Anyway, before you think of doing either IUI or ICSI, could you give yourself atleast 6 months of lifestyle change. This will work on your cells. When the s.p.e.r.m cells are not healthy there is a high chance of miscarriage after conception.

Yourself and madam should go on a diet change, people swear by organic apple cider vider with mother, organic and unsulphured black strap mollasse (BSM). Fertilaid or fertility blend. Organic maca root. Eat more of vegetables and fruits cut of processed food as much as possible.

Several years ago a submarine was being tested and had to remain submerged for many hours.  When it returned to the harbor, the captain was asked, "How did the terrible storm last night affect you?"  The officer looked at him in surprise and exclaimed, "Storm? We didn't even know there was one!"  The sub had been so far beneath the surface that it had reached the area known to sailors as "the cushion of the sea."  Although the ocean may be whipped into huge waves by high winds, the waters below are never stirred.

Being a Christian doesn't deliver us from the trials and troubles of life because we live in a broken world where it rains on the just as well as the unjust.  However, our faith in Christ gives us an anchor in the storm and a hiding place in the shadow of his wings.  As David the Psalmist prayed, "Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy! I look to you for protection. I will hide beneath the shadow of your wings until this violent storm is past."  Psalm 57:1-2

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, in the words of the hymn writer, 'When the storms of life are raging, Stand by me; When the world is tossing me like a ship upon the sea.  Thou Who rulest wind and water, Stand by me.' And when the storms of life are raging, help me to put my trust in you so I will find a sense of calm and inner peace regardless of the circumstances that are threatening to drown me. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully, in Jesus' name, Amen."

@ Yosi5 I understand where your husband is coming from, I read a book about a christian lady who was TTC. Her husband adamantly refused to do SA because it meant he had to m.a.s.t.u.b.a.t.e which is wrong. The lady was frustrated but the man stood his ground. Anyway she eventually found a fertility condom, and that was the only way they were able to collect his sample.

So take it easy with him, pray about it ask God for wisdom to handle it. While you praying about this, make some life style changes; your diet, supplements etc for you and your hubby.
Don't throw the test at him anymore, just take out time to ask for wisdom from God am sure He will direct you.

@all really take out time to meditate on this; "for with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment" Luke 1:37 (AMP) I particularly like the Igbo version of this verse:
"N'ihi na o digh okwu o bula si Chineke n'onu puta nke nagagh-adi ire!"

Think on this, ponder over it, mutter it and let it sink in until you begin to believe it and explodes on your inside at that point you will beging to assess every situation from God's point of view.

I was looking back at my life and counting just how often God had come through for me and really it had nothing to do with my "great faith" (for where) most times my testimony came through when the revelation of God's grace and the provision the finished work of the cross has provided for me hit me.

God is faithful, He does not play favourites with His children, It is His will for us to be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth, PERIOD! Who or what can stop the counsel of GOD ALMIGHTY?

Amen @ Cjnone, the Lord will do it for you; He said "as you have said to my hearing so will I do"

@all he will bring His promises to pass in your life, "He is not a man that HE should lie" His gifts (promises) are without repentance. Has he said it and would He not bring it to pass?

Reflect on His past faithfulness in your life and be reassured that He is still faithful. He never sleeps, He never slumbers, He never tires of hearing your prayers.

I pray that the reassurance of God's faithfulnes, love, grace and kindness towards us will move us away from prayers that sound like "God if you don't do this for me I will throw away my bible" to prayers that sound like "father I trust you, you are a faithful God, you have being faithful in the past and I know you will still be faithful in this, I might not understand, but I am grateful that I have you, the all knowing God, I will not bother with the details, but Lord I thank you for I know that I am a joyful mother/father of children. Thank you faithful father.

Also remember that he never fails!

I pray that in this journey of TTC that we will receive the grace to take our eyes off everything negative and unproductive we see around us and focus it on GOD;

In the journey of life forgiveness and love is the key to breakthrough.

Even though I am not regurlar contributor here, I do appreciate everyone here. Thank you everyone. TTC is not easy, its not something you wish on an emeny. If you are not careful it could drive into depression. Hence the reason for most TTC forum and threads, people find succour and solace there. You can never understand the good this thread does in people's lives.

May our feet not slide as we rely on God's wisdom. I pray that God will continue to lead us in the best pathway of our life as we continue to focus on God's word.

May the peace of GOd that passes understanding fill our mind and soul and may it transcend through our body in Jesus name, amen.
