thanks so much for your words of encouragement bro...each time I fall back into sin...the next thing I hear is a voice that says..'kindly look around you son, the enemy is never far from you,......and the next minute...my mind goes to my girlfriend straight up...tho once in a while I feel my stepmum is fetish but something tells me she has no power over me.....but once I think of my girlfriend..I have a feeling she's having a spiritually negative influence on my life....

it is paramount for you at the moment to establish a relationship with God. you should earnestly cut off any relationship that will hinder this.
if you can submit your self to purity no arrows of the enemies from whatsoever quarters will locate you.
you just draw closer to God and see the manifestation of His glory in your life.

Good morning people of God... I'm new here on nairaland but someway somehow ...I found myself rummaging through this thread...let me start by saying I've never lived my life for God in any way but ever since I was a kid... I keep having series of recurrent spiritual experiences...and I've heard from not less than 8 different people that I'll end up being a man of God...I do ignore it and my mum would just laugh at me and confidently tell me that fheres nothing I can do about it as she has already dedicated me to God from birth.... I don't dream often ..infact let me say I don't dream at all...but whenever I tend to dream or have a premonition about something... it tends to happen and I end up feeling guilty that I could have possibly averted it but I was too weak spiritually.... for example.... I saw my dad's death two years before he died cos he had a mysterious sickness he was battling then...... just two months ago my mum fell sick such that she had a surgical procedure carried out on her...I saw hers just two weeks before it happend but I couldn't pinpoint who it happened to from what I saw in the dream....
Each time I feel the urge to serve God totally...I find myself backsliding again....pls does anyone have an idea as to what I can possibly do.

your ans seems to stare you in the face. I don't know the source of your experience or premonition but wouldn't you rather embrace this God than face/experience losses? what do you stand to lose?
get born again and seek God with all your heart, soul and might. your latter will surely be greater than the former.
let's all note that the life of sin/sinner is never to be envied.

Ok I'm going to take this step by step.
First, humans should be allowed to practice homosexuality because it is simply an orientation in humans that has no objective disadvantage to the modern society. Freedom of association allows people to mingle provided that it is not for a cause that denies others their rights. I only corrected the poster's false notion that exclusive homosexuality was found only in humans. No, we don't share the same consciousness as sheep and we didn't evolve from them. We only share a common ancestor.

Second, we do not share the same consciousness with our ancestors for the same reason why your own consciousness is not exactly the same as either of your parents. You're separate individuals. Coupled with the gradual evolution of the brain we are able process fast more than our ancestors were.

I hope you see your errors in case of next time. I'm sure you don't want to come across as a person who makes a living by mixing concrete.
