Of cos even though we are known as Public Servants, we are all under Federal Service. Our ranking starts from Grade Level 4 to 16 and above but its now on appointment. We don't skip anything, so all Superintendents or Supol from Police to Civil Defence are on Level 11. But some novices here wouldn't want to know about that. Just ask any paramilitary officers or even google it.
