you research before posting news on forums like this: Hoax Busted: Bill Gates Offers Rapper Young Thug $9 Million Cash to Stop Making Music, is Fake: By Johnlee Varghese November 3, 2014 Reports claiming that Microsoft founder and multi billionaire Bill Gates has offered Atlanta-based Rapper Young Thug $9 million cash to stop making [bad] music should not be taken seriously as it is simply a 'satirical' article. Bill Gates Bill Gates Reuters The bogus report that has gone viral was posted by Huzlers.com, which calls itself a satirical website, and is known for creating fake stories using 'real people and incidents.' The hoax story stated: Bill Gates has told reporters "I may not be an avid rap listener but i sure heard Young Thug's music and instantly went into depression. I even began to question my existence and why this man was even let 100 feet near a recording studio, he has to go, If he denies my offer, I will offer even more. Young Thug has yet to reply to the offer." A report in The Epoch Times calls the story 'Not Real At All' and noted: "Huzlers has a disclaimer, which says it isn't real and shouldn't be taken seriously." "Huzlers.com is a combination of real shocking news and satirical entertainment to keep its visitors in a state of disbelief," the report noted. According to a New York Times report, Gates is a devotee of U2, the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. He, however, has not kept himself updated with most of the new artists, the report had suggested. In the meantime, many amused Twitteratis fooled by the hoax article took to the popular micro-blogging site to talk about the article. Who is Young Thug? Young Thug is the stage name of the American hip hop recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia. The real name of the 22-year old artist is Jeffrey Williams. He is known for his single "Stoner". Honestly, all these are not necessary. The moment we can put a clear distinction between politics and religion/ethnicity in this country, that is when we would begin to take steps towards the right direction. What does it matter if it is a Muslim or Christian that is ruling? What if we field a Christian but a Muslim will better perform and vise versa? Would we rather a mediocre rule and leave the profession out of the system all because we want to satisfy a religious and ethnocentric desires? What pride do we get if someone of the same religion is the one on the seat of power? I really don't get it. If they agree to let a Christian run, the next thing you will hear is "He should be a Catholic" or "He should be of a living church" denomination or something in that line. I kind of understand that when 'our brother' is in a public office, he tends to favor 'us' his people, but it is not supposed to be so. A public office holder is expected to serve the "Public" and not his "Family" or people with the same religious belief or ethnic origin. It is one step at a time though, the moment we begin to get things right, every other thing will fall into place. |

This man does not have time for embezzlement in public office. It has been proven that he is a very calculative business man. As OBJ's vice, Baba was busy trying to ensure Atiku does not succeed him while my guy was busy arranging exclusve deals for himself to operate the FTZ for a number of years. Imagine what he would do when he gets to the seat of power, run show for 8 years @ N1.0m per annum. The guy knows what he is after, that is why he would be willing to live with N1/year to achieve what he wants. |
em77:I will totally agree with you saying the action is tantamount to rubbish if there is no precedent. However, if there was a precedent to such, then they might end up winning in a clean and fair trial. |
deji47:Home Base, it is somewhere in Saka Tinubu but I've not been there cos I'm held up in PHC. Though I've called to speak with my account manager, I'm hoping to be there sometime in November. |
Hey guys, I got an SMS informing me that I was pre-approved for the scheme. Did anyone else get the SMS? |
Now that we got the ‘”all clear” and we have been able to reasonably restrain the spread of the Ebola Virus Disease in Nigeria, we can take a more dispassionate look at the issue, its genesis and some ramifications. But first, a huge credit must go to the Lagos State Government. In particular, the Governor, Fashola, his health commissioner, Dr. Jide Idris, and his Special Adviser on Health, Dr. Yewande Adeshina, deserve high praise, indeed. Similarly, President Goodluck Jonathan and the Minister of Health, Prof Onyebuchi Chukwu, deserve commendation for their co-ordinating role, robust leadership and tireless work in containing the Ebola spread. Special praise must go to Dr Ameyo Adadevoh and her team at the First Consultants Hospital. I dread to imagine what would have happened in Lagos and in Nigeria had the index case, Patrick Sawyer, not been taken to that hospital and placed under the care of the meticulous Adadevoh. Her foresight and effective management of that case probably saved our collective