Afolsnetworks, you prob got it from the eatery (takeaway). It could be Tuberculosis. TB is similar to this Covid-19 and it's a big problem in Nigeria, esp Northern Nigeria, during dry/harmattan season easily taking many lives. But the govt is quiet about it. I would have advised you let her know that you were the anonymous guy and show her all you know and call it quits.... BUT.....


Please do this.

Keep the information and never let her know you were the one. Then end the relationship in your mind. Stop supporting her and be distant from her. Also, be cold without raising any suspicion. Stop any form of pity and never ever again give her money.
Don't call off the relationship.
