However, having watched several videos of James Randi in an open contest with world renowned psychics, they've never been able to reproduce their 'power'; besides none have been able to claim his $10,00 cheque.

Come to think of it pilgrim1, who is a psychic? Is it someone who claims he can bend a spoon with his mind or push an object without touching them or make a cup of cofee boil without external heat? I think such people only exist in hollywood. Except of course you've seen one.

My friend told me about how during the meeting, she came down from the stage and walked up to a lady who has had a stiff neck for long and could not turn her neck. God told me that He has healed you she told the woman after the woman had said what her problem was. Turn your neck now she asked the lady. The lady turned her whole body instead. Before they went back to their seats, he told them to begin to walk in prosperity henceforth because no one wears his garments and remains in poverty. I have been wearing his somplete outfit which the most generous pastor I've known has given to me for more than a year prior to that prophesy; I then anchored my faith to that prophetic word and asked God to use me as an instrument to show the entire congregation that the Lord truly speaks through His servant. I also told God in prayer that I want to stand at the alter by the following Sunday to testify that the Lord has confirmed the words of His servant in my life.

Two days later, (Tuesday 24th oct), while at work, I was feeling so depressed after pushing the armored gates for some hours when a distant relation called me from Lagos and asked if I would like to resign my jod immediately and come over to Lagos because he is working out something better for me in one of the world's leading oil firm, this sounded like a dream to me, I then remembered the covenant at the church and the promise to come back to testify. I told him to give me a week to tidy up things. Having testified the following Sunday Oct 29th, 2006, I took a 3 days time off and proceeded to Lagos on Nov 2nd. I did not even tender my resignation letter because everything seemed like a dream to me. I reported at the head office on Nov 3rd with my credentials hoping that I will be scheduled for the usual rigorous interviews. To my greatest surprise, I was asked to resume work immediately in the HR dept while my appointment letter was given to me with effect from Nov 1st.

I am in my 3rd assignment in this firm and have seen the hand of God in everything I lay my hands on. The Lord has really favored me in all areas of my life and has restored to me the days of cankerworm and palmerworms.

I am truly grateful that the good Lord has used His servant to break the chains of fruitlessness and poverty in my life and I vow to always serve and worship Him for the rest of my life. I have carefuly followed your story from the very begining and I have no doubt in my mind that you know what you are talking about.
The fact that a few misguided bunch think you are lying should never discourage you. They equally called me names when I made open the shameful practices of the Chris Oyakhilome led healing school.
I have not been to the synagogue at any time, but your story and that of many others have a stricking resemblance to my observation and experience at CE.

My prayer for the likes of donnie is: 'may God never let them or their loved ones have conditions that will take them to these charlatans'

When I told my story about the CE healing school, they called me names; now the truth is gradually coming out.
For those who still think we are crazy for saying these things, my prayer has always been that: 'may you, your friends or any of your loved ones never get to be blind, deaf, dumb or physically disabled such that you may have to go to the Healing school or TBJ'
Oh what devastation you will feel when the truth finally dawns on you.

When this people give their testimonies on the world wide web, terrestial and satellite TV, they would usually explain how the 'diabetes' or 'sickle cell' got them to  the point that they could not do what they could before e'g standing up and running. Now let me briefly explain how the scam works: The Healing School selects mild cases of a particular ailment like diabetes for instances, sets the person in a wheelchair during the healing service. Before then, the medical team of the healing school prepares a graphic presentation. The presentation is a detailed explanation of the type of ailmentment and sympthoms that accompany same (like goldenterp rightly ponted out). This is then played before everyone present at the service before the ministeration is done.
Now what the healing school is doing is simply planting a suggestion in the mind of the viewrs that the fellow sitting in that wheelchair is unable to walk based on the analysis already given frm the presentation. What the people are not aware of is that the case before them is only a mild one and not the severe case.

Just last week, the mother of one of the church staff from the CE church I left died of breast cancer. funny thing is I was there June last year when Chris prayed for her at the healing school. One year later, shes dead; the millions of people who would probably watch video clips of that ministeration again and again will not know this.

