Isaiah 53 is about a suffering righteous servant..he did not die. If you continue to read till the end it says. "He shall prolong his days, and shall see his offspring..."

Angels means messengers....humans. But, in the particular genesis the writer was refering to the sons of the nobles..children of people of high repute. Not spirits or immaterial things..
