I was curious too but these are the kind of funny stuff you read online. I was wondering at what point in history Uniben became a school rated above Unilag. dazzlingd: Has there ever been any ranking where Uniben ranked higher than Unilag? Is that the lie you share with each other at to your shekpe joint? Simple005: [You must be sleeping on the same bed with your mother, you don't have anything in head , so dumb]It's insane to think that Nigeria's voters renewed the tenure of APC which made Nigeria become the POVERTY CAPITAL of the world and one of the most TERRORISED COUNTRIES on earth within 8 years.
What happened on the 25th February presidential election day was that Mahmood Yakubu on noticing that Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso, were sharing the votes of their particular class of the electorate, and the Labour Party was winning, and leading with a very high margin; he disabled the systems for electronic transmission of vote results from the BVAS to INEC server. He thereafter took to manual collation of votes and manipulated vote numbers; quickly pronounced APC as winner of the presidential election; even before he got half of the results from the presidential election. |

Hang in there. Don't expect to be a guru in just a couple of years. You may not acknowledge this but you are way better than when you started this journey. Find materials on algorithms and on data structures. Let google or ChatGPT bail you out but review the steps a few times for better understanding. Remember, skills development is all about repetition and that leads to expertise. Lexzeey: I am going to be 29 this year, I bought two courses on udemy last year, first one is about designing, I have finished it, I had some challenges but I overcame although I feel I'm not good enough to work with my design skills, now I'm into the second course( fullstack development) and it has been tedious and stressful, I used to be intelligent when I was in school, stopped at ND because they was no money to further my education and get HND, instead of staying idle I decided to learn those skills, now I'm not grasping anything, I'm learning and giving my best but no results, I just can't grab it, I don't know wether it's because I am too old or b because I am bad at math, pls advice me on how to to actually know this, I want to be proficient enough to know it instead of googling and using chatgpt to bail myself out always. |

If that is what your heart desires then you are never too old. If you don't start now then in 2 years time, you would start blaming yourself for not starting at 29. Bro, you can start at 40 or more, just don't have an employee mindset at that point. Always have a 5-year plan that leads somewhere. Always learn the business side of whatever you do. It is not about your age. A 22 year old may only have just 3 or 7 years left in this world, so stay positive and go for your dreams. Life is just a temporary stage, age is irrelevant as long as you are physically and mentally sound. |

Tinubu touched all the 36 states and FCT at the same tempo during the campaigns.
Atiku operated like 1970s kick and start car disappearing and reappearing at his convenience. He did not touch all the states.
Obi did not touch all the states and was initially very stable and agile. Towards the end of the campaigns, he was sounding like an exhausted sallah ram on judgment day. He clearly tired out. |

Thank you, intelligent fella! This is a simple matter. Those who went silent on Obi's Pandora matter have no right blowing useless grammar here omohayek: But Obi is guilty of exactly the same "sin" as Tinubu is accused of here - hiding his ownership of foreign assets behind shell corporations. Just like Tinubu, Obi used his child's name to front his ownership, except that Tinubu's son is an adult, while Obi had no shame pretending a child could have been the owner of millions in US dollars. To rub insult in the injury, Obi's financial manipulations also occurred while he was a sitting governor.
I know none of the above will stop you from pretending that Obi is in any way better than Tinubu, even though Obi himself admitted to what he had done, excusing it in the name of "tax avoidance". You can't claim with a straight face that Obi's actions are permissible while Tinubu's aren't, unless you're so blinded by tribalism you think anything goes if "na my kinsman wey do am". Either both's actions are kosher, or neither. |

If after hearing what happened here, you still have the guts to buy land without proper verifications done then you deserve whatever outcome you get. I agree that the law must go after any lawbreaker but that's up to those who lost their properties to come together and sue. FG lost nothing here, those who lost something should seek redress. wasuka14: Honestly to real settle this matter and make it never happen again. FG suppose arrest all the houses owners, the government staffs that collect bribe to give them approval and those who sold the land and jail them. No matter who they knw, they suppose get huge punishment. This is the only way we can wash our country of bad behaviors. Now, UK just jailed Ike Ekeremadu for human trafficking and organ harvesting. I believe no Nigeria or any citizen of any country will try such on uk land again. Until we allow rule of law in Nigeria, we will continue to witness lawlessness and bad behaviors. |

Every single adult Nigerian is 100% aware of this. People should stop the pretense. In my hood, one man blatantly built a mansion on a land that was clearly marked for road and drainage. He was shown the masterplan even before construction, he ignored it all as if it's nothing. They marked the fence with large X after 3 years, he painted over it. In his case, A Pharaoh will soon come that won't know Joseph then some people from his 'tribe' will start the classical demonstration of "appeal to pity" as if that makes any sense in law . willibounce1: Beware of all these wicked real estate companies advertising lands and estate and deceiving people to buy lands. Nice composition. The President-Elect Bola Tinubu will address these personal concerns of yours if found to be valid and not mere rantings of a sore loser Johans2023: who elected him? Only Mahmoud Yakubu selected him. In the history of this country we got a man with only 8 million votes. Out of 93 millions Nigerians the registered only 8 million voted for your so called president elect. Tinubu didn't get up to 10 % of the registered voters, how then do you expect him to govern the country when majority of Nigerians don't want him. |
