I've been given progesterone shots for two weeks before when last it happened. Anyone experienced such and still had a healthy baby?

Nigerians can be hypocritical. When the woman works and hires a nanny and the nanny does something bad to the kids, you will hear people pouring all manner of insults on the woman, how she's a career woman and has left her children to be trained by a nanny.
Op, each to her own. If that's your preference is okay but find a man that shares such preference. But i must say that earning a little cash for a woman is always good. It gives you your dignity

Let me make this simple for you! Madam I am a man and I can cook! Basically because my parents trained me, my sister and brothers to fend for ourselves as soon as we all hit our pre teens! Even though we had cooks and stuff,@ 1 point it was O.Y.O as far as feeding yourself was concerned in my house! That is HOME TRAINING!

I can't begin to tell you how grateful I was for this when I was abroad schooling as a lowly student that could not always afford 5 star restaurant meals regularly!!!

Pls you are not to massage immunization site. Just give pcm for pain relief. You may tie ice block in a cloth and dab the site, not advisable to put ice directly on baby's skin. All the best

Blood pt is more accurate but note dat some breastfeeding mamas don't see their aunty flo till they wean. All the best

Ok! If the placenta is covering the Os(cervix) at term you have to give birth via CS because the baby can't pass thru and we wouldn't want anything to happen to the placenta. The placenta is the baby's life support.
If it's lowlying, it's still risky and can detach during delivery.
At 20wks there's no cause for alarm yet as most placenta move up at 3rd trimester when the lower segment of the womb is fully mature.
I want to share my own experience wit u:
At 21wk scan, i had low lying placenta n baby was transverse. I was sent for scan today and placenta has move well up and baby's lie is cephalic n longitudinal. So relax ok.
femur length is one of the measures used in ultrasound to measure gestational age. The longer d FL the older the fetus. Don't know about gest weight.

My dear even if you put the child in govt sch that closes by 2pm so that she can be useful. You don't let people make you feel bad. You brought her to be useful to you and you her. When there's no usefulness any more the person should go period. My children don't even stay in school beyond 1pm in the name of lessons, that's counterproductive.

lol I don't know the kind of organisations you have worked probably slavery promoting ones, the highest that any organisation can expect is some notice and forfeting one months salary. It's a contract and not by force. People grow people move only witchcraft will want one to stagnate

Someone is counting less than 50k as one big investment on an "Ungrateful maid" that is registration and fees for a whole year oh meaning payment for all the services is about N4000 a month less than recharge card money or BlackBerry subscription yet the maid should be grateful else she won't "have a future"

People looking for cheap labour will keep dealing with these issues and even worse. What does a teenager know about caring for a baby? A nanny needs training, the right temperament and good working conditions: a nanny isn't a maid

Yea! Alot of times but these househelps don't have compassion atimes. Imagine enrolling a help in a private sec sch, d sch fees then was 18000. Books, registration, uniform etc cost 15000. I had to enrol her there cos her educational background was poor n govt sch won't do her much good. After 4weeks she said she wanted to go,that the sch was too stressful, shes always indoors bla bla. It was like film. My investment gone, she didn't even complete a term. So my dear, you can never be their parents just treat them well cos i no support maltreatment.

How much is minimum wage per hour in Nigeria?? Calculate the number of hours that this girl would work as a maid and a nanny in the home, and figure out her salary for a month. Now deduct expenses for books and sundry, I bet the op is the one getting the better deal here.

The op is not her madam and there is no dignity in child labor. You clearly have a barbaric mentality.

Howz op getting a better deal? Won't you calculate her feeding, clothing, housing, transportation, nuisance value and as you said all and sundry.
