Ibkhaleel:
Try asking for propotionate representation in all government employment in all institutions and at all levels, they will cry out about mediocrity supplanting merit as if those half literates southerners dominating the place are Einstein incanates. Or they will blackmail you with Islamization.

Try treating their traders in our markets as they treat ours and they will cry xenophobia as if the regular denial of market space, heavy taxation, constant disruption of business and officially sanctioned harrassment of our traders in their land does not exist.

Try replacing Southern union leaders and foreign sponsored NGOs operating in the North with our own people and they will start wailing about marginalization.

Well, their era of dominance and false propaganda is coming to an end with the coming of age of young northerners who could no longer accept marginalization because of blackmail or threat. These new bold Northern youth have seen how southerners cowered when asked to leave the North two years ago. Their cries for secession are empty ruse.

We will be better off without them and they will definitely be worse off without us. They know we lack nothing, while their millions selling substandard, fake good, drugs and inrdinately high interest bank loans fleecing the north and feeding on cheap food and services will have nothing on returning back home. Their franchise firms and industries will lose over 100 million costumers overnight which is more than their home market demand.
Competence trumps quota/proportionate representation everywhere in the world.

This young Northern youths should fight for true federalism or division as a last resort.
The Northerners will benefit from it immensely pls.

Ibkhaleel:
HOW THE SOUTHERN VAMPIRES SUCK THE NORTH DRY
Banks run over a dozen of financial facilities from loans to cash transfer. Each facility generates billions for the bank owners.
Northerners with a population of about 140 million do not own a single bank in Nigeria, except for some tiny community banks.
Daily, about 20 million Northerners do bank transfer through some of the big commercial banks that belong to Southerners and each one of them is now charged 20 naira.
20 × 20 million = 400 million. This is the amount Northerners give to Southerners daily on just a single type of bank transaction out of many. In a month it means 4 billion × 29 = 116000000000 (116.billion). In a year it translates into 116000000000 × 12 = 1392000000000 (1.392 trillion).
1.392 trillion the north is giving to the south every year is enough to:
1- 2,784,000 low cost houses each year at unit cost of 5 million.
or
2- 1,392,000 village schools each year at unit cost of 10 million.
or
3- 13,920 small scale industries each year at unit cost of 100 million.
4- Give 50,000 Naira scholarship to 2,784,000 students yearly.
You can think of other projects the amount Northerners are wasting on the Southerners for a single bank facility called mobile transfer and do the maths.
Now come to think of it how much money move from the North to South for the entire banking services. It is estimated to be over 13 trillion which more than double the entire federal budgetary allocation given to the North.
That is just the banking sector. Similar humongous losses are registered in other sectors such as telecommunications, insurance, education, trade, etc This is not an issue for individuals or groups to tackle. It is a political economic issue calling for political decision and action. It is the core reason the North is economically backward. Northern poverty is a direct result, mainly, of lack control of financial and natural resource. Northerners must call for restructuring for direct control of trade, manufacturing and the service industry. Forget about the false Southern propaganda that Northerners are lazy. Millions of Northerner wake up at 4 am and work their bones tired to 8pm and beyond making very little. Their resources have been taken over and only political action can restore them.
The Southern Nigerians have taken political action to stop herders and Ruga project, they took political action to take over trade by demolishing markets owned by Northerners in the South, they took political action to stunt Northern transport business through officially encouraging violent taut action, they took poitical action to demoralized Northerners via massive media stereotype and false propaganda etc
This is the reason those Southern leeches exploiting the North as bankers, transporters, counterfeit goods traders, school owners, estate prospectors, contractors, kidnapping and terrorist sponsors do not wish to leave the North or have Nigeria broken up as oppose to their ignorant tribesmen agitating for break up. These leeches when they talk about restructuring, they mean more political concession and control is to be given to them to permanently dominate the economic life of Northerners
Bro you can set up a bank if you fill one reason for economic backwardness is lack of northern financial institutions. Minimum capital to set up a bank is N25B
Pls get the license. At least there's Jaiz bank and Unity. Avoid other banks and use Jaiz and unity only.

By Dr Joe Abah - DG, Bureau of Public Service
Reforms". (C): Johnson Andrew, this is the Analyzed data based on population figures of each state.

THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF PUBLIC SERVICE REFORMS, RELEASED STATISTICS OF EMPLOYMENTS INTO OUR PUBLIC SERVICE.
THE RAW FIGURES PER STATE ARE

(A). EMPLOYMENT INTO THE PUBLIC SERVICE
NE with a population of 19.0m has 7,793
NW with a population of 35.8m has 8,806
SE with a population of 16.4m has 16,540
NC with a population of 20.3m has 17,661
SS with a population of 21.0m has 18,038
SW with a population of 27.6m has 19,620

To appreciate this figures, it is necessary to find out how many employees are taken from every 1 million people in each of the geographical zones.