bacon. We cannot leave out the World Health Organisation and other foreign health experts who were on the ground and in the forefront providing us with support. However, when you think that there are many more WHO personnel and foreign health workers in Ebola-stricken countries such as Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, and these countries have not managed to contain Ebola and in fact, the disease is on the increase in those places, you begin to appreciate the more, the effectiveness of Nigeria’s local strategy and response. Instructively, Nigeria tackled Ebola disease head-on and won. It was textbook epidemiology triumph. In doing this, we probably helped prevent greater spread of the disease to other parts of the continent. So, kudos to all involved. They have all done very well. And you know you’ve done good when even America sends its personnel to study how you’ve done it! But, how did Ebola get to Nigeria? First, we can confirm authoritatively now that Sawyer did come to Nigeria knowing full well he had contracted the Ebola disease. He came here looking for a cure. His widow in New York attested to that much. Sawyer wasn’t alone. Another Liberian diplomat sneaked through the border and sought cure for the same disease in Port Harcourt. Furthermore, there were news reports of a few Ebola-stricken West African nationals who tried to cross into Nigeria through the Niger and through some South-South borders. They were all turned back. Also, three travellers suspected to be Ebola-infected were apprehended after they crossed into Ogun State through the Imeko-Afon border. Why did all these people come, and wanted to get into Nigeria? They were practically invited to come by the now former Minister for Information, Labaran Maku. On Wednesday, April 2, 2014, Jonathan was away in Brussels, Belgium. In his place, Vice-President Namadi Sambo chaired the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja. Immediately after this meeting, while briefing journalists on its outcome, Maku declared to the world that Nigeria had Ebola virus disease vaccines! Specifically, the voluble Maku said, “Nigeria is prepared right now to curtail any outbreak particularly given reports that a few counties on the West Coast like Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea have reported cases of Ebola fever and given our proximity to these countries, Nigeria is ready. The ministry has taken every precaution including getting vaccines and medicines to ensure that should there be any incident in Nigeria, everything would be dealt with with precision.” The man wasn’t done. He added, “So far, there is nothing like Ebola fever in Nigeria, and Council was reassured that every step has been taken to ready our country just in case infected persons come into the country from our neighbouring countries.” This was the same briefing where the rebasing of our economy was mentioned for the first time and perhaps that overshadowed the tidbit about us having Ebola vaccines. So, while most Nigerians heard “rebasing,” our Ebola-stricken neighbours heard “vaccines.” I suppose Maku could be reasonably excused on the basis that he was perhaps just passing on information he received from the Federal Ministry of Health. However, he could have checked and confirmed his facts before making categorical statements. Given Nigeria’s pre-eminence on the continent, why would other Africans (who might not be privy to the grandiloquent nature of our government officials) not take Maku’s statement seriously? Even as late as July 25, a few days after Sawyer escaped into Nigeria, the Project Director of the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, one Prof. Abdulsalam Nasidi, chipped-in, “…we have mobilised rapid response teams in addition to developing a detailed response plan that includes a comprehensive health education, health promotion to sensitise Nigerians, enhanced surveillance to detect and treat the disease.” What’s a desperate African citizen to do on the back of such reassuring statements? The same thing is happening to America now. A few people with Ebola have flown into that country since it was able to successfully cure a couple of people with the Ebola virus. It is painful that some people have had to lose their lives as a result of Sawyer’s and others’ actions, but we must put things in their proper perspective. People in offices of high responsibility must be more discerning and more sensitive when it comes to matters of life and death. There are times to grandstand and there are other times to be serious. So, when Jonathan described Sawyer as “crazy” and a “mad man,” perhaps, he ought to have been looking elsewhere. But, thank heavens we pulled through and we have excelled – albeit at a price. We only need now to worry about people coming home for Christmas from Ebola-infested countries. However, what our experience with the successful containment of the Ebola disease has shown is that Nigeria has the material and human resources to be a truly great nation if only we have the will, the commitment, and