She might be trying to get back at you for cheating on her, just because she has forgiven you does not mean she has forgotten. She will get over it with time (maybe, maybe not). I really do not see anything wrong in her talking to her ex, as long as they remain friends and nothing more; for the fact that they have had something in the past does not mean they have to be enemies  undecided
Typical response from a potentially promiscuous YORUBA woman, her username easily gave her identity away!!!

A lady once told me "you're the number 3 man in my life", I didn't ask her and I wondered why she mentioned it. Deep into the relationship however,  I realize she was right cos she had 1a, 1b,1c,1d down to 2y,2z before starting with me as number 3. grin grin grin grin grin

Most ladies see nice guys as "weaklings". A man should exhibit this "go to hell" attitude sometimes and not trying to be nice always.

No big deal, I've been thru it b/4 and I can say it's fun. The only thing is that most of such ladies are not always in a hurry to leave you, even when you show them signs that you're practically done with them.

RomanceRe: How To Woo A Lady by splitnaija(m): 11:12am On Sep 07, 2011
Matured guys don't woo, you just interact and from there, one thing will certainly lead to another. Before you know it, you will be the one to either say "yes" you want her or "no" you don't based on your observations from your closeness to her. Cheers
RomanceRe: Can You Pay For Your Girl Friend School Fees by splitnaija(m): 10:37am On Sep 07, 2011
Please don't start what you can't finish except you make it clear from the onset that this is a one-off.

A friend of mine did that in the past and his girlfriend capitalized on it by turning him into her "father" -in addition to the school fees, she regularly demanded accommodation money (off-campus), feeding (daily, weekly & monthly), handouts, personal upkeep, provisions, t/fare to and fro campus, etc. etc. Ironically, my friend was okay with all that cos he said he saw the situation as a way of helping a friend in need (girl's father is late, mother is not financially bouyant, relatives not really helping, etc.). Problem started however when my friend bought a new car and needed some time (2-3months) to fully recover before resuming his "charity" work fully. Surprisingly, the girl refused to show any understanding and constantly accused my friend of not loving her as her he used to since he no longer doles out cash as he used to despite all assurances. At that point, my friend took the very bold step of simply walking out of the relationship!!! Since then (over 6-months now), she's been going all over the place begging and asking for intervention from mutual friends. Though my friend still loves this girl as he confessed, he confided in me that there won't be any going back cos he now sees the girl as a "fair-weather" friend. In summary, if he hadn't owned up to paying the girl's school fees that first instance, probably they would still have been together today. Who knows?

If all men thought they way you on this page though, hell is surely going to be full. Cheating is not a serious crime huh? God forgive you all.
Granted it's a serious crime as you're making it to sound, should the man remain sorry for the rest of his life even after confessing and apologizing? What is the wife trying to prove by getting involved with her ex even to her husband's face?

splashbaby:
Cheating on your wife is not a serious crime that should stick on you for too long.
I totally agree with comment above.
No matter the offence, apologize to your wife if you're really sorry and step back into your shoes immediately as the Commander-in-Chief of the house. Don't be sorry all your life such that you don't have the guts to act even when you see her going astray. And please next time, never ever admit to cheating on your wife! Even if caught red-handed, deny everything and everybody around including the mistress. Mistresses will always understand and if she isn't the understanding type, get a replacement. It's as simple as that!  Just be the man that you are always!

Some of you criticise without reasoning. May I remind you that we have 3 arms of government, the Executive, the legislature and the Judiciary.
The legislature has made the law which Bankole is alleged to have fallen victim of, the executive has arrested him, investigated him and charged him to court. It is now left for the Judiciary to judge him and if found guilty send him to jail. How can you still be blaiming Jonathan( Executive) for not sentencing bankole? Is he the Judiciary? You people need to study and understand any issue before you begin to comment on them else ,foreighners may think Nigerians are dafts. PLEASE !!
e]

I'm not sure you love Mr. President more than any Nigerian here, I know how many kilometres I trekked to make sure I voted him into power, and I know how many Nigerians I personally convinced to vote for him during April 2011 elections. If at the end of the day he's not performing as expected, I have the right to demand accountability and perhaps criticize him so he wakes up from his slumber and live up to his responsibilities as the President of Nigeria. I'm not going to sit aloof and watch or join worthless praise-singers who have sold their consciences.

The things that divide us are more than the ones that unite us (if there's any), let every region go on its own, some people think they are kings, and the rest should bow always at their feet.
Imagin releasing a terrorist suspect to somebody not trained in anyway to reform a terrorist, thats stupidi.ty, divide this country i say!
Truth is always bitter but it must be said, splitting of Naija is inevitable!!!
