Jonathan is a pretender and he is power hungry. All he is concerned about is power not Nigeria's progress. Let us see what these people will achieve by November.

You must be silly for such a comment

RomanceRe: Why Is It Hard To Forget Ur First Love? by sirt1(m): 10:11am On Mar 19, 2010
First Love! First Love!! First Love!!!

From ladies perspective/angle, It is very difficult to forget. First love here means the guy that disvirgin u whether from ur own freewill or u were being forced. Any lady who want to be truthful to herself will wish to marry the first guy that had intimacy with her. If a lady bought a mansion for u and u did not touch her b4 the separation, I can bet it, she may not remember ur name if asked.

For guys, it goes the same way, but not as ladies.

PoliticsRe: Kindly Nominate Your Ministers by sirt1(m): 5:08pm On Mar 18, 2010
In my opinion, some pple will not take any ministerial appointment. Why u may asked? They av learn't their lesson from Tai Solarin. He was made to head pple' bank by IBB in order to rubbish his image. So, for this, pple like

1)  Prof Wole Soyinka

2)  Femi Falana

3) Gani Fawehinmi ( if alive)

4)  Pastor Adeboye

Now my nominees:

1 ) Prof Dora Akunyili     INEC.  I can bet it, she will perform creditably well. Don't be surprise, she will even disappoint those pple that appointed her by doing what is right.

2 )  Prof Pat Utomi   Economic planning or finance or Education.    He will not let us down

3  ) Nuhu Ribadu      Police Affairs or deploy him back to EFCC. Some pple will not come back to this country again if they should escape. I'm talking about pple like Ibori, and co

4 )  El- Rufai               Power and Steel. Am very sure, he will deliver
RomanceRe: My Girlfriend And I Are Both As. We've Just Found Out by sirt1(m): 2:26pm On Mar 18, 2010
@ All,

Am also in this dilemma and from the responses so far, I think av learn't many things. I knew about the new technology that the genotype of the unborn babies could be ascertained.

However, there are many question that need be answered.

1) How many families could afford the cost?

2 ) If the result is negative, will you leave the pregnancy or terminate it?

3) If you choose to terminate first the pregnancy, how many could you stand?

4 ) If you choose to leave the pregnancy, can you stand the stress?

5) For pple believing God will do it, how many of you are genuine born again xtians that can pray and fast?

The list of the questions is endless, but let me stop here.

Now let me put something straight. Scientifically, it is believed that it is 25% chance of having SS child. But in reality, it is not so. There is possibility that three out of four could be SS as shown by some posters. Even if it is one out of four, it is in no particular order. It could be first child, second or third and not necessarily the fourth child as believed by some pple.

Now, to save urself of the future agony ( and others in this category) Pls break up with this lady so that u wont be cursing each other wen the challenges raise its ugly head.

A word, the say, is enough for the wise.

olubunmi80:
in this age nd time there is nothin wrong wt two AS couple getting married wt the right information. all they need to do is genetic testing at 12 wks of pregnancy called CVS or Aminociteensis. talk to your doctors for clarification. and the chances of an SS baby is just 1 in 4. so if u re really in love , i think its worth the effoert cos finding true love is not easy and the whole stress of trying to date someone new is killing.
my candid advice is if u love ureslves, cut down on the xpenses of a flamboyant wedding and get the test done. its cost 70k in government hospitals but btw 120-150k in private establishement.
another home truth is that u should be ready to abort the pregancy at 12 wks if the condition is not positive and that means u have eliminated the odd of u having and ss baby wt that woman . also its advisable u have between just 2 and 3 kids wch in y opinion is ok for the current economic situation in the country. wish u da best and put everything in prayer but dint give up on love for lack of knowledge.
How many pple could afford the amount mentioned each time pregnancy occurs? Even if the resources/money is available, do we av the equipment in Nigeria? ( everybody on naira land no be britico ooo)

Now assuming u can afford it, are u ready to commit murder( abortion = murder)

Remember, God says, thou shall not kill

Think twice.
RomanceRe: Confession Of My Fiancée: "I Cheated On You" by sirt1(m): 11:19am On Mar 18, 2010
@ KC,

If this ur g/f was the same one that slept in a guys room ( Corper), then u are in for trouble. A Yoruba adage says " Oju to ma ba wa kale, ko ni se ipin lati aro" ( somebody help me interpret to non-Yorubas ) Think very well.

