and the 5w30, how many months does it last before you top? Find time to get in touch and let us resolve this matter. There is polytron which is the best additive that can stop engine oil shortage. |
medacares:And this 2000 miles, how many months will that be |
Lets get this right. How much is the oil shortage per 1000 miles? |
Does the 20w50 oil prevent shortage of oil? I believe your car requires 5w20 too. When you wabt to flush, use redex engine flush or johnsen engine flush. I sell the two brands. Abd it is known that Toyota oil is synthetic blend and so should not be classified as full synthetic. Why not get in touch with Gazzuzz to get you Mobil 1 5w20 oil. Using visco 2000 is increased destruction to your engine. |
poseidon12:No, I am a mechanic and a Nigerian. That is all I need to be. |
If you use the right oil, good but what is the right oil? Which vehicle brand is yours and what brand of oil have you been using. Engine flush depends on the one you choose to use. Are you talking about abro? |
I saw one at Obalende struggling with the owner of a toyota sienna to remove the car key. In the middle of the bridge into Ikoyi. I came down and asked the lastma guy why he has resorted to this car snatching. He said that the guy dropped someone on the road and that is why he pursued him, entered his car and wanted to remove the key. I gave the driver my number and told him that if he is not released, he should call me. Guess he was left to go. The Governor has told them that minor infractions should be ignored in order to ensure free flowing traffic and the guy was creating serious traffic impediment by trying to remove the key of a moving car while dragging the steering with the owner. The hustle is real. Olowu unit is needed to sit up |
medacares:You have been using the wrong oil in your car and therefore there is sludge in the engine. Use engine flush to remove the sludge and use the right oil pasted on the cover of the oil cover |
medacares:Toyota WS |
Use mobil atf |
mayor2013:You are right. I have always classified these oils as ororo. A destroyer of engines. Standards Organisation is at fault here. Allowing all sorts of oils to destroy our vehicles |
As a practitioner, we see sludge all the time in vehicles that are brought to us. Like you have earlier stated, all the points are valid. I havr seen Range Rovers with sludge to the extent that it has destroyed the engines. My advise is for everyone to use the oil specified by the manufacturer. I saw a baby boy honda v6 and the oil specification was 5w20 api sj. I said wao, how can this be? Meanwhile the owner was busy using the mineral oils all these years. He will need to change the engine now. |
Sp 111, not available but you can look for syngard or pureguard from us |
where is the car? Get in touch |
If it is still new, i can arrange a supplier to take the front and give you the rear. Leaking oil.... I am suspecting your dynamic response. Has the oil been changed before? |
Range Rover Supercharge 2006 for quick sale and Range Rover Sport 2010 all used for this morning sale. Cars in very good condition. Nothing to fix. Range Rover is N4m asking while the Sport is 6m asking. This morning quick sale. Call or whatsapp 08098534267 for pictures |
Does it show adaptive dynamics fault or suspension fault? |
But the rear balloon rarely go bad. Are you sure it is a balloon issue? Who gave the scan report? |
If it vibrates with the ac on, then adjust the camshaft on the throttle inlet until it is ok. Atf z1 is what the manufacturer says and unfortunately it is no longer produced by Honda. But we have Syngard which is ideal for your car |
It was only in your mind you were defrauded. Give details to expose them, you refused. Wish you better luck in your endeavours. I am out of here |
Autojosh, I thought you were in Geneva motor show. You have done well even better than me. The lady is seeking for sympathisers. Do they really import cars from SA? I used to know of Japan. |
EcheCastrol:I am not advertising any oil for sale but you. Tell us which vehicle the magnatec 5w30 is suitable for and which of the castrol oil is still selling ilsac4. Just one. And before I forget, where is thst your 5w20 professionel api sl? |
Oando now has a 5w30, but I dont know if it is the same of the same or a real deal. Any oil that states it is for diesel and petrol, it is not fit for Toyota and Honda . It must have that sign For Gasoline Engines. If it does not have, please waka pass |
oluwaseunla:I remember that I was once in their office in Ikoyi to advise them to withdraw these oils. Castrol states that 0w20 and 5w20 are synthetics while the 5w30 are synthetic blend. If it has been upgraded, let him show us the link. If Castrol edge is the current oil, why are they selling API SN ILSAC 4 when according to Castrol, ILSAC 5 overides all older oils. This is an Eterna oil product licensed from South Africa and from what I can recollect, even though SA assemble cars, their auto market is totally different from our market and so they cant dictate the type of oil for Nigerian auto industry. |
Hugotaxi are looking for drivers. You can get hire purchase car if you are this good. Download their app on google play and you are hooked |
hisgrace090:It is for Ford cars only but let him tell us which model of ford needs that oil. I have checked Castrol's website and that oil is not among their recomendations for Ford. Op, which car is this oil good for and is it semi synthetic? |
Mustydeen, I used to be president of roadside mechanics abuja chapter until I was forcibly detroned. You know that you must own a range rover to be able to fix a range, so that is the upgrade. You have answered mr henry correctly and let him take the advice |
For a long time. Api SM and synthetic blend. I wonder why people hate Nigerian motorists so much. For magnatec, it is only 0w20 and 5w20 that are full synthetic. Honda and other brands of cars that requires 5w30 requires oils for gasoline cars only and not diesel and petrol oil spec should not use this oil. If you are buying oil for your car and it is diesel and petrol, don't buy. Look for the gasoline engines only sign before buying |
obekediamondfuto:hmmm, 20w50 oiling the catalyst of a toyota. So what happens to the american specs that does not require 20w50 api sl? Their o2 sensors and catalyst are destroyed. You are one of those people with the hot weather theory and it is the reason some recent naija used cars are dead. Mobil oil claims that it is because Nigerians dont have money hence they are bringing in obsolete oils for cheap maintenance. Have you seen Dubai's Cepsa oil? It is an Api SN 20w50. The dealers in Nigeria uses API SL 20w50 and here you talk about oiling the catalyst. What about sludge and carbon? If the US specs says 0w20 all weather and the SA specs says 20w50 our weather, then the SA spec is substandard. And besides, it is companies that buy new Toyotas locally while individuals buy from the US. So it is the companies that should be wary of the local brand new toyotas which are not brand new. |
MrHenri:We are in Ikeja and you can reach me on 08098534267 |
