There is no rprf option.i have both application and rprf of 1040,only application and a dependent child.
How do I surmount the hurdle or do I pay 1040 since it is more than rprf I need to pay

Has anyone been able to pay for rprf recently?I got an Adr for some docs as well as payment but I have been using the pay online on the website and it redirects me to sign in.On signing in,i see my normal application home and no link for the payment.if I go to help and payment link,the process repeats itself again.Any info on how to overcome this hurdle will be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I dont have a BSN.
I evaluated my RN(3yrs) and RM(18mths) diploma.

Bsn is equivalent to 1 degree even if the RN/RM/RPHN licenses may be within the program. However you cant claim 2 cert cos its just 1 transcript you have to assess. Unlike the RN who did each program in a separate institution.

Congrats on ur evaluation. The Bnsc evaluation is yet to be proven cos we know of no one who has evaluated with Iqas and provided additional transcripts for the other qualifications and didn't get 2 or more certs assessment.I know someone whose assessment is still ongoing.She is using bnsc and public health.Fingers r crossed until results r ready then we can make valid assumptions backed by evidence.
The key is in providing evidence of whatever studies in form of transcripts IMO.

I just got an info today that to process my transcript and send to WES, it would cost me #37,500 + #20,000.

#20,000 for courier

Am I also supposed to pay for verification when WES requests for it from the school?

It is true if u want to use wes.the school charges 100 dollars for was verification.international transcript is 25k then courier of about 14k or 15k.can't remember exactly.it is stipulated at the transcript office.you can use ices or Iqas if u don't wish to pay the 100 dollars cos that's what I did.They don't need second level verification if the transcript is sealed and no evidence of tampering.

After getting your ielts and getting your degree evaluated,you create a profile.There is no special body that evaluates nursing degrees to the best of my knowledge.You will use any of the 5 nominated by CIC for general evaluations. If there are draws and your crs meets the cut-off,you can then apply.

It's actually a true story that happened weeks ago.Around 15th February or so.He is classmates with my younger sis and they r in ss3 in Federal government college Ohafia.Sad sad sad

Wow!!! Want to share this great news with you guys. My parents' visas have been approved. They applied on the 1st of February (Visiting visa) Need them to come help me out while i write my exams as Oga has gone back to Nigeria.

Secondly, i got a school fees waiver. I paid the same amount as a Canadian student. The University gave me the privilege and what it means is that i must maintain great grades to keep enjoying the privilege. God is too good. I am so excited.

What you got earlier is a natural justice letter. I can assure you that the department does their due deligience before issuing this letter. They usually have a back channel with the head office and most of verifications are done with the headoffice. Some banks requires a consent form for this to happen while some don't.
I think your problem is with the bank. First find out if they require a consent form before an account information is revealed to a 3rd party. This will go a long way to help you determine if a verification was done or not.

I have seen just one guy overturn a visa refusal offshore but not an exclusion. Your only chance is getting diamond bank headoffice chase up this matter, definitely not the branch. Have them write immigration directly either making an enquiry into the verification or admitting their mistakes. They shouldn't do this through your account because once a decision is made on your file, trust me, no one will ever attend to it. But they should quote your file number, DOB and passport number on the enquiry.

This is not something a Nigeria lawyer will handle. Your lawyer shouldn't write to the embassy instead use your lawyer to pursue your case with Diamond bank.

This is my 2 cent and i wrote this half asleep cos its almost midnight here. So please pardon my English and errors.

@Albion I second this expert advise cos I know they do verify.And for them to have written the justification letter.it is most likely someone at the bank did not do their job.I remember when my grant was being delayed and I felt it was the bank delaying confirmation and I followed up but it happened they hadn't been contacted yet and my contact even showed me mail trails between dibp and them and I saw firsthand how the confirmation works.If you live in Lagos just go to their head office and seek firsthand information.You can have them there and then write
them and they will most definitely reply and it will be taken up from there.I wish you good luck and the absolute best

Awwww so sad to hear this. It is paramount they lift that ban even if they dont want to grant the visa. On what basis did they base this nonsense decision. Petition their immigration and whoever the case officer is he should be sanctioned as it is obvious he did not conduct due diligence checks.Ah ah even after they wrote you about the statement and you responded.Something went wrong somewhere and you need to get to the bottom.This is tarnishing someone's image and records.The bank should conduct investigations too at the head office or whatever unit incharge and avail you all their correspondence with them.I think you are entitled to it given that you are a party hence the confidentiality clause shouldn't apply.

I am actually not going to get any unusual huge lodgement, it is still the same 2m, 3m my account has been receiving before now. However what worries me is that is that the funds have not stayed steadily in the account for 6 months.

Put into consideration that if you get a letter in the exact Cic format all your worries won't matter because the letter will only state your average balance for the six months period and if it is enough for your proof of funds then no wahala

I got my PCC Friday and I'm surprised to find out its just valid for 3 months. I thought it was 6 months. If I submit the application say 2 months after, it means it will expire during the processing except PPR comes in less than a month.

Have I made mistake getting this early or should I have waited and a day or two before submission to get it?

You r good.IRCC says it is valid for 1 year and must have been gotten within 6 months prior to application.

Just received a visa Refusal Notification 2 days ago. I have been trying to put my self together n calm my wife down. While I think on the next step . but it's really devastating ...becos I see no reason for my refusal. It's heart breaking ...but I know God has a purpose n He knows d best. awww.sorry about this.I advise you apply again and put up a strong statement as to your home ties.It hurts considering the time invested and tons of cash spent.You can include landed properties you have if any as well as employment or business ties.If there is a business tie explain how you will run it from aus as well.Your wife can also write how your absense is affecting her studies etc.I believe that they said you can reapply if you are not satisfied with the decision right?If any employment the employer can state your absense is approved and you will have your job back when you return.All in all write in such a way that the pros of your return outweighs the pros of your staying back.Wish you success and do not despair.

You can't upfront your Biometrics because you need a letter to take there which you will receive after you submit your application.
