Madam, save your issues and nasty character for your so-called fiance, thanks. I just went through your posts and discovered you have a witch nature, good for you. Your thread is nothing more than the usual satanic attacks on christians and christianity, like I said, if you are not happy with your pastor or his wife, find somewhere else t go or sit your cranky behind at home, na by force? Just thank seun for giving you a mouth.
Thsseeeeeew! Look who is talking? Stop stalking me I don't relate well with spam bots. I wonder who allows this woman troll everywhere with her useless rants. Market woman must you always find faults in people"s threads? Or you think you own a big fat dirty mouth that can churn out dozens of abuse per second. I don't want you pissing on my threads anymore go find your play mates else where. I pray for the Grace not to respond to your crap anymore. |
fijiano202: Am disappointed in you,i would have expected you to ask if pastor abcd has change his name to Pastor Daddy,i can call any pastor any name i like or want it may be Mr,Daddy or pastor abcd,i will never call a pastor wife mummy,i always refer to them as pastor wife but if she insulted me the way she insulted you i would honestly call her by her full name without any respect includedI asked myself the same question after I left. In all honesty I could not say much to her out of respect but @least it is expected that people of God should humble themselves so the Lord will lift them up. An elderly woman that was present there actually reminded the pastor"s wife that our former pastor that just left is usually addressed that way so the congregation are used to saying pastor abc but madam insisted it was still wrong. I had no choice than to tender a "reserved" apology |
Tpia@ This woman who invited you here? I see you all over people"s threads on Nairaland making noise and constituting a nuisance all the time. That thing you are spewing out of your mouth is unsolicited right here, go find some other thread to derail. While you are at it, stay clear my path. |
As I type this right now I am literally boiling with Anger. Imagine! I and my partner went to see the pastor today regarding our marriage plans and we met his absence. I decided to check the church office and behold I met his wife. The following conversation ensued between us Me- Goodafternoon ma Pastor's wife- Goodafternoon Me- Ma, please is pastor around? He asked me and my fiance to see him today Pastor's wife- which pastor? Me- pastor abcd(i mentioned his name) Pastor's wife- turned back stirred at me and shook her head then she said " I would have thought you were referring to someone else, how can you call my husband pastor abcd(his name) this is highly disrespectful. Bla Bla Bla Bla she went on and on about her displeasure. Me- I am sorry ma, I summoned my fiance and we left. Is it wrong for one to refer to his pastor as pastor abcd(his name) For christ sakes where in the bible was it written that we need to address our pastors as mummy and daddy? By the way, the man in question would not have minded if I addressed him as pastor abcd o but his wife tongue lashed me even in his absence never to call him that again except daddy. |
Nobility at it's best. Now this restores my faith in human nature.
mee too. This goes beyond religion or tribe, this is a perfect definition of service to humanity. |
Congratulations Apoti may the Lord keep and uphold your family. I use your wife as a point of contact to all pregnant and expectant mother's out there, wishing you safe deliveries in Jesus Name. |
remsonik: This is what is happening to me right now,I really want to leave my family and find my true self.I want to start a new life in a new city cos I have always been in my comfort zone but now my comfort zone is now a war zone.space and distance actually helps us discover our true self. However make sure you are financially capable of taking care of yourself and expenses you would incur abroad before you embark on any trip so you don't end up becoming a liability to friends over there or calling back home for money. If you are working and your company has branches in other states, you may as well request for a transfer. |
zubbainno123: ...THE MORE YOU TRAVEL, THE MORE INFORMED YOU BECOME!!!!Seconded! traveling is a big eye opener. The more traveled one is the more exposed he becomes. |

I do it very often but i make sure i recharge as soon as i can so they deduct the loan because i dont like owing for long however the 10 percent interest rate is abit high especially when you ask for 500 naira and they remove 50 naira. |
collynzo2: Absolutely useless story! You have said it all. The headline is really misleading. I got disappointed after reading the whole story because i rushed to open the thread thinking i would see a 28 year old lady whose grandchild just gave birth to a baby.. Lo and behold its some 'misrepresented tales'... Thseeew |
deji25: Not all ladies will donate their kidneys to help their husband. Some will rather leave their man.Not all men will also donate a kidney to save their wife. Some will rather send the ailing wife back to her parents and marry second, third and fourth wives! God bless you mamma J you just gave OJB the greatest gift of all... |

I did not get the gist, what did they say she married? A tyre or something..... |
See question ooo? Na Mr biggs him go dey chop abi na another girl go dey feed am for me? I have absolutely no problem cooking for my man at his place when i visit. Mind you i go to work mondays through fridays so visiting days are almost limited to saturdays. But For the once in a week that i am around he gets home cooked meals constantly and it gives me joy and satisfaction when he eats and licks the plate till i can see the made in china boldly written on it. Infact i sometimes make his favorite soups and put them in his freezer so during weekdays he can easily defrost any and make a swallow of his choice to eat with it. Funny enough we save more that way and use the money meant for eateries and takeouts for other capital expenditures since we plan on getting married soon. |
