We need to get whistle blower around our site . This is an estate with no access to outsiders except people working in that estate . Government can't do everything for us now. What people are doing on this thread is comparing/subtracting the 1991 cost of cement with their earnings now.

Which is a very weak comparison.

Imagine buying 5 bags of cement monthly from your ₦900 salary as a lecturer then.

Just cement would have gulped ₦440 from your ₦900 and what can 5 cements do in a building project.

Now how much is the least salary lecturer gets paid compared to the price of 5 bags of cement?
