Working from home is not as sweet as people cut it out to be.. I can’t even remember the last time I had a conversation with a human other than my girl who comes around once in a while and the lady who buys me groceries.. It’s a very miserable life.

Don't you have a closing time?
No friends or family to visit?
No cinema, park or outing?

No phone interaction?

No neighbours in your environment?

Working from home doesn't mean you shouldn't have a start and stop timing and also an outdoor lifestyle.

I closed my office when Covid-19 came knocking and never reopened. I told all staff to work from home and then changed employment to freelancing - Meaning I pay you for the jobs you complete, no more pains of monthly salaries even on weeks or months without good revenue.


There are jobs you can't do from home but there are hundreds of jobs/businesses people shouldn't pay rent for.

So there are southerners and esterners ready to vote for a fulani northerner they hate so much and heaped all violent crisis that happened in the past 7 years on?

I didn't say some regions don't have representatives in the national government, and I didn't also say southern leaders care about their people. I said stupidity is the problem, dividing or devolving power will benefit all regions because it will make them more productive and innovative. A few senators or house of rep members can't make much changes, you need majority or great power to make changes.

Stupidity is the problem my brother, African leaders don't know how to generate money, all they know if selling natural resources, and sadly the average African, especially here in Nigeria is as clueless and stupid as the leaders. They think oil is how to generate money, they won't let the south south and south east go.
Japan, Germany and lots of successful and rich countries have no oil and little to no natural resources, yet they are doing far better than countries who have them. Divide the country or allow the states and regions control their resources and watch innovation, hard work and productivity thrive.

But every region is represented in the central Govt, so what is stopping the regions being cheated from breaking away starting from the top?

They are benefiting from the current system, so they care less about the rest of the people in their regions.

Nigeria should have at least 6 independent countries, we are underperfoming in this current setting.

It's a mindset borne out of years of generational lack, financial and mental poverty.

Anywhere abroad is seen as an achievement.

It's simply a mental thing + the conviction that they are inferior and that anything outside Africa is superior to them.

They're seeing diamonds in the rough.

These are people with great insight and sight.

Most of the time, poor or no signages, which more often than not are deliberately done by the traffic agency to catch unaware drivers or new drivers not conversant with the roads in Lagos.

I nearly fell for this when driving from Shasha in Alimosho towards the overhead bridge leading to Dopemu. If not for the gala boys, 'I for hear am'. Funny enough one of the agbero without uniform, working with the traffic guys was waiting to see me fall into the trap.
Since my new job had made me relocated to Ogun State, whenever i am going to Lagos i rather take public transport to avoid story that touch.

Yes they do this once a while.
also try driving using Google map, if not for anything, it will save you from one way error.
