@Op, why will a man who earns 300k over 10years have only one source of income, such a man lacks financial intelligence. Show me a rich man over time with one source of income only, not even Dangote.
If he's financially prudent 300k is indeed more than enough, I have seen people who earn 50k and have built their houses, even though it may not be in the main town, but the good thing about development is that over the years such areas will open up.
Mind you 300k a month is N3.6m per annum, over to you.

Hello Mr Sienna, please help me out with this. I drive a volkswagen passat 2002 wagon, V6 4motion. The main problem I have is that, I have to rev it for q long time before it changes gear especially the gear 2.

I scanned it and this where the faults found;
1. Torque clutch converter
2. Gear ratio monitoring
P0730-35.00 Incorrect
Gear ratio
3. Gear 2
P0732.

Please what is the solution to thiis? Thank you.

Ok, let me share mine. When we just got married I dropped my wife off at work and she promised to come home by herself. She boarded a bus going to her former house , only to get half way and was shouting "please drop me this is not the route I am going", she said all the people in the bus were just looking at her. Mind you the routes are completely different o.

Nice one Op, I have been wanting to suggest this with all shady methods. Since they are not sincere about what they do, thereby advertising non existing jobs you guys should deal with them, so they can put an end to their jobs and hawk it on their head by themselves.

Let me just chip the following in:
* For entry level you may not be able to negotiate your salary because you lack experience, unlike those with experience.
* Ask meaningful questions that leaves a good impression e.g will there be trainings to help me grow on this job? What software will I need to improve on my job etc.
*Try to have a good knowledge of what the company does.
* Dress smart and try to communicate clearly.
* please do understand that an interview is a selling point for you to make the company employ you, as well as for the company in the sense that, the company also need to prove to you that they want you to work for them.
That's the few I can remember now.

Well, i do agree that the woman's behavior is uncalled for but how was the man treating her when he had and was working. It's sometimes hard to see when all is wfine, at times adversity reflects our true identity just as wealth too does. You may not know what you will do until you have Money, power and fame. Na person swear say him no go deny Jesus.

I feel he should take the job because this will afford him the opportunity to build a strong network amongst other things, we do know that most people that usually venture into business start with a 9-5 job. In doing this he will be able to test the waters and probably concentrate on his art works on weekends, before launching full scale into his passion.

@Op, having read most of the post here I would suggest that instead of you going the whole 9yards, why not team up with some of those interested, have a theme for the walk and share it amongst yourselves. Say the 1st guy does Lagos-Ogbomosho, another person picks it up till u get to your final destination. Just like the Olympic torch and everybody is a WINNER. My thoughts anyway. All the best.

@Op, I will advise you to take up the job and go for your program years later, you still got age on your side. Mind you, you can't trade experience for anything else, it's pretty important in today's world. I think the gate man should have put a call across to the manger, to explain all this to him. For sure the gate man did the right thing, but we all know the kind of environment we operate here. One thing I have realised in life is that, on a particular task a person fails to execute properly, someone else will do the job properly, using his discretion and get all the credit. In all we need to be able to manage people and situations well, that's the Height of business.

@ Op, I would advise you to go into private coaching part time, say after school hours you can speak with parents of some of the kids, at 5k per child if you have 4 children that's 20k, at least you have some level of experience. You can then run your fish farm as a day time job. My opinion. Thanks

please i would like to get some1 respond to my question,i applied for my student visa but due to delay in visa n deadline for resumption,i could not travel the BHC returned ALL my documents with a letter and advised in the letter that i defer my admission till the next academic session.now my documents are ready i want to find out if i would pay another application fee,cus my application wasn't treated at all.thanks
