bukkysam: Most of you knows nothing about history, just check this yourself.Olu Adegoke wrote : During the June 12, 1993 Presidential election, Abiola won only Anambra State, the other South East States voted for Tofa (a northerner). Cross River, Delta, Edo voted for Abiola. An Igbo person (Arthur Nzeribe) got an overnight black-market judgment to annul Abiola's election; when it was becoming obvious that he would win. Note that the Igbo man together with a northerner (the judge) and military dictator IBB(another northerner) saw to the annulment of the election. I need not remind you that the Electoral Chairman (Professor Humphrey Nwosu ) at that time was also an Igbo man. In 2008 he published a book in which he claimed that Babangida was not to blame for annulling the election. During the fights to restore democracy, great Nigerians like Frank Kokori, Alfred Rewane, Ken Saro Wiwa, Kudirat Abiola, Gani Fawehinmi, Abraham Adesanya, Wole Soyinka and other democracy activists fought against Abacha. Some of them were killed, others hounded out of the country, Odumegwu Ojukwu and his colleagues were busy frolicking with Abacha, he even traveled to the US at a time to shore up the image of Abacha (a northerner who was trying to turn himself into a democratic life-president). That reminds me, another "Kanu" back then organized the "Youth Earnestly Ask for Abacha" rally. Onyeka Onwenu sang the praises of Abacha at the rally. These guys wined and dined with the conservative northern oligarchs back in the day; but now that the arrangement is no longer suitable, they think burning down the country should be the only way out. Me think, that is childish; only infants try to scatter the game when they lose. Till date, no Yoruba group has come out to call Igbo people "betrayals", "cowards" or "animals" for the action of some Igbo elites. We understand that the elites do not represent an entire ethnic group. Next time, they call Yoruba people betrayals show them this post; next time they call us cowards, tell them, the only successful offensive ever undertaken by Biafra against Nigerian territory was led by a Yoruba man, Victor Banjo. Remind them also that cowards don't build empires. They should also be reminded that their enemy is not the man from the other tribe, but their own "elites". They should learn to hold their leaders to account. - Olu Adeg Make una stop dis abeg na new week. I will jst tell you all the problem of Nigeria, all the leaders politicians are United wether ethnic or not, bt same can't be said about the ppl d politicians use ethnic stories to separate us. So until we look for d right formula to scatter the politicians then we hv victory. |

Olayetan: I'm not here to argue, I've only stated my point which that 800k is very much feasible as gross earnings within 8weeks.
160k is the commission
You have 640k. Let's say you use 200k fuel, You have 440k left Plus little bonuses you were able to meet up. Lets say roughly 50k bonuses for that 8weeks You have 490k as your net within 8weeks.
How you now minimize your daily and weekly expenses is now left to you to maximize your savings. So d driver na radiator, na only water he dy drink |

northbird: 80-120 is not impressive if you consider the amount of time and resources you put into it.
800k did you get that in movies or wat. Why do you people project unrealistic revenues,
From driving, you will save 800k in 8weeks, how?
Even a Resident doctor won't save 800k in 8 weeks.
Stop it.

Nov/ Dec with hard work you can make 800k in two months and start a side business to add to your UBER business, Be Prayerful, focussed and positive and take time to relax. Wat is d fatigue level of ur friend, |

ndubuis: Look for better things to do with your life. It's not profitable driving for anyone if it's not your car. You will get fatigued and burn out your youth. If your situation is that desperate, do it temporarily for a few weeks driving for someone just to keep your mind occupied.
You may be making 60k a week, half of that money will go to your partner, one third of that money will go into fuel, at least 5k will go into miscellaneous. What is left for you to take home? It's slavery if it's not a side hustle with your car.
The uber thing was never designed as a business model, it will never be. Don't waste your time if you don't have a car. There are other opportunities out there for you, look deeper. Just a word of advise. See wisdom, e-hailing no be business@ all especially for Lagos with bad roads, small rainfall flood everywhere, 1 motor break down traffic jam, all dis new corrolla moove dy use na only dem know the offer dy use get em. Only uber/bolt re making money here not drivers or partners, d tech cons take commission and also app traffic, Dy hv multiple income angles. Me jst use e-hailing dy hold body |
