Angola aren't unbeatable, but are obviously going into this game as the favourite. If everyone in the team wakes up and try to do the simple things then we may just win.

The 2 games played so far with these current set of players leave me with no confidence.

We have like 4 players in the whole squad that know what they are there to do. The rest are just not there for business!

Our best players are in the NBA, and from what i observed, it's mostly non Americans in yhe NBA that take playing for their national teams serious.. I mean European players.. The likes of Giannis, Jokic and Doncic are with their national teams for the qualifiers and also the EuroBasket that's starting soon..
Even USA itself hardly use NBA players for their qualifiers..At times they use college players..
Maybe some of our players have the same mentality..Or maybe they just don't want to risk it...Even if we qualify for the world cup, some may not care to participate...
IMO, the NBA holds too much power over FIBA such that it's players can do as they like...Unlike FIFA

Like you said, most non-American players showed up for their countries. All the known names in the NBA are repping their countries. The so called NBA power didn't stop these ones.

Players far better than our own players, so their excuses for not turning up is sad!

Last game of the window today at 2pm against Angola... .If we fail to win, then we'll face an uphill task to qualify as we will have to win the remaining second leg games... It could be worse cus the final window is in February and we won't have our NBA players available..we may not even have our top players in Europe available...

What I don't get is; why should our best players never available during qualifiers only to be present when or if we qualify?

All the serious countries playing qualifiers have their best players representing them so what's the excuse here?

Even the FIBA website is showing that all the teams in group F have played the same number of games.. I believe Central African Republic results from their group was chalked off so as to create an even playing ground for the teams from group A

Find a very busy area (commercial or religious)

Buy at least 1 plot of land there

If he has completed payment, he should go to their office or ask for a refund if they can't give him any genuine reason.

Really, safer? Bros you’re lucky to know and have responsible people behind that RE company. Many of those companies are scammers. I can bet you if dig deeper to know more about those companies and people behind them you be surprised how easy is it to scam innocent people. It’s as easy as registering a company collide with those criminal land grabbers to convince people by telling them documents is under process. Even some of the documents that they show you are not authentic in land register, they collide with some of the government officials and duplicate those documents. you’re in business to start scamming people. Imagine, an entire estates was taking over, the first question you asked yourself, how do they get the global C of O in the first place? There is a similar case that was won recently at Igando Oloja, it was an estate about 300 homes. The original land owner won the case after 10 years of court battle with the original document the company duplicated. This is not new, it’s been happening over 12 years in that axis. Majority of the land in that axis from Sangotedo to T junction in Epe belong to the Government. Please shine your eyes, before any commitment in that area.

when I say "safer", I didn't mean there are no criminals, it's just that since its an estate with different people from different backgrounds buying into it, the chances of outright scam is not as huge as buying from omoniles.

There's no sector in this country that is 100% scam proof. They are everywhere with big English and long epistles.. Very good at packaging.

Once they're exposed, they go hiding wishing the heat cools off on time so as to return.

I have been fortunate so far that this is the only land giving me issues.

Got one from Gracias about 2 years ago, they couldn't get the title they promised and the CEO when contacted via WhatsApp made sure I got my refund within 2 weeks without issues.

Some are very good and like the story of Nigeria, alot are criminals with education.

Something happened to this country after 1990.

I find myself slowing down a lot and not as gang-ho on things.

My fully furnished 2 bedroom BQ has been sitting idle since January. I don’t want the palava of a tenant in my private residence. You read of schemes to delay rent payment to landlord using legal tactics.

I’ll stay here but will always travel out on vacation twice a year to reset.

Advice to people thinking of coming home, please stay for 3 months on various occasions not the typical two weeks vacation in order to gauge the temperature.

I don't think it's ROI either. I think it's your legal team. They are probably not up to the job. Such dispute don't just crop up out of the blues. It must have been there for a while even before you made payment but your team obviously missed it. Not digging deep enough.

Or it the way you purchase land: rush and pay without properly digging. Three land cases for one individual is just too much.

I would change my legal team and reevaluate my approach to land purchase.

Follow the legal route to conclusion. It is the best option. I would get my lawyer to place an injunction on the land pending all financial settlement between myself and BOTH vendors.

The land was confirmed to have the title they claimed it has by my team that got other lands for me without issues. What Richfield Multi-concept Ltd disclosed was that they had an issue on the land that was never disputed in court. ( their MD claimed Lekki coaster agency played them blablabla).

I have too many cases in court right now to add this one but it's looking that way now.
