You need to repair your windows installation. Just insert the CD or USB,Boot into your BIOS,set boot from disk & restart

Download mtk engineering app look for network selecting then set it to LTE only if your in a 4G environment it would enter 4G mode

That app really helps. There was one time I was the only one with full network on my phone while everyone around me had very low signal. I substituted voice call quality for data sha.