This your g/f is a cheat, professional for that matter!!! If not so, why the confession after 16 months? She knew you from head to toe that you are WEAK. If you enter into any marriage with her, She will still come back with another story: sleeping with ur best man on your wedding night.

Remember, the Bible says " Flee from all appearances of evil" This girl is evil.

Let me share a story with u:

While in school, one of my female friends came to visit me. Though we were dating, one thing lead to the other, and we slept with each other. Immediately after the ACT, her phone rang. Guess who was at the other end? Her fiancee. After the discussion, the guy asked where she was and she lied that she was with her course mate sorting out one assignment and bla bla bla.

After my graduation from school, we departed. Sometimes ago, we ran into each other and discovered she was married to that same guy she lied to in my presence. To cut the story short, She told me that we can still be having affairs despite married to somebody.

My point:

A cheat will always cheat, whether married or not. Run for your dear life.

I  hope  now you  get  the message,  olodo
I be like say this poster dey on drug. Av u taking ur weed b4 typing? Why are u trying to justifying rubbish? So, if there is unrest or sort of in any place, the solution is to tell non indegens to leave? What about many electoral petitions in some western states like Ondo, Ogun and even in Edo? How many Hausas were sent back to their states? Why the exception this time around?

I think the Hausas should come out plainly that non indigenes should go back to their various states and stop hiding under political unrest.

I once read that Nzeribe is one of Africa's biggest gun runners. He is supposed to have supplied arms via black market to rebels in practically every war and conflict on the African continent sice the sixties. It no surprise he's filthy rich and untouchable.

My particular worry however with this recent comment is that its very familiar. He started the ABN mantra like play like play and it all went his way! Don't forget his close relationship with IBB.

I am also quite alarmed at the number of IBB boys in very strong positions all of a sudden: TY Danjuma, Aliyu Gusau, David Mark!!  The chess board is moving slowly towards a checkmate and we're all just looking. I fear for my Country!
Thanks for your observation. Nobody will see this one now. We will all be cut unaware by the time IBB returns to Aso Rock in grand style. Why am I even talking? Se bi the man no even resign? He said he was "stepping aside"

Now to original post

Can anyone feed us on Nzeribe's looting? Do anyone has facts on how he looted Nigeria? Or does it means Nzeribe never partook in looting Nigeria?

PoliticsRe: Religious Battle Looms In Ibadan by sirt1(m): 2:50pm On Mar 09, 2010
Like I do tell pple, Islam is,  in no way, religion of peace, far from it. An average muslim man is aggressive. If u don't believe me, just try to come up with any argument that involves muslim and see the way they will react. I think it is their nature. The only language they understood is VIOLENT.

I av never seen christian preaching against Islam as the Muslims do. I av seen stickers by Muslims that reads " IF YOUR JESUS IS CRUCIFIED, TRY ALLAH" Can xtians do this without wahala? Islam is for Violence!!!. My pple beware. This should not caught us unaware. Remember, wisdom is profiteth to direct.

For pple saying it can not happen, pls don't underestimate the threat. These animals can do anything wen it comes to fighting for Allah. Govt should be at alert and security beef up. Don't forget, Ibadan has handful of Hausas/Fulani and they will not hesitate to cause havoc so that it will be on record that there has been religious crisis in the south.

1)     Beauty/physical appearance: No doubt, it is her beauty/physical appearance that will attract me in the    first instance

2)     Intelligence: After meeting her and having some conversation with her, I will know if she is intelligent to continue with my move or not and back out.

3)     Traditional/Homely: She must be homely, African by nature. I can not compromise this fact

4)     Virginity/Low Sexual Experience: She must not  necessarily be a Virgin but actually not a street lady----low mileage is highly preferred.

5)     Career Potential: As a graduate, I expected her to be ambitious.

6)     Sexiness/Fashion/Girliness: She should also be sexy, and fashionable ( being moderate is the key word here.)
