And yes, her choice of clothing could be a reason for her to be disrespected that's the honest truth. Again I grew up with guys that are notorious for disrespecting girls and they don't hold back their reasons for it which usually has to do with their mode of dressing which they always feel is an invitation.

If celebrities wear indecent clothes does that make is good and acceptable? Aren't they part of the reason?

It didn't said all those who wear hijab and dress modestly are not terrible deep down but that some women are the reasons guys disrespect them due to their mode of dressing.