I thought i was the only one experiencing Airtel's epileptic data service these past days. Just yesterday I called customer care to complain about it , they promised to do "something" and get back to me. This evening i got a notification saying 100 mb had been credited to my data account by Airtel, i wonder if it is a mere coincidence or a way of repaying me for the network's downtime. If they like sef they should dash me 1gb, all i know is that my love lust relationship with Airtel is OVER! |
As long as people continue to irresponsibly birth more children than they can take care of, there will always be the issue of child labour. I personally see nothing wrong with fostering someone else's child in order to provide the child with a standard of living their parents aren't able to provide them with. I also see nothing wrong with designating age appropriate tasks to a child I choose to foster, tasks I'm able to designate to my own children. I won't ask my 12 yr old to cook, take care of a baby, go shopping, clean the entire house, bathe another child, do laundry (even theirs) etc....so I wouldn't expect another person's 12 yr old to those. I would however, expect my 16yr old to ASSIST with preparing meals, watch a baby for a short period, do some light cleaning, go to the shops, begin to do their own laundry...etc so I would have no issues designating such tasks to someone around that age. Whether or not they are sent to school, it's unfair to give them more chores than you'd have your own children do. If you need a house keeper or nanny, employ an adult! What breaks my heart is seeing people sending their house helps to hawk on the streets. They could do that from their parents' homes if their parents wanted that for them. One needs to remember that it is hard on these helps to have been forced to leave their parents' homes to live with, in most cases, an absolute stranger. If we put ourselves in their shoes, we'd be more sympathetic or at least empathetic to their plight.
God bless you some girl. It couldn't have been said any better. |
Chillisauce: Average ppl memorize and still broke, rich ppl read, move on and implement based on factors in placeChill chillisauce. Why you wan yab me ? I have always said that Nigeria is not ripe for e-transactions. Just imagine someone paid for a flight ticket over 2 weeks ago, didn't get to use the ticket to travel which means he had to find an alternative means to travel even if that 12k was the last kobo in his account and still the airline is dancing tinini tananaa with his refund! Gosh i feel your pains really. From personal experience let me advise you phone calls do not work because those customer care agents that pick up the phone usually care less about your case. So its best you go to the office and request to see the manager, explain this issue to him and if need be scream. Trust me they will do something about your refund. The last time i had a similar experience with aero the manager tried telling me crap about terms of carriage on my ticket but i didn't agree o, they had to refund my money because i told them i also have personal terms and conditions before money can be removed from my account which includes i must get the service i pay for else i would sue them. Goodluck |
I wanna be Rich but how do i memorize all these verses? Nice post |
Interestingly i read the whole stuff without blinking. But where is the picture? It looks incomplete without any images of the man, the emir, his 10 kids etc. i have always had a special kind of respect for converts to any religion and the reason is simply because they usually have the same story which is leaving their comfort zones and searching for God on their own. Whether it is right or wrong, let God be the judge. |
Djtm: Most cyber crimes int he world are from Nigeria. I appreciate your hope in Nigeria and your love for this country but *smh* this country is in deep mess atm. It would take a lot of time to clean up the mess. The article wasn't solely aimed at demeaning our image. btw from your post I can assume you're a buti lady who doesn't fully know how deep the sh1t we're in is.Lol @ buti lady... Seriously how deep is the sh1t? If the write up is not aimed to further destroy the not so good image of Nigeria in the International community what else could be her motive? Despite the remarkable achievements of Nigerians both home and abroad in recent times the writer choose to portray us only in a negative manner. Where was she when our golden eaglets sweated and came out victoriously in the just concluded under fifa 17 world cup? Did she remember to write a congratulatory note to Nigerians on yahoo website? #Godiswatching |
Even though the writer isn't completely wrong, i find it offensive for a company as big as yahoo to publish this malicious mail aimed solely at demeaning the image of other hardworking Nigerians all over the world. Yes we have one or two cases of cyber crime Originating from Nigeria in the US but she failed to mention how the accomplices in such crimes are mostly citizens of the country being defrauded. Americans not excluded. Nigerians are doing us proud all over the world and i couldn't have wished to be born in any other country. God please keep our enemies long to see what Nigeria will become, by the time bombs and recession eats deep into the American society you will see how they would be queuing up in Nigerian embassies abroad applying for visas to come over to the green side. Until then........ #freshair in progress |
Mental assessment of the three adults should be carried out. |
Congrats op on your Uk trip... Afterall a girl gave a testimony just last sunday in church about how she got british and american citizenship. Your own is also a testimony , make sure you share it next week sunday. By the way don't forget to post pictures of your return flight else it would be assumed you never came back. ![]() |
The best thing you could do is to find out what he needs at that moment. Get it for him and surprise him badly.
