ROSSIKE: This is why I say that Nigerians greatly underestimate what they have in their country. The Nigerian police are actually very well trained. If we can only pay them a decent wage and offer them decent working conditions, we'll find that they are comparable to the best anywhere in the world. Instead they are left to depend on stuff like extortion of drivers etc, to make up for their income shortfall.