the right leadership. We can even straighten out our health care sector such that the President won’t have to jet into Germany so much for his health care needs. The nation may be heading for another round of fuel scarcity following plans by workers of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to embark on an industrial action if the management of the Corporation failed to heed their requests. The workers are among other issues, requesting the management to broker an agreement with them on how it intends to adequately fund the in-house pension fund operated by the Corporation. The development follows the withdrawal of the licence to operate the said in-house pension fund by the National Pension Commission (PenCom), LEADERSHIP has learnt. It was learnt that as at December 31, 2012, the deficit in the pension scheme was N133.56 billion. The workers which gave 12am midnight deadline to the management of NNPC are set to down tools starting from 1am midnight if the issue was not resolved by then. A text message sent to journalists yesterday by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) warned that the workers would down-tools if the 12am midnight deadline it gave to the management of the NNPC was not met. Apart from requesting the NNPC management to furnish them with funding plans for the staff pension, the oil workers are also demanding the commencement of the planned Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) of the refineries as well as restoration of crude supply to the refineries. “Demands are approval and adequate funding of the pension system, embarking on TAM of refineries and restoration of crude supply to refineries,” PENGASAN said in the text message LEADERSHIP gathered that PenCom’s decision to withdraw the license of NNPC Pension Fund Limited was based on allegations that the company have overtime failed to meet up with extant requirements in its operation of the fund. In the letter which was addressed to the group managing director of NNPC by the acting director-general of PenCom, Chinelo Anohu-Amazu, the commission stated its knowledge of NNPC’s unwillingness to comply with extant provisions in the Pension Reform Act (PRA) 2004. It stated that it had in 2006 granted the NNPC temporary approval to operate the Pension Fund as a Close Pension Fund Administrator (CPFA), pending compliance of guidelines to be issued by the provision of the PRA 2004. The letter dated September 8, 2014, also highlighted the conditions upon which the operational approval was granted to the NNPC, conditions it said the Corporation has failed to meet, consequently resulting in the withdrawal of the license. In the letter, PenCom cited Section 50 (1) (g) of the PRA and clause (b) (i) of the approval conditions which provide that the scheme shall be fully funded at all times and that any shortfall shall be made up within 90 days. The letter further stated that the “NNPC has breached this condition considering that the scheme has remained in deficits since inception in 2006.” NNPC Reacts The NNPC in a statement last night by its spokesman Ohi Alegbe, said that in a fresh directive dated 15 September, 2014, “PENCOM stated that the Commission had granted the NNPC a transition period of 12 months within which to ensure full compliance with the provisions of the PRA 2014.” Consequently, the corporation appealed to the leadership of the industrial unions to exercise restraint while it embarks on extensive engagement with PENCOM to resolve the issues. It noted that NNPC Pension Fund Limited has complied with the provisions of the PRA 2014, by transferring assets in equities, bonds, certificates of deposits and other marketable securities to the custody of Pension Funds Administrators (PFAs) for management as directed by PENCOM since 2006. The corporation further called on members of the public to avoid panic buying over the strike action threat. http://leadership.ng/business/384164/fuel-scarcity-looms-imminent-nationwide-oil-workers-strike |

deji47: Since it now has to do with you finding a house yourself can I who picked a 2bedroom flat find a 3bedroom as long as I can pay the 20% of the 3bedroom flat?My brother, I be applicant like any other person. From what I read, it says applicant will choose a house, meet the requirements and the deal will be closed. I think you should check the FAQ on their website (housingfinance.gov.ng) or contact them with your concerns and see if they will provide you with adequate information. |
erico2k2: So technicaly if a person above 45 is a no no with this system cos he or she is out of service b4 the 20 yearsYou might be right but no mention was made about the age range. It might be a criteria for screening though. |
tunai: So why don't they list the 17 primary mortgage institutes that are instructed to prequalify applicant so one can follow upI honestly don't know and wasn't even thinking about that aspect. I'll see if I can find out the mortgage and financial institutions involved and post my findings. Thanks for the question, I need an answer to that too. |