This method usually works for me. His birthday is December 13th and i have already started making arrangements to get him that 'thing' he really needs but has been careless enough not to get for himself all these while. Wish i could write what it is here but unfortunately he is a nairalander and that would spoil the surprise op try out this method it works like magic! |
@ ChineloSA a nephrologist once told me that some of the drugs kidney failure patients take can actually affect fertility in women but I don't know about the effects of the drugs on. men. You can ask online @ mayo clinic am sure a nephrologist would be glad to respond to your query. |

Yomieluv: Psalm 121,I read it when depressed,it works like Magic..I couldnt agree any less. " i will life up my eyes unto the hills from whence comes my help, my help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth"...... |
Yield: ^Specialguest, I hope you continue to find the strength to take care of your mom. Hugs.Thankx yeild, God bless you |
This is a very personal topic to me because i have spent the last 4 years of my life taking care of a kidney failure patient who happens to be my mother and it has not been eazy. Let me give you a little idea of the challenges i go through and your friend is likely to face for now until a successful transplant has been done. 1) the patient i am taking care of dialysis 3 times a week in a hospital and each session is four hours! I find time to drop and pick her up from the hospital in between my work schedule but luckily enough for your friend her patient has a dialysis machine at home so that makes it alot easier except off-course it coincides with the bedmatics time your friend so desires. So compromises have to be made on your friend's part. 2) depending on where the dialysis access has been created the patient might not be able to have a full bath due to the fear of infecting where the dialysis access is. What this means is that your friend might have to help him clean up every now and then 3) kidney failure patients suffer alot of complications among which is bone degeneration, therefore they constantly take expensive injections like iron and eropotein epo . Lets hope your friend's fiancee's bills are covered by a health insurance scheme else this might put a strain on their finances because i can recall some moments where i had to pay for those injections and i virtually empty my wallet yet the money wont be enough till use my atm card in their pos to complete the money. Remember it is not a one off thing! 4) when the toxic level in their blood is high i.e creatinine and urea, they mostly throw up any food eaten so this means your friend may be dealing with constant vomit except of course he dialysis constantly and the toxic clearance after his dialysis is good. 5) kindly note that dialysis is very very very expensive. In private hospitals in Abuja it costs between 25000 to 30000 Naira per session and most patients require 3 sessions weekly till they can get a transplant done. This brings me back to number 3 finance! 25000* 3 times a week = 75000 plus iron and epo approx 100,000 weekly that amounts to almost half a million in a month! It takes the grace of God for a dialysis patient not to go broke except he is a millionaire. 6) mood swings, depression, attitudinal changes etc are some common behaviors found in kidney failure patients and i am sure we all know why they behave that way sometimes! Bottom line is it is not eazy but if after reading all these she feels she can cope, fine she should go ahead by all means please . I could go on and on but i really don't feel like typing much tonight. Above everything, love conquers all so i have found myself joyfully and willingly taking care of the kidney failure patient i have with all my heart, might and strength while looking up to God for a miracle healing in her life and the life of every other CKD patient. |

however the 10 percent interest rate is abit high especially when you ask for 500 naira and they remove 50 naira.
