Good morning everyone, please I want to know if I can use this car for Bolt. I bought it tokunbo and it's just sitting fallow for a while, I'm thinking if Uber or Bolt can accept it. It's 2005 Nissan Micra. For now all I need to do is refill the gas.
I don't know why this is funny to me. Bolt should accept it. Moving Lagos tins

Nice idea Boss. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Moving unmovable Lagos without play increases frustration. Setting up committee is the first step. There must be bouncers too please or FBI agent. If you know you know grin 1luv!

Car turning to Duplex is mostly for drivers that live in ikorodu or sango ota. If u live within the city you will go home.

The hours of work can be estimated, because of the curfew, no driver will come and say i drove for 24hours to achieve this.

God bless each and every one of you.
Oh! Ok boss. Amen sir.

Kindly post your DETAILED dashboard that includes all activities to encourage or discourage driver/owner partners. Nothing is wrong if you post all details including the gross, net, time spent online, time spent driving, times you sleep on Lekki roads, how you stay out of your house Mon-Fri, how your car turns to your duplex. This to me, is the best way to encourage/discourage. With this, newbies/owners will have clear picture of what this hustle is all about. Is really crazy out there guys. Let us all watch out for our health. Kudos to driver/owner partners. Wish us great testimony this week. 1luv!

what you did was totally wrong.....cos 2 wrongs don't make a right.....thats cheating......but as I dey pity ur account wey Uber go block should you fail to defend ur act......send message to Uber(very fast before 12hrs) that it's a 3rd party trip that the rider requested for his girlfriend which you dropped and end the trip and earned your money....also add that you noticed there was a fight btw the guy and his girlfriend and you were shocked to see the earning adjusted back to zero..... Reason is Uber already see that the rider did not go on the trip from their system......just add some more salt and pepper paint the guy red and tell Uber u don't wish to meet him again as he's using swearing words for you when you contacted him.......but stop the act....there is a law of sowing and reaping o

I just did something very bad now but if I can handle it to the very last I won't regret it all.

After my last post I got a trip to magodo via set destination to Abule-Egba. 1.5km to drop off another request came in 6.3km (had I known I wouldnt have picked it.

Rider didnt call till I droppes of and time was 9:51pm already. Dropped off and the. GMap says 3.8km to pickup ETA 18min; 10:03pm.

Put a call through to riderer.

Me: hi, gudevening pls where you going to pls?
R: Berger
M: pls kindly req another ride it's off my path
R: Okay

I thought this guy waa gonna cancel but he didn't.

I calles him again.

M: pls sir you still haven't cancelled.
R: I'll be charged you cancel.
Me: you still have time to cancel without being charged pls kindly cancel so I can get a ride towards my destination.
R: Okay.

Guy still refused to cancel.

I then drove down to pu, waited for about 6min could see it was a card trip na there devil come enter my Godly heart and I said let me teach this guy a hard lesson since you want to spoil my own make me help you spoil your own too.

I started trip, got to Berger did solo 4passengers to ogba. I then decided to end trip at excellent hotel.

As I reach out the stupid guy sent me a textbwithin.

How do I report to uber now is what I'm trying to think now.

If you a good and constructive lie I can give to uber pls help me out.
This Is very wrong, bad and wicked. I don't think is even right for driver to object going on particular trip and feel entitled for riders to cancel such trip. Rather, driver humbly ask and not feel entitled. We should put ourselves in riders shoe whenever we are drivers and vice versa. God bless this week for us all. 1luv!

You can do rush hour cb cb(cabu cabu), 5am-7am before the Lagos roads vampires resume work and 5pm-7/8pm to avoid Lagos road night zombies. With that, you can earn little and get ready for world of no mans land (Sona) e-hailing proper. 1luv!

I had run-ins with these clowns at Yaba the other day. About five of them surrounded my car at a junction, I asked the person in the car with me if it was a one way, he said no. I became angry and warned the fools when they attempted to deflate my tires. I completely ignored them and was driving away while hoping they don't touch my car to avoid chaos in the area since I didn't commit any traffic offence.

These touts are having the upper hand because some Nigerians are lily livered. People should learn how to stand their ground for as long as possible. If it's means fighting, stay there and fight.

It's also one of the reasons one should be wary of mainland Lagos. Touts rule Mushin, Yaba, Oshodi and many other busy parts of the mainland. No government or police presence in most of these areas, anarchy and lawlessness is the order of the day.
The 'some' are not really a coward, the unfortunate, weak system put in place to protect the right of every citizen is the problem. The weak system makes most Nigerians to lack courage in doing the right thing. So some are trying to be safe. But I know the system will surely put everybody to the wall one day.

My brother, it's caused by the politicians who empower this touts, after promising the touts if they help them win election, that they will be given government office to make money from.

They other day I saw them checking car papers(tufiakwa!!!) Close to Itire road. This country have gone to the dogs.
But how can anyone allow local government tout to Check their car papers. We just roll with any kind of madness in this country. We will all be alright las las.

But how did we get to this point in this country that local government illiterate, touts, mechanic, vulcanizer and Co can arrest cars on the road, taking the place of police officers. Removing road signs just to lure their prey into their trap. Are the activities of local government tout backed up by law or is one of those abnormalities that will dance along in this country. I was at one of the local government in Lagos, you need to see how these bird of ill-omen tout are mocking drivers about drivers begging them, money negotiations and how they strategize and stuff. Is really worrisome because is more like NNPC work for them. I really pity some uber drivers yesterday at their mercy, begging them with 20k+ despite the inconsiderate uber fares. Lets just watch out! 1luv!

