You can merge the documents together using pdf merge (since it is academic transcript).
Then, the quality will be in its original form. You can use any of the 2 software mentioned above to reduce the size of the document while still retaining the quality of the documents.

NB: I was opportuned to see where Adobe or photoshop was used to reduce a document, the size obtained was less than 1.5MB but the picture quality was great as if the documents was up to 50MB.

Alternatively, after reducing the document with any of the software, you can use any of the online software to reduce it further... something like pdf resize (though I feel confident that any of the software mentioned by the previous person would definitely give you the desired results, if you know how to work around it).

I use a picture editing app(RealDraw or Photoshop) to reduce the size. For example, if it was 8000 x 5000, you can reduce it to 900 x 700 or even less. That way, when you use a jpg to pdf converter, you still get less than 100kb for one document. And even when you zoom out, the quality is still good

I already achieved 100kb for a document.

I have 10 document to upload and convert to a single page pdf doc. Thats over 1000kb way overboard the 300kb limit.

Or can I just upload just 4 documents?

How many folders is needed for the upload as I have the unofficial transcript with me for every semesters in school totalling 10 papers.
