Reality (nationwide) :-
1. Insecurity (kidnapping, Boko Haram & bomb blasts, Bank robberies, Assassinations, etc, etc.)
2. Inadequate (or total lack) of Electricity
3. Mass unemployment
4. Corruption and looting
5. Bad roads, etc, etc

Nothing wrong with just 2yrs in between, I've dated someone 15yrs older and I handled her like I was 10 yrs her senior. Of course she loved and respected me for that singular fact. This is all so true though a bit exaggerated here. A friend of mine once picked a lady up for the night carrying one of these big bags being discussed here. You see why you shouldn't be in a hurry to defend GEJ? We are living in Naija, we are wearing the shoe, and we know where it pinches! Even if given a free return ticket, I doubt if you will come down to naija going by all the negative things happening in Nigeria at the moment. But we are here against all odds screaming and trying to get those in authority to be on their toes so this nation doesn't collapse and yet you're there attacking people on ground who are giving you firsthand information. I don't think you love GEJ more than anyone here (I can speak for myself at least) but that doesn't mean we shouldn't call a spade a spade.

For the avoidance of doubt, GEJ has not achieved anything so far. He needs to sit up, be bold and be a man of his own.