The result is:
1st. SE has 1,009 Employees per million
2nd. NC has 970 Employees per million
3rd. SS has 859 Employees per million
4th SW has 711 Employees per million
5th NE has 410 Employees per million
6th NW has 246 Employees per million

Here we can see that South Eastern Zone has over 1000 people engaged in the public service of Nigeria in every 1 million Igbo people, whereas only 246 people are engaged in North West!
Remember that this is the Zone of the President of Nigeria.

Curiously South West, the Zone of the Vice President is the least in Southern Nigeria with the employment of 711 people in a million.
It is pertinent to see the trend as regards Political Office holders. Probably, those that lost out in the Public Service, are compensated with Political offices. Let's perform sample surgical operation on the political employees.

(B . POLITICAL APPOINTMENT
We all have the statistics of political appointees of the current Buhari administration.
NW has 51political appointees from 7 states
NC has 47 political appointees from 6 states
NE has 45 political appointees from 6 states
SW has 45 political appointees from 6 states
SS has 45 political appointees from 6 States
SE has 41 political appointees from 5 states
These translate to:
1st. SE: 2.50 appointees in a million.
2nd. NE: 2.37 appointees in a million.
3rd. NC: 2.34 appointees in a million.
4th. SS: 2.14 appointees in a million.
5th. SW:1.63 appointees in a million.
6th. NW:1.42 appointees in a million.
Alternatively:
1st. SE: has 1 appointee in every 400,000
2nd. NE: has 1 appointee in every 422,000
3rd. NC: has 1 appointee in every 427,000
4th. SS: has 1 appointee in every 467,000
5th. SW: has 1 appointee in every 614,000
6th. NW: has 1 appointee in every 704,000

Once again topping the list of beneficiary is South East with one political appointee for every 400,000 people. As if it is an intentional act, NW, from where the President hails has the least of 1 political appointees for every 704, 000 people while the figure for Osinbajo's Zone is 614,000 and is the least in the South.

THIS IS NOT MY DEFINITION OF "MARGINALIZATION" BEING PEDDLED BY THE IGBOS THAT ARE, IN FACT THE BIGGEST BENEFICIARY IN NIGERIA. FIGURES DON'T LIE.

What makes me laugh is when i see some Yoruba crying for the Igbos when the latter talk about Marginalization. They should be crying for themselves.******
Beautiful analysis
But like I mentioned earlier, in a competitive system where education and skill rather than quota is to be used as the minimum qualification for employment, I can assure you, the figures for the North will be far less than what you have populated.
How can I proof this?
In systems or private sector where skill and top notch education is the only basis for employment, you will find the Igbos and yorubas getting employed ahead of the Northerners.
So saying that southerners have more in employment in the public sector is not you doing us a favour, the folks down here value education and skills. To the average yoruba man, the only legacy he can give his child is education, not religion. There's a reason the top universities in the country are from the south.
PoliticsRe: Northern Governors Meet On VAT Today, SANs Berate Malami by slydog(m): 9:48am On Sep 27, 2021
Ibkhaleel:
Only Northerners truly believe Nigeria is one. The facts speak for themselves:
Go to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria,Kadpoly Kaduna, Bayero University, Kano, University of Maiduguri, Federal University Dutsinma, Katsina, and other Federal and state government higher institutions in the North, you will see Yorubas, Igbos, and other tribes from the South and East as Deans of Faculties, HODs of Departments, Registrars, DVCs, Exams Officers, etc. And thousands of Southerners are studying there as students in different Departments.
But try and visit University of Nigeria Nsuka, and University of Ibadan and other Universities in either the South or the East. You will never see Hausas or Fulani as staff or student there in. In fact, you have to hide to pray in those mentioned places. We employ them and give admissions to their children, but they reject us in total. Indeed, Only the Northerners consider Nigeria as one.
In fact, I know many Senators and House of Reps here in the North, especially in Kano state who share Federal and state government appointments with Igbos and Yorubas living in their constituencies. Only northerners consider Nigeria as one.
You hardly see a Local Government in the North without a Church. You have the right to build your worship centres anywhere in the North. We give you land to build your houses and Churches. You observe your religion without any molestation. You dress the way you want. We buy from you, and we sell to you, this happen only in the North.
In return, what we get from them is genocide, molestation, and total rejection. We accommodate them here in the north, they pusue us out of their regions.
LOKACI YAYI KOWA YA AMSA SUNAN UBANSHI
You don't think it's because on the average, the yorubas and igbo are more educated than the house's and fulani, averagely and per capita