The horrible stories I have been reading while on incognito mode has been making me laugh so hard.

Many of you are still yet to understand why Lagos state is the only state in the world their welcoming sign board is; "THIS IS LAGOS." Other states I visited are usually "Welcome to Accra, Welcome to Doha, Welcome to Legon, Welcome to Abuja, Welcome To Addis Ababa, Welcome to Onitsha, Welcome To Asaba". But only Lagos is the state I have seen "This is Lagos".

From the moment I stepped foot into Lagos the first time 20 years ago, I have always understood that sign as; "This is Lagos. Shine your eyes"

Aside driving people from point A to B, how do you guys manage to develop an inter-personal relationship with total strangers suddenly?

Only on this thread have I read stories of drivers following riders home to sleep in their houses due to offline contracts. For how much kwanu?

I also saw one that said that the rider was "so good" that he had to tell her not to pay? All the way from Command Ipaja to Sangatedo?" undecided undecided undecided Can you imagine? grin grin grin All these Lekki girls with juju buried deep in their epidermis... I hail una jazz man cheesy cheesy cheesy

The Twitter guy scam is similar to what nearly played out on our own luxurydriver here. He met one who might have promised him mansions in the sky grin grin grin. But it ended in premium tears.

It was on same Twitter that I read where one driver narrated how he was so hungry on a particular day that his rider took him home and offered him Okro Soup and Semovita. Can you imagine? Una get mind for this world oo. This one will just be licking away his destiny without knowing.

Scroll up a little and see one already telling humongous stories of how his current client "is shedding tears of joy" after listening to old blues. Oga DJ jimmy jatt abi neptune, I hail oo. You even had the morale to be licking Yoghurt the so called woman that looked Frenchie offered you? You are licking Frenchie Yoghurt just laidat?... Chai grin grin grin

ina alacha Yoghurt abi? Jisie Ike. wink wink

Thats how stories that end in premium tears begins.... Lets be watching

Yeah! You are right. We win we lose. But you should also notice the guy was reporting that in a blank despair situation he found himself at that moment which I believe we all understand. He "begged" him, that is not harassement. He doesnt feel entitled. However, it means driver can also end any trip at 12midnight in the middle of no where. We win we lose theory! That leakage is coming from the roof chanel1. You'll have to use that siliant use for windscreen I really don't know the name but they locally call it 'potty" it's black like this.

Put it in that their gun instrument and then apply it technically and neatly in form of a line just beside the black plastic/rubber cover on top the roof. Or better still remove the two rubber on top the roof before applying it then replace. Allow to cake. Come back and thank me later.
I think his best bet is to see panel as someone suggested. Reason been that, there is a channel for water from roof to the door, so there is possibly a blockage. Because even if he use the potty to block it, the water will surely find another angle....

Yeah. In a difficult situation like that, i just have to activate my faith. Social distancing and less driving is what I try to imbibe this coming weeks till the pandemic reduces.
Nice plan brov... But personally, I wish you just isolate yourself and not take further risk. To curtain or survive this terrible virus, we have to live as if we have the virus. I stopped working, not only because I may get infected but I may also infect others(especially with the fact that I carried UK returnees last week Monday). Social distancing is all we need now. Please note, I am not trying to create panic, but is real and here big time. THE GOODNEWS IS.... IS NOT A DEATH SENTENCE. Larger percentage of infected people survived it. But trust me, nobody wants to pass through the trauma of being quarantine or placed in an uncompleted building called isolation center in Nigeria. We will surely survive it. 1luv guys!

I remember the early days of Bolt when manipulations was far more easier. One stupid girl was running his mouth like tap water insulting me. I ignored her. I simply used my Lockito and set her pickup as Kano and Destination as Jigawa. When trip ended and I showed her receipt, she shouted Jesus!

Rider: Oga this map shows I was in Kano. When was I Kano?

Me: Nne, you were in Kano whether you like it or not and we are in Jigawa now. You must pay me oo. You are even lucky I did not take you to Japan.

Don't ask me how it finally ended. Chai... I miss Bolt of 2016. When you can take a rider from China to Gabon.[/quote]You better come back and tell how it ended.

Fam

I gave this rider grace of a week but he is proving stubborn

I picked him on a surge of 1.6 from Maryland and to lekki phase 1 and we suffled 4 different destinations...he was acting rich and let's go let's go geng...after the whole moving lekki..trip ended at 8000 and I showed him and he said he needs the receipt to confirm on his own side and I explained to him that his receipt will be generated only if I confirm his payment...long story short..he invited one of his friends and that one start threating this and that...after long delay he parted with 5k that if he gets the receipt he will send the balance.. I swiped confirm and the receipt wasnt sent same time to him. But he got it the next day I confirmed from our call...I sent my acc det...and just to call through to let him know I have sent my details...he has already blocked me, used my second number he blocked that as well..I was on the verge of even leaving the balance..so I called with one of my friend phone the next day....he picked and he said I should do my worse that he won't pay one naira extra.

My plan was type his number before in A4 paper as a fast loan giver and paste around Lagos...

His phone number is +2348177149451
If you can attach the trip details here for us to confirm because your guy is feeling like you cheated him. And moreso, before the issue gets haywire. Because I am sure AngryIgboMan is shaking his head for the guy right now. Have a blessed day guys. 1luv!
