While I don't trust the mortality and infection numbers from the Chinese government, the fact that the virus seems to be largely confined to parts of china and slowing down is a good sign.

The dangerous aspect of Corona Virus is that potential infected persons have the highest risk of transferring the virus to other people.

Personal isolation, just as the government is doing is one of the best ways to curb the spread.
