Kenyan 28: Lets talk here on this forumn, I do not want phone calls nor texts again from any member of CE. Kenyan 28: AM ONE UNSTOPABLE WOMAN AND NOBODY CAN HOLD ME FROM SPEAKING THE TRUTH.I HAVE NOT FOUND TIME TO E-MAIL U, BUT TODAY, I WILL.@Kenyan28, you are now sounding like the courageous woman I expect... My advice is, keep your hopes high; God is alive! Don't also be reluctant to explore medical options as they are also part of Gods outstretched arm of healing in our time. God ordained medical science and is not against it; Healing through medical science is also healing from God because all knowledge belongs to him. Will be waiting patiently for your email! God Bless You! |
Now here's a comment I posted way back in 2008, I'm going to call some of them back just so that you know that I had warned about this
It is very true that so many people who were proclaimed 'healed' at the healing school later die of the same ailments. Of course Pastor Chris would want to have us believe that they died of unbelief or that they did not have enough faith to sustain their healing. But were these people ever healed in the first place? Given the right conditions (usually in a suggestible state), the human brain has the ability to produce a certain substance known as endorphins, the endorphins has anaesthetic ability 200 times that of morphine. it is the body's answer to pain, infact it is the body's self healing power. strong belief in the ability of anything to produce healing effect triggers the release of this substance. This is also known as the power of 'mind over matter', and has been applied by psychic healers over the years. That is why only people with sicknesses that manifest pain ever seem to get 'healed' at the healing school; the blind do not receive siight nor does the lame walk. This phenomenon is applied in drug testing and is known as the 'placebo effect'. let me explain briefly: to test a new painkiller pill or instance, two groups of people (with real cases of pain) are given a dose of the pill. one group is given the real painkiller pill while the other group is given another pill (placebo) which has no therapeutic effect (inert) but looks exaclty like the real pill. The two groups are actually made to believe they are taking the same pills. research result from this kind of experiment have revealed that over 30% of the people administered with the 'placebo' experience the same level of pain relief as the people who took the real pill. This 'mind over matter' phenomenon is what gives this folks temporary symptomatic relief from these conditions, note that I said symptomatic this is because the underlying cause of the ailment is never healed, only symptoms attached to the real conditions are suspended for a while. This explains why these people later die or become worse.
|
Kenyan 28: Let me tell u again @Joagbaje, at the healing school, I got to know a white woman from Capetown who had breast cancer, she was healed at the same time but less than a year later, she died of the same.Infact she went back to the healing school with her medical report to testify. Her friend called me about the death. Our phones were full of messages of testimonies between her and I before she died. She was very strong in faith and encouraged me every other day.Her demise shocked me. Another woman from Ghana died too when she had already healed and doctors couldnt find the cancer.Well, what can I say... its just so sad this has turned out this way but I still thank God for a medium like this, how would we have ever confirmed the things that I and so many others continually shouted on this thread for about four years now. What saddens me more is the life of this innocent child that is now in danger and possibly the husband whose condition is yet to be known. @Kenyan28 if you will listen to me please do, maybe you were too excited and basking in the placebo effect that you didn't read some of my posts; I have talked on many occasions about cases like this. It is not just common with Christ Embassy alone but most other faith healing group you can imagine. There is no point going back and forth on this matter, you chose who you wanted to believe even in the face of clear warnings you even called me names. You have yet another chance to choose who to listen to and nobody on this forum will force you. I am here to tell you one more time that they do not have the answer to your situation, believe me! they will try every means to keep you from talking till you go the way others have gone then there will be nobody to tell the story. @davidylan has made some vital points, all of which has been discussed earlier on this very thread so the choice at the end of the day is yours. I'm still waiting for your email though I know joagbaje may have discouraged you from writing me but its okay, I'm still here by Gods grace and will be waiting. God bless you |
Joagbaje: Sirjohn we shOuld be careful how we go about things like this so that we don't. Shatter someone's faith . Let's lay aside our biases.Jo, read my post, I haven't said anything yet and I was not talking to you. I said clearly that I would like to hear the full story first because for all we know, we may not have been told some truth initially. If you're talking about Jesus, I'd like you to give me just one instance with Jesus where a completely healed person relapsed after getting healed. |
Kenyan 28: U cant be more right, something serious is happening to me. With all manner of regrets, am looking for true and real God's intervention. Continue praying for me for I badly need prayers. Kenyan 28: If u ever told me, am sorry I never listened.I'm going through a very difficult time in life. What a waste of time and money?! Kenyan 28: My story is long affecting my entire family, al talk about it later like I promised.Hello Kenyan 28, Let me start by saying that I am not surprised at all at your recent comments, this is not new to me but I'll spare you the pain of recalling the several warnings on this thread. I must also commend your courage for coming back here to tell the truth no matter how painful it feels. I have not heard the whole story so I will refrain from making any hasty comments;but this I must say, you owe the world your story. Don't even bother about getting any explanation from the CE folks because their response is very obvious, they'll certainly say you didn't have enough faith to keep your healing. Finally, I would appreciate if you can inbox me at sirjohn24@yahoo.com, I would really love to speak with you personally. I'll be looking forward to hearing from you. God bless you |

