All I am saying is that many are making money by having priviledged info. It played out today again.
Just a few mins to the end of today's trading some guys suddenly cleared all the offers for Nahco.
When the result was yet to be released on the nse site.

Nahco 2019 year end result is finally out!!!
.30k dividend declared.

Hmm people saw this result before close of trade hence last minute rush for it today.

Let me add a few tips to the above, using myself as an example.
I am a legal practitioner. So I read a lot but not junks. I rather search anywhere and everywhere to get answers to what I need to know than ask questions. So when I joined this thread, I started from page 1 and got ALL the best possible answers. Mind you, I had my first degree(not Law) in 1990.
Pls (and this is for everybody) I think (emphasis -think) you don't have to be in the market all the time. I resumed trading on March 16, 2020 after stocks crashed because of covid 19 and oil price crash. My last transaction before now was in 2016. Infact, I had to request for a new user id n password as I had forgotten my login details. But then, I have been investing by constantly READING about everything that matters. So for many years, I read about stocks but was not buying because as a lawyer I know there are little or no protection esp in Nigeria, for minority shareholders.
Some years back, I met a young man, my Client, a chartered accountant. He finished 12 years after, from my former university. He bought good units of Int'l Breweries @ .87k and sold in less than a year and half @ N3.00+ . He bought his first land and built gradually. He has never been a tenant in his life. So there is money in stocks market!!!
Lastly, I have done many bizs successfully and still counting .My secret is, I constantly seek Knowledge by READING.

How come Ogun State is missing from this list?
We have 35 states plus the FCT in Nigeria. Fct is already on the list as a State,, but Ogun State is not included.

Or are we saying tat there is no single vulnerable person or household in Ogun State?

@Lagos data, seems they counted only the hausa/fulani beggars in a few major locations in Oyingbo, Mile 12, Ikotun, Lagos.

10 million bpd production cut is not good enough. The excess production that brought down the oil price waa in that range before covid 19 pandemic increased it to about 20 million bpd due to world inactivity.
So the production cut needed now is about 20million bpd. This present agreement can only stop further crash and perhaps hedge it a little except there are clear signals that the worst of covid 19 is over.

Hello Lagosians,

It is a known fact that Lagos roads suffered serious neglect by the govenment of past Governor Ambode especially towards and after the elections.

By 29th May, 2019 when Gov Sanwoolu came on board, he inherited a terribly bad roads that caused road users untold hardship. The situation got worse because of the rains resulting in flooded roads all over.

Governor Sanwoolu was not oblivious of the situation as he had infact used it to campaign promising then, to declare a state of emergency on the roads. This was not to be as the situation continued unabated. There was an outcry When the sufferings became too much, but the Gov said he could not do anything until after the rains.

The rains have stopped since December, 2019 and we are in January, 2020 and the roads are still terribly bad despite several media reports and claims that they are fixing the roads.

Lagosians seems not to feel it much now because the floods are no more. But when the starts again, the reality will resurface. So the question is, when will the roads be fixed as promised? Now is the time. So please fix the roads now. We are not animals. We see the police and other agencies on the roads checking motorists for documents on terribly bad roads. Shsme.

If you actually paid the lawyers for the purchase of the land through your uncle who is also a lawyer, I will advice you write a pettition through your Lawyer against the lawyers involved to the LPDC i.e Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee for breach of Professional Conduct.
The lawyers can be debarred.if found guilty. I am sure they won't that to happen so might settle with you.

I am a lawyer but I will advice you get a lawyer preferably in Abuja who you are sure does not know the lawyers involved..

It is usually a long road to success. No short cut. You must be ready to persevere. You must also be sure that you are on the right track because some long roads too are long because its the wrong route. To achieve this, you must interact contnuously with real neutral people who are doing well in their relationship or marriage to guide and nurtute you. It is not a one off solution or advice.

Take note of "neutral" . By this, I mean avoid advice from people whose advice can be tainted or biased for some reasons= ties, religion etc.
Lastly, you need to relax, what do you mean by broke guys? you must be open minded to try new things. Thats when you learn first hand.

I suggest you pick his call and make sure the conversation is recorded. In the alternative, you can let the conversation be on a chat, maybe whatsapp, but if he is smart and have ulterior motive he may avoid chatting with you on it.

If his intention during the conversation is genuine and understanding, then no cause for alarm but if he is trying to blackmail you or betray his friend, then you can use the recorded message or voice call as evidence against him before your fiance. It is only at this point that you should tell your fiance.

Now, after telling him, he has to choose between you and his friend and I believe he will choose you moreso his friend has betrayed him.

It very difficult and if not impossible for a guy to be with a wife that his friend/relative has slept with. It is totally different if the friend was wooing you or had only dated you without sex.

It is good that this came up before your marriage, so brace up and sort it out now.
It is better to loose him now before the marriage than after the marriage. And remember there is someone perhaps even better than him out there.

Never again in your life should you have sex with someone you have no feelings for when you are not a prostitute.

I didn't know its so bad that criminals could wear full police uniform with hilux pick up and station by road side in broad daylight and kidnap people without being detected, challenged and traced.

I believe the high command of some security agencies may be involved.
