DesChyko: Nah.. One of the lessons I picked up along the way is not to be dependent on my woman for any reason. If at all it has to be, it will be the other way round. I may or may not show interest in how she spends her cash, but enforcing my rule upon her earnings is way off mark. Good then. The one i hate most is men that claim headship up and down, who are couch potatoes preaching 50-50 financial responsibility from their wives. Some are even dependent on their wives and yet their ego is as big as something else. |

DesChyko: My father made a point of making sure I leave the 'women' things to the women. From a very young age, I was taught to stay away from the kitchen and 'sissy' chores. He encouraged me to go struggle for it out there instead, academics and otherwise. When I got admission into the Uni, I learnt how to cook and all that, but the lesson has been ingrained. My son will tow this path as well. I see 'females' opposing this stance. I was never taught all these, but I can do them now without losing any bit of my formative years in the past. But you want your wife to work, earn salary and give you |

I want to drop 20 of my favorite quotes & scenes from Nigeria's GREATEST movie!!! 'Ahanna, Ama m na i ga-abu Onye ori ooo'. This was said by Nkem Owoh. Op, how you feel about villages is an average Edo man's feeling. You guys have been taught to believe that the village represents everything fetish, wicked and backward. It is not so. Well, to answer your question, we igbos cherish our origin. We feel home is home and that you are only but a foreigner wherever you find yourself. As for me,i love the serenity and the fresh air you get in the village. Less i forget, Op, have you tried Xmas in an igbo village? It's just the bomb. |

If u did the deed two weeks after her monthly flow and she missed her period two weeks later, she's already technically 4weeks gone scans might be incorrect with actual EDD too. So daddy twins, get readyyyyyyyyyy My thoughts exactly. Scans don't always correspond with the actual edd. @op, a dna test afterwards is necessary esply as she wanted to terminate the pregnancy without informing you. Best of luck |

FynBabe: I can see there's something wrong with you. What else did you expect me to tell the op when the mum already told him/her to apologise? Do you know whether it is already causing issues in the family? Some of you respond to posts without thinking first. I have been a victim myself. Up till today, my very close relative is not in good terms with me because I intervened in an issue between she and her hubby while I was staying with them during NYSC. It still breaks my heart that the same person I was siding with is carrying face for me after many years, claiming that I was rude to her hubby. I learnt the hard way to stay away from husband/wife issues. I don't care what you think though. Insult me for all you care but hope you will live up to what you wrote when it's your blood sister or daughter that's involved. Finally it's your opinion |

pepsyoku: Hi wonderful people. I am actually confused right now and I need advice on this issue. My eldest sister is married and I was actually in junior secondary school when she got married practically making me stay with her in her house. After a month, I witnessed her being beaten by her husband and during such nights, I will run to my mum's house to call her cos my mum's house is just a stone throw from my sis' house. To cut long story short, I left the house, finished my secondary school, gained admission into a uni but the beating actually continued. So, last year, I came back for my registration so I decided to stay at her place cos my mum relocated. One day I came back from school and my sis was actually 6months pregnant with the fifth child and saw her hubby beating her, I was vexed so I decided to use the mop stick on him which actually broke but he continued beating her so I left the house that night. The next morning, I came to carry my bags, her hubby dragged me and started beating me and asking me why I touched him the prior night. After beating me, I went to the police station and reported the case, the police went and arrested him. He later signed an undertaking not to touch me or my sis. The problem now is that he said I should never come to his again, but nairalandars was I wrong for involving the police? Should I apologise to him? Beg fire! No try am! I bet he has stopped or reduced the way he beats your sister. Let him know he has people and the police to contend with whenever he wants to be a beast. Abeg the matter dey vex me sef. Imagine beating a pregnant woman and you are here talking about beg. |

Thanks The husband is the head of the family. Though some abdicate their responsibilities and pick of the headship when it favours them. |

SAMBARRY: not only deliverance. Mental rehabilitation. Yesterday when I went for a manicure. I left that saloon in anger. I didn't even finish my nails. I pulled everything off . those ladies were so disgusting. They were arguing among themselves that having srx with your father is cool. In fact the one that provoked me that I couldn't take again was the one saying with all boldness and pride that "her dad is better than her boyfriend in bed".before I vomit. I said don't finish the nails. I am tired. The woman tried convincing me to stay, I gave her my palm and she immediately got the message Now this is scary |
