Miles78: At least it was not agbero mobbing, only people who happened to like her acting skillz. And hey I just noticed there were no security personnel hoovering about and armed to 9's. In SA, stars are just threated like normal beings , its not our culture to run after them.
stop saying nonsense,you xenophobic scum.
The only people with armed guards in Nigeria are govt officials.

I hope i wouldn't hear that she has been attacked by some xenophobic scums.
She should be very careful in that country.
Do your business and get out.

Horus: Interresting!, do you have more informations about this urban renewal program?
I think it's a $6.9 billion project,far bigger than "Eko atlantic" project.
Politics › Re: Lagos, Johannesburg, Rated Africa’s Most Popular Destinations by solomon111(m): 6:48pm On Jun 15, 2013
Ikengawo: The coming century is going to be a battle between Lagos and Johanesburg to inherit the the crown of Africa. Jo'burg has just announce it's own urban renewal program that's even more ambitious than Eko Atlantic. I have faith the coming governors will take Lagos further than Fashola. As a PDP guy, I would actually like to see ACN continue to run Lagos so that a change in parties doesn't take Lagos off course. Continuity is NEEDED.

It's time for other Nigerian cities to begin stepping up from their slumber as Lagos has been. Nigeria will never develop if Kaduna, Onitsha, Kano, Port Harcourt and Ibadan don't wake up
what continuity are you talking about?
Do you know how long ACN have been the ruling party in lagos?
Imagine the infrastructure lagos would have with its huge IGR,if it had an infrastructure-oriented governor like akpabio.

It's no big deal.
Both are economic capitals of their two respective countries.

I love the chinese military parade.
It's so harmonious.
They are probably the best military parades in the world.

lol.
I am sure this is not a standard training exercise of the Nigerian army.
They are probably punishing some erring recruits.

Ishilove: I wonder how Goodluck's security detail will be like. Must be close to the US president's because I know so many people of northern extraction who would just love to see his brain matter splattered all over tarred roads of Abuja
Close ke?
The cost of transporting a single aircraft carrier from america to africa is probably more than GEJ'S security cost for a year.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Obama's Trip To Africa Comes With A Hefty Price Tag (extra Security, Etc). by solomon111(m): 4:04pm On Jun 15, 2013
That means if he were coming to Nigeria,he would be accompained by atleast 10 B-2 nuclear-capable spirit bombers,5 nuclear powered submarines,6 air-crafts carriers and 20 F-35s fighters, and 1000 SSS and CIA agents.
What a waste of tax payers money.
No-wonder,the real americans want him out by all means.

iamtheprincipal: Your vote doesn't change BUHARI from being one of the finest men our democracy yearns for today despite his vague perception from the average Nigerian out there.
I will vote him in anyday he runs for any office because of my belief in his competence and ability to stern out corruption...
Competency in what?
How has the only CPC state performed?
All we hear about buhari is his so-called anti-corruption stance.
Is buhari cerebral enough to take Nigeria to promised land?
How can you be campaigning for buhari in a 21st century world.?
What does he has to offer aside hunting down enemies in the name of anti-corruption?
Is buhari even educated?
Will buhari not polarize this country further along ethnic and regional divides given the fact that he has never campaigned in the SS/SE.?
The problem of Nigeria is far beyond corruption,as many countries in the world like china, brazil, india singapore, taiwan,s.korea have developed in the midst of massive corruption.
There is a dearth of nationalistic leaders with 21st century innovations and pragmatism.
I hope this crave for buhari will not be the greatest Mistake in our democratic history.

andrewza: Maybe because we are. There are countries that may have 1 or 2 areas where they are better than SA. But no countrie in africa can compete with SA has a whole.
philip emeagwali has the one of the highest I.Q in the world.
Btw,if Nigerians can come into your country and take your jobs through fair competition, that shows they are smarter.
Even the few criminal Nigerians that sells drugs to your daft populace don't even use these drugs.
Politics › Re: If Mandela Was A Nigerian Will He Have Been Treated In A Nigerian Hospital? by solomon111(m): 11:29pm On Jun 12, 2013

I wonder when Nigeria became the only country where prominent personalities travel out for medical treatment.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by solomon111(m): 6:18pm On Jun 12, 2013
Fighter Pilot: Do not deny the facts, there is no single satellite in space that was proudly build by Nigerians. Shame to the whole Nigerian nation. Honour goes to the Chinese and British.
facts?
Only a southafrican denies fact in the face of evidence.
The I.Q of a black southafrican is in the negative index, which accounts for the xenophobia in southafrica.
Btw,what's so special about a satellite?
It's just a bit of advanced electronics.
Don't ever compare yourselves to us.
We are competing with white southafricans, the blacks there are hopeless.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by solomon111(m): 6:01pm On Jun 12, 2013
Fighter Pilot: FACT!!!

Nigeria has never build her satellites, she goes shopping instead. South Africans build her own satellites according to her needs. It will be a betrayal of the nation's honour if ever they can buy satellite which will only end-up being controlled by foreigners on our behalf. Nigerian satellites are controlled by foreigners.
Despite the myriads of proofs given to you on this thread, you are still spewing thrash.
You are really jobless.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by solomon111(m): 5:59pm On Jun 12, 2013
Fighter Pilot: Our companies are so powerful such to an extent of invading your business space. We are controlling your economy, your banks, entertainment, shopping, telecommunications, lottery, etc. The only thing we shot of controlling is your wife and sister, but that won't be long.
you call Foreign direct investments,an invasion of business space, when the Nigerian market is massively undertapped?
Lol.
As long as they keep employing Nigerians, they should keep coming.
They are always welcome.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by solomon111(m): 5:42pm On Jun 12, 2013
Fighter Pilot: He is not over-rated, when he is sick the whole world shakes, from America to Japan. That's a fact!!!
yes,he's overrated.
He was a southafrican hero and nothing else.
He can't be compared to pan-africanists like kwame Nkrumah,muammar ghadaffi,thomas sankara e.t.c.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by solomon111(m): 5:38pm On Jun 12, 2013
NaijaPikinGidi: Simple knowledge Boardroom 101. And it hasn't countered my statement that: Nigeria/ns also have shareholdings in DSTv. By extension we have a stake in DSTv's broadcast satelites. Very simple!!
I won't be surprised if a Nigerian(s) buy up the majority of the shares, afterall that's what we do best.
We buy up businesses all over africa and expand it.

BetaThings: without quota system, Jonathan would not have got there!
How would he have? By population, performance, charisma?
How?

You remember that Shagari defeated both Awo and Zik two times?
Then so be it.
If the abolition of quota system would mean GEJ won't get to power, though painful, it remains an acceptable loss.
I hope quota system would be completely abolished in every sphere of Nigeria's economy and not just in the political system, only then will we move forward.
The likes of hausa-fulani illiterates will be kicked out of critical sectors of the economy if meritocracy is restored.

The Ethiopians are finished,if they go to war with Egypt singlehandedly.
They need to reach out to powerful african allies, afterall the A.U headquarters is located there.

Divide this bloody country and let everybody choose who they want to associate with.
