A Nigerian man Chief Emeka has laid claims to the ancestry lineage of United States President, Donald Trump.

Emeka, a dual citizen of both America and Nigeria and an ardent follower of Donald Trump’s teachings has come out to say he fathered the American President

He made this disclosure while speaking to our correspondent at the Zenith Bank Light up 2019 which took place at Eko Hotel roundabout, VI, Lagos, Nigeria.

Emeka who allegedly shares the same family tree with Trump named his two children, Trump and Ivanka respectively. When asked the reason, he said as the grandfather of Trump, people would soon understand “As time progresses, the world will come to know why I decided to name my son Trump. I am the grandfather of Trump, because the President of US is my grandson. I am Daddy Trump, he is Donald and he is answering Trump, so, I am the father of all the Trumps.”

When asked what he liked about the controversial President, the Nigerian Chief said he admired Trump’s straight-forward attitude and his ability to express his views regardless of what other people think. He also mentioned that Trump’s books have helped him achieve outstanding success in his business.

In Chief Emeka’s words, “Being controversial is not a crime. Being controversial means you have a view that people don’t agree with. That doesn’t make your view, a wrong view.

What I see in him is a man who keeps to his word, he is a very straight-forward human being. I have been reading books about Donald Trump since I was 16. I’ve read almost all the books he wrote and his approach to life and business helps me a great lot, even in my business.

It is a common saying here, that Real Estate never depreciates, and I used to believe it was true, until the question was asked by one of my twitter followers, and I had to do a lot of critical analysis before answering his question.

Real Estate remains a very reliable investment, but like all other investments, there is a risk of depreciation associated with Real Estate.

Considering the first component of Real Estate: buildings, In Civil Engineering, all buildings have a design life. They are designed to last a certain number of years, usually between thirty and fifty years, depending on the budget of the owner. Consequently, as every cubic meter of concrete is poured, as every Kilogram of reinforcement is placed, the design life starts counting. Over a few months, several components starts losing value, some begin to call for repair, depreciation sets in.

If you purchase a piece of land and you have been asked to expect a certain Return on Investment, could anything possibly go wrong and reduce your ROI? Yes, a lot could go wrong!

Flooding could be an issue, as it takes a little increase in the level of adjoining land areas or an increase in the road level to get your land flooded. A bad drainage in the neighbourhood or the rechanneling of a river or some unfavourable incident at a nearby dam could get your property flooded. If you were to sell that property, no one will be willing to pay good money for it, and will definitely bargain lesser for the land. No one will even want to buy a flooded piece of land in the first, except there are no other available options.

Bad roads could also cause the value of a piece of land to depreciate. If the road(s) leading to your piece of land becomes bad, investors and prospective home owners will be discouraged and the demand for land in that neighbourhood will reduce. It is basic Economics that whenever there is low demand for any commodity, the price drops in an attempt to encourage demand.

Security could also be a major factor. If any expensive neighbourhood becomes notorious, either because of armed robbery, kidnapping, bombing or any other crime, the value of that neighbourhood will drop, and your piece of land will definitely lose its value.

Natural disasters or environmental disasters could also deal a fatal blow on your piece of land. Oil spillage, erosion, collapsed bridges, collapsed power supply structures can all lead to a fall in the value of your piece of land.

When next you intend to purchase a property, please consider the above factors, and if you are spending a lot on the piece of land, I will strongly advise that a Soil investigation and topographical investigation be carried out. It is better to be safe than to be sorry.

Cindy has finally gone public with her own side of the story in her ongoing faceoff with a boutique owner over an alleged free dress she was given, Praizenews report.

Recall that the reality show star was accused by the boutique owner of reneging on their agreement of tagging her to a photo of the dress she shared, a claim Cindy described as "clout chasing" in a voicenote which went viral.

However sharing her own side of the story in an
already deleted Instagram posts she shared, Cindy stated that the gown was given to her in appreciation of a photoshoot she did for the brand. According to her, she wasn't paid even though she missed Toyin Lawani's photoshoot for it.

She denied claims of being rude to the lady and also saying she won't tag her to the post.



Cindy also apologized to other vendors for not coming through on their agreement. The reality show star who took responsibility for all of it, stated that she will make it doesn't reoccur even if it means changing her management.

A prominent sanitary product brand, ‘Always’ has announced its decision to remove the feminine logo from their packaging to accommodate the transgender men who use the products.

Procter & Gamble (P&G) made the decision to remove the female sexual identity mark after being pressured by transgender activists.

In June, transgender campaigner Ben Saunders reportedly contacted Always on Twitter, questioning why the brand used feminine logos on all of their packaging.
At the time, another activist who goes by Melly Bloom on Twitter made the same complaint asking why it was ‘imperative’ to have the Venus sign on their products.

Both feel that the company, owned by Proctor & Gamble, exclude transgender and non-binary people who use the items.

Since both complaints were made, Always has said it will now aim to remove the signs from their packaging from December 2019, with aims to have it distributed everywhere by February 2020.

Immediately on her arrival, started picking things she will go with.
While I went to work leaving her with the house, she eat an entire half of the peppered chicken that was on the dining and drank a whole bottle of wine.
On coming back from work, she didn't prepare anything eatable and rather said she was thinking we would go out.

I was so mad but played calm.