If the Niger Delta states & their governments, their drunk mentally lazy bandit governors, their insatiable & unrepentant greedy elders, politicians & militant leaders cornering everything meant for the people had utilized the 6 trillion naira NDDC funds, additional tens of trillions of naira from statutory allocations, 13% derivation allocations, ecological funds, Ministry of Niger Delta funds, royalties & rents etc in the past 20 years to build the economy & infrastructure of Niger Delta, they won't be today shamelessly moving in & out of courts in Nigeria over VAT from beer & Lagos will be nowhere near Delta, Rivers or Akwa Ibom in IGR.
Now, they are instigating a VAT war with FG to cover the monumental failure in delivering governance to their people & the mindless terrorism on the people of Niger Delta recently uncovered in NDDC.
If citizens of Niger Delta are not already doped silly by ignorant primitive contrived emotions these leeches feed them daily, they should by now be asking them questions!

They should be telling them to give account of the trillions they collected at least in the past 20 years first before talking about collecting VAT revenue.

They should be telling them to implement local government financial autonomy first before demanding for fiscal federalism.

They should be telling them to respect & not interfere in the independence of the state houses of assembly & state judiciaries which are the two organs of government empowered by the constitution to check the excesses & misappropriation of resources by the governors if they are to trust their demands for fiscal federalism.
But sadly, they are applauding the bandits called state governors & their rapacious elders, politicians & militant leaders accomplices raping them front & back as they lead them by the nose once again as always in another wild goose chase distraction from the real issues of their underdevelopment, stagnation & destitution in the midst of plenty in the Niger Delta.
A pathetic shame indeed!

I made it abundantly clear to everyone that is sensible and reasonable enough, that the information I share here are from people I believe should know. I can put a name to everything I have posted here from day one.

I have had the opportunity to have connected with about the most privileged persons and also some of the most qualified applicants in the course of this recruitment. I speak with applicants that reside in the UK, Netherlands, Senegal, Ghana, etc that uploaded their credentials after the second assessment.

For God's sake, this is an anonymous platform. What do you think is my personal gain doing all I do here? It's really unfortunate we have people that should know better behaving and talking in this unbelievably uncultured and crude manner. I really wish I could help.

Let me reiterate the fact that this unwarranted provocation will not deter me from posting whatever I deem necessary. I only have love and best wishes for all of you here. And not even you, birds of a feather, can change that. Thank you.
Bro, pls ignore posts like this. Often time such post come from people who do not understand the workings of organizations. I work in the private sector and continually we're told- no policy or rule is cast on stone- meaning anything, situations, policy can change at any point. Kastina that says he doesnt have the willpower to collect tax then FG should continue collecting VAT in their state while state that can collect should collect theirs
Exactly, but I have a feeling that this FG might want to penalize states toeing this path and I'm thinking they might stop FG monthly allocation to the states.

There are things called fines and taxes.

The estimated cost of replacing the burnt fleet was 3.9 billion naira.

If we take 1000 naira from the population of 20 million Nigerians that are alleged to live in Lagos we have raised 20 billion naira needed.

We may not even need to raise taxes or fine traffic offenders much to get this income, simply asking for a contribution fund and being transparent with the money will see these buses paid off.

Governing is not hard, but we Nigerians make it sound impossible.
At least you realize that taking down the perpetrators will not bring back the buses, but rather taxing and finning the entire state will help us raise money. As simplistic as it sounds, if it were so easy, the states and FG will have no need to borrow funds, just explain to your citizens that road A, V, and C are critical infrastructure that must be contracted and they should contribute N500 and anytime we need stuff, just keep taking from the population and we'll see how far that goes.
There are sociocultural organizations, groups and classes, if you've headed any people, where to raise minimum amounts happen with so much strive, complains and issues, how much more the entire state where you will hear people say, "I don't use the bus, those who use it should pay"

Good day Guys..
Please if there is Anybody that has any Federal government job that pays 160k and above I am willing to pay 2 to 3.5 million depending on the salary.... The money will be paid on the day of documentation/IPPIS...
Disclaimer: NO PRE IPPS Payment even if it's 1k, Many of my friends have been scammed so please i hope ya'ol can understand.
On a second thought, if you have this money, I won't say go and do business. Rather can you play in the fintech ecosystem or IT ecosystem?.
There are people with ideas looking forward to people with cash to build apps that solve real world problem and before you know it, venture capitalist will be investing over $1m in your idea. Flutterwave started with an idea and got her first check if $165k, this year, investors have invested $10m in flutterwave, no wonder paystack sold the company to stripe for$200m, cash out
