Oando remains the company to watch. I am very, very bullish on this company. I am firmly anchored in the Oando flight; and surely after the exit of the hasty profit takers, Oando will fly and fly to the amazement of the skeptics. DYDD.

For me, I still believe that there is nothing Wale Tinubu want to get on this delisting that he can not get. He has hunted the regulators down, more so that one of his own is now in power.

In a nutshell, I believe the delisting would still go ahead. Since most company getting delisted have alternatives trading their shares, I mean NASD. I am 70% sure that the company would be delisted. This is my own personal opinion

It was never the minority share holders that pushed for delisting rather they are rejecting the offer. The delisting idea was conceived by its foreign partner who equally is majority share holders. The noise of recent is to cash out.why didn't minority share holders stop ardova delisting at ridiculous price. They didn't even give me the offer of first refusal which I wanted because I was ready to go private with them.

No minority share holder in nigeria can stop wale if he has made up his mind.Why couldn't they effect the change of management with every thing he did wrong. IF he likes he can even make the agm visual one and manipulate all decision. Or take it to any unfavourable and insecure location in the country. What can you do about it.If he decide to take it to far north. How many minority will go.He can get proxy attendees better than anyone.

InterBrew is missing in my bedsheet, that mean bedsheet is not interested about the stock due to back to back negative earnings with about 40B negative retained earnings, negative FCFE, even the company doesn't believe in herself by investing huge fund in debt securities to make money than investing in her operations.

no much time to waste on such stock when stock like DS with EV/EBITA of less than 1 , using her own cash for the operations without external financing, plenty cash left for future operation/dividend payment, cash valuation better than earnings valuation. moderate ROE above 20% .
financial services like Afripud with good innovation, good cash ratios with moderate roe of about 20%
fidson a ucap in d making.. though high debt but earnings and cash generation is high enough to cater for the debt.^{one of the stock to make investor rich}
UBA and Access bank and many more are good stock bedsheet can waste time on not stock like interbrew. when it time to look at interbrew bedsheet will flash us...

DANGCEM fare value should be around 214 naira.

WAPCO fare value should be around 32 naira. (Buy @ current price and be sure of 30% on ur money )
