Bros, where in Lagos you go see average looking 2-bedroom flat for 250k? You'll need to budget at least 400k, and you'll probably be living in the outskirts of Lagos. So imagine the person works on the island, how will such a person cope commuting to & fro?

To be honest, the guy spends recklessly. He should move to a cheaper accommodation, and cut some costs. If care is not taken, even when he earns 1m, he no go still see anything save. If I were earning ₦400k, I'd relocate to a flat where I can pay at maximum, ₦250k yearly (and that's because I want to have a family). A two bedroom flat is okay for a start.

I'd use my first monthly to pay it off, doing a little refurbishment too. I like to buy foodstuff in bulk so I am definitely going to spend up to ₦80k for it. If I don't have a freezer, I wouldn't bother buying goods that are too perishable. I would save for a freezer and a generator together.

I have to buy the major things so as to enable me begin to save. Sorry I didn't tell you, I don't save. I actually invest. I'd start up sth else with the saving..rather than leaving it lying adamant.

They don't only block based on your IP address though, it's usually the mac address of your device� and there is also the AI part that checks your pattern of messaging, adding friends, if youre always doing copy/paste.

I believe its mostly for fraud. Have you ever checked your Facebook friend's list and seen white people (naija scammers obviously) and you don't remember sending a request to any oyinbo? The thing is Facebook usually blocks new accounts created by these fraudsters because they've marked their IP addresses. That's why they rather hack someone's account rather than create a new one. And also old accounts look legitimate. Their targets will easily fall victim to an account created in May 2009 than one created in May 2021.

Correct! This has always been my motto. Even low yield investment programs can scam you! Although greed still remains a huge factor of one getting scammed. I thank God my depression didn't lead to committing suicide. I have been scammed on several occasions, even with my street wiseness and experience.

But during the course of that journey, I've learned several lessons. Trust nobody! Always do your due diligence to scrutinize a business/investment opportunity. Don't get involved once you start having your doubts about the business! It's better to lose the opportunity than to lose your money.