Firstly in Science, Sickle Cell Anaemia can affect one so much that it causes inconsistent flow of blood into the brain system, then generate and inhibits impulses in the brain and can cause one to be bedridden when the Nervous System is attacked, i wont give u medical details because even if the person has just malaria, God can decid to tell the person so sit on a Mat, then they pour water on him and that's all, she may stand up and start jumping and that alone could be all she needed to be healed, u need to understand that the Anointing of God is always present where these men of God operate, and whichever method God puts in their heart to use, they will and it doesnt matter whether the method is carnally/humanly unreasonable or not. What is key is, God gave the direction, the person who had Sickle Cell and was told to sit in a wheel chair (and that is if even your lies are true) and got up and rejoiced all over, the question is, did she tell you she still had the aneamia after that encounter? Or u are just sitted there examining the method applied?

I have evidently seen my friend's mum who had Goitre for years, all of us in this area at least knew, She went to Healing School and came back without goitre, what exactly is your problem? How possibly can a Man make such display of miracles and invite all sick around the world to come, and then when they come, how will he will decieve such a multitude? In case you dont know, i have visited Hospitals several times to pray for people who got instant healing, u may as well say i staged it in the hospital.

For your information, not everyone in wheelchair that comes to our Redeem Camp that go back home walking and not everyone who goes to healing school that get healed, why? Because even Jesus could not do any miracles in Nazareth and no mighty work (Mark 6 vs 5 - KJV or NIV) and it wasnt because Jesus was staging the ones he did at Capernaum and Galilee, No! It was because of unbeleif and lack of faith of those involved, so if you in particular (SirJohn) come to our redeem camp or go to healing school, i can assure u 100% that you will either come back home same or come worse, because of your dirty and suspicsious lack of faith and craftiness of mind, Jesus said until one becomes like a child he cannot receive of the Father, what did he mean? That you believe, like a child will do under a normal circumstances. Ye doubt these things because ye are unbelief, even the disciples of Jesus tried to cast out demons and they couldnt and when Jesus came and did same thing and cast the devils out, the disciples asked why they couldnt and he told them its because of their unbelief. Peter after walking on the water for a while began to sink (in the presence of Jesus), and he will have drowned if he didnt shout to Jesus for help, and Jesus asked him, "Peter, why did you doubt?".

So leave these men of God alone, thy faith shall made thee whole!

Let me pretend for a moment that I didn’t see your last post; I understand you are new however, I have a question for you:
What would you call a scenario in which someone that has diabetes or sickle cell anemia for instance goes to a place like the healing school, and then after two weeks, he or she is then placed in a wheelchair before hundreds of devotees who get the impression that they are incapacitated? And then they are later ministered to and told to stand and walk as though that was their problem?

Christ Embassy is blasting every corner of the Universe, their Daily Devotional is now translated in i think about 78 languages and they are still counting. In Ghana, they've taken all over and bombarding everywhere with the Gospel of Jesus through the Man of God, the same with all the Asian and Carribean Countries, they've been able to penetrate the Irans, Iraqs, and even Saudi Arabia with the Gospel, visit S/Africa and see thousands of folks who doctors have given up on, a rendeavouz of broken humanity and God visited and gave life and hope to through the Healing School which is a Ministry of Jesus through Pastor Chris, we are one body of Christ. Let's rejoice when we see our fellow brethren doing well and even when they seem to have done any wrong, we are not the ones to begin to castigate.

I may not know Pastor Chris well but one thing i can testify of him is that, He is a Balanced Preacher, unlike what alot of his critics think, He preaches Salvation, Heaven, Christian Consecration, Divine Realities, Zion's Cizitens, Overcoming Life, Prosperity and many other aspects and i have seen so many books he has written in all these christian areas in many good and well-stocked BookShops. It is not therefore enough to watch only their Atmosphere of Miracles and conclude he's just for Signs and Wonders, No! I bet to differ, its just that Miracles by nature attracts attention than an endtime warning sermon will probably do and we know that even the Miracles wrought by the Apostles also gained popularity, Daddy G.O. has also wrought miracles of all sorts that Pastor Chris does and even perhaps greater ones, and Baba's name is spreading like Wildfire in Europe. So what are we talking about?

I'm not here to prove any healing to you. I'm not obliged to. The point is that there are far better things of wider consequences and rewards to engage in. The initial post doesn't in any way improve any life or glorify God. You could engage in more profitable activity like evangelising or praying instead of igniting criticisms and hate that lead to no-where.
You say you believe that God heals, yet you're already in a default position of doubt as to whether there's any healed of an organic ailment.