Mr moderator, this shouldn't be on the front page; a lot of what I have read is simply suicidal. Driving on Nigerian roads at 160,170,200,220,240Km/H is not worth celebrating at all; at such speeds, you have little or no thinking distance and your stopping distance too is short in the event of an emergency. I have done a couple of dangerous speeds as well but wont talk about it in an open forum with lots of hot blooded youngsters... nah! |
Since the begining of this year, we've been on load shedding in the ratio of two days on one day off; but strangely this morning, we're yet to get back power after staying throughout yesterday without power. I have long quit looking up to the government to provide my basics, for electricity, I have an automatic 15kva lister gen, one 3kva gasoline gen and a 3.5 kva inverter with battery string to power the whole house including refrigerator for 3days of power outage; I honestly don't know what if feels or looks like to stay in darkness. Its so sad though ![]() |
berem: Coke and cockroach! What a combination!and to think that they both have same colour, hmmm! maybe thats part of the ingredient; it probably didnt blend well ![]() |
Thats the point am trying to make. Nkwo is my home town and my mom is from Isikwe-Achi, do you know that the road from Oji River to Achi is highly inaccessible and unmotorable. Infact I couldn't even travel in my car to Achi to see my maternal home because of bad road. Until we have a governor in Enugu state that will develop the rural areas enugu state will continue to be 75% rural and poor.
I disagree with the bolded and here are my reasons: in 2009 when I came to this city, yes Oji river - Achi road was very bad and 'unmotorable', but right now, a large portion of that road has been fixed and work is still ongoing on that road. I don't think you've been there in the last 12 months, I can post pictures to prove you wrong you know. |
In as much as I know that this decision by Gov. Chime will put a lot of youths out of their only means of livelihood, I equally welcome the development. Enugu metropolis is not such a difficult place to navigate without the okada, I think people should embrace the other means of transportation in the state which is readily available. I personally became increasingly concerned at the rate of violent crimes that was beginning to rear its ugly head in the peaceful city and a large percentage were done using 'okadas'; I am 100% with the state on this one as the value for life is priority over anything else. Abia state capital did it and today people have gotten used to it, Enugu has a far better transport system and road network than Umuahia so I don't see why it should be a problem. Been out of town for a while now, cant wait to see how the town will look with this new development. |
Way to go @Pastor Kun, Goshen360, nuclearboy and russkelly! |
I'm loving this! front row seat with lots of popcorn to munch on ![]() |
ZUBY77: Great. We should campaign for a sub section to be opened for Inspired_M under auto section then. That is exactly what a white man would do to promote his brother, not his customers running around praising him as if all his transactions were ever smooth.I dont understand why you have a problem with his customers praising him... Why do you have to take panadol for another mans headache?? |

To think that I have never met this fellow makes it all the more interesting as he has successfully landed my 2004 Toyota 4runner Limited 4WD. A couple of months back, I decided to buy a ride but needed someone to help me pre-order one from the US, well since I've been on nairaland for a while now (since 2007)I decided to go to the Autos section to scout for a reputable car dealer. My search led me to inspired m, I gave him a call and I was immediately inspired. All transactions from then till the ride arrived were consummated via mobile phone only. I paid just less than 50% of the total cost of landing the car and he did the rest till the car was fully cleared. Its really good to know that you can still trust people with your hard earned money even when they are faceless. Thanks a million inspired m. |
Pastor Kun: Bros how have you been? Hope all is well at your end.Bros I dey o, I'm good... and you? |
ugostar63: BE CAREFUL HOW YOU CRITICIZE THE GREAT MAN OF GOD PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. GOD WILL JUDGE YOU FOR SLANDER AND YOU MIGHT END UP IN HELL. DON'T FORGET WHAT HAPPENED TO APOSTLE PAUL WHEN HE WAS PROSECUTING CHRISTIANS IN JERUSALEM, IT WAS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF THAT CONFRONTED HIM AND ASKED HIM WHY HE WAS PROSECUTING HIM, YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY. GOD SAID, TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED AND DO MY PROPHET NO HARM BECAUSE THEY ARE THE REPRESENTATIVES OF GOD ON EARTH. I HAVE BEEN TO THE HEALING SCHOOL IN SOUTH AFRICA AND GOD IS USING PASTOR CHRIS MIGHTILY. STOP STOP GO AND BUILD YOUR FAITH, PRAY AND ASK GOD TO FORGIVE YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO THE BODY OF CHRIST. WATCH YOUR TONGUE, I THINK YOU HAVE EVIL SPIRIT IN YOU AND YOU SHOULD GO FOR DELIVERANCE.[/colIts been three years and five months since my initial post and I still stand by every single claim. |

erico2k2:On the contrary, 9th mile (Udi area) is known for water, even the state has a water reservoir there; again, companies that require water as their main raw material (coca-cola, pepsi, nigeiria brewries, guiness) all have production plants and depos at 9th mile |
God help us, I was caught in the middle of this fight in 2010, heres my story: SirJohn: |
