Please go for the IT Engineering one and avoid those ones saying health care assistant now and later in life. A lot of people in the UK are dabimoseda FC and they have the capacity to twist your orientation to match theirs. I have heard people saying "Oyinbo no dey give Nigerians jobs apart from care worker" and you wonder where they get that mentality from when a colleague who came into the UK less than 1 month ago has already gotten a Senior DevOps role that pays £85K.

People often can not see beyond their noses and came into the UK with very little plans to rise beyond where they are and you need to be careful how you interact with them.

If the company is on the sponsorship list, you can ask for sponsorship after probation has been passed. Even better as you have prior experience in Nigeria and tech in Nigeria is the same as tech in Afghanistan

I'm currently in the UK on a dependant visa(tier 4), as my spouse is currently studying in the UK also.

I recently got two different job offers.

1) IT engineering job

2) Health care assistant job.

Please which one should I choose?

PS: I have got like 5 yrs experience in the IT field from Nigeria. But folks are saying I should go for the health care assistant job cuz of higher possibility of sponsorship from the health care assistant job.

Although the IT company didn't say anything about sponsorship. But upon researching on the gov.uk site, I found out that they are actually on the list of skill worker(A rating) sponsors.

I haven't received a response from the Home Office concerning my decision or the complaints department since I submitted my complaint,
so I sent a mail to the UKVI contact center on Monday to inquire if a decision had been made, but I was told my application was still being considered.
Yesterday I received another email stating my case has been re-escalated and the Sheffield team reached out to me today to inform me my application is being worked on and a decision will be made as soon as possible.

I don't even know what to think or how to feel. It seems so long ago since I submitted my application with such excitement for my intended study in the United Kingdom. I even made a vision board of all my future plans with a detailed description of internships I would do, what I would wear to my graduation ceremony as a graduate with distinction, my dream job and salary, the company I would work for, places I would visit etc. Now I look at it every day and feel my dreams slipping away...

Please how did you go about the paid call? My application has been on DMC for almost 3 weeks now. Thanks so much @duchess90 for positive response. Nagode, Alhamdulahi, to God be the glory i finally got a successful application and visa Approved. Visa processing is not for the weak niether for the strong, it is by Grace of our creator and mercy from him. Me and my wife got visa at last after much prayers, tears and dedication. Now i know i can cry when money is at stake!!!

2) Did you get the approval of your line manager/superior before using the reference letter from the branch office?

If both answers are Yes, I don't think you should be blamed here. The branch office is an extension of the HQ.

You can also go to your HQ and plead with them, but if they refuse to listen to your plea, just hope the ECO won't use that against. Cuz you can actually still be given a visa even without them replying. Its not all organizations that even reply UKVI to even start with.

Of I may ask, how did you hear about UKVI wanting a reply from your organisation? Was it your HQ HR that informed you?

I use my company letterhead as reference for uk student visa application. UKVI now send mail to them but they are refusing to reply the mail saying I didn't follow due process by informing the headquarter office before using the company letterhead for such things. Which I did not know because it was the branch office I use the letterhead from and I was thinking that they ukvi will contact the branch office bcoz the official email of the branch is on the letterhead. I have plead with the headquarter office but they are adamant that they will not reply the mail even to the extent that they want to sanction me. Please what can I do in this situation? I have spend a lot to get to this stage

I think it's best you leave the addresses as they are. Just my two cents though ✌
Besides, females don't move to their husbands house before marriage in Africa. They only do so on the day of the marriage. So if peradventure you were asked or you may want to add a cover letter explaining the contradictory home addresses on the marriage cert & TB cert. Let them know you applied to get married @ the registry like weeks/months before the June 8th day you chose, and it was only normal you chose your spouses parent's address as at that time. Hence the reason why the marriage cert didn't carry same address as yours.

Must the SOA used to obtain CAS be the same as the same to be submitted to UKVI? i.e should the SOA have the exact opening and closing balance, and the same date frame? Even when CAS was issued weeks after submitting SOA to obtain CAS

I do not believe so. I think it will normalise at rhe black market rate. Probably around £1,100. Black market rate should still be less than £1,100 at the moment. It normally shouldn't be more than black market rate.
