When he healed a woman that had infirmity, he said it was Satan who bound her. So, if they are working together, there will be no need to heal her.

He calls Satan the thief who comes to steal, kill and destroy.

The teachings of Jesus and his Apostles unveils the realities of this world and the things therein to us.

There is no such thing like devil. Whatever happens , happened because it is the will of God. If God says A nobody can change it to B and if God says B nobody can change it to A...

Apostle Paul called him the god of this world;

2nd Corinthians 4:4 In whom the GOD OF THIS WORLD hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

The principle that played out in the sin of Adam was stated in Romans 6:16 which reads;

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, HIS SERVANTS YE ARE TO WHOM YE OBEY; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

Adam was originally the god of this earth by virtue of the authority God gave him to have dominion over all the things he created. But when he obeyed Satan, he became Satan's servant and lost his dominion to Satan.

This is how Satan became the god of this present world. And he will continue to be the god of this world until he is dethroned when Jesus comes back.

He has been defeated but he is not yet dethroned.

Though Satan is still the present god of this world, he is not a god to those who are saved and washed by the blood of Jesus. This is why the scripture says that though we are IN THE WORLD, we are not OF THE WORLD.

That is what I am saying..

It is a Christian ideology.

There is no basis for it in the old testament..

The old testament presents Satan as working for God not against God. He only does what God ask him to do and he needs an expressed permission from God ...

The new testament makes Satan equal and opposite to God which I find insulting ..
